They were great !! Matt was really nice and professional. He made sure my car was really taken care of. The courtesy inspection was really helpful, and I loved the pictures to show what might need fixing. I recommended this place to my mom already and she thrilled about the 24 hr tow service. I really couldn't be happier!

My new local mechanic! So friendly and knowledgeable! They're not out for money like other mechanic shops! As a woman it may be intimidating to go in but they make you feel super comfortable and confident that you're receiving the best care for your vehicle!Thank you Matt & Chris !

With new car prices so unaffordable today, it is reassuring to know that the mechanics and staff at MD Auto are fair and trustworthy to work with. I bring my Camry in, with over 130,000 miles twice a year and am confident it will keep running as smoothly a at is now for another 3, 4 years with the MD professionals keeping it in tip top shape. I find every person in the shop to be fair and they explain everything to you with photos to demonstrate any repairs which need to be done.

Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpful in explaining what was happening with my vehicle. A bit of a sticker shock at the cost but they only fixed what I asked without pressuring me to do additional repairs. The diagnostics report was great and was explained in detail. Overall, I give them two thumbs up.

My first time there was a good experience. They did a good job on my car and they have good communication skills. They didn t do any work I didn t request and they informed me of the costs upfront, card or cash. Again, great job guys, will recommend.

Very friendly and professional. There's no adjectives to describe the amount of work they did and the cleanliness they did. They also did a full diagnostic write up on my vehicle for no additional charge. They also let me know about future issues that may occur with other parts on my vehicle. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own. I will do business again.

They are professional and courteous and usually timely on their repairs but their prices are a bit higher then average by a good amount and that isn't reflected in the work or quality of parts used in comparison to any other shop. All in all a good shop and I'd recommend them if you live in the area or broke down in the area but if you are on a budget may not be the shop for you.

The owner and staff were hospitable from the start. They repaired my car and found many things wrong that would have caused me bigger problems if not taking care of them now. They called each time and explained in detail before doing the repair. I also have an appointment in2 wks for another repair that could be put off for a short time which I needed due to finance issues. I get simply was extremely pleased.

MD Auto Repair went WAY above and beyond for me. They researched my car repair and found an advisory that will save me a lot of money even after it was obvious I needed to take my car to a dealership for the repair and MD Auto Repair wasn t going to see a dime of my money. Recommend the highly!

I had a pleasant experience with all staff I interacted with. John and Chris are very kind and responsive to all communications. They explained everything needed to get my car back on the road and answered all questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at MD Auto Repair came to my rescue when recently stuck at the side of the road. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The problem was diagnosed and corrected in a reasonable amount of time. In addition I was advised about other issues with the vehicle at no extra charge.

From the time my 2010 Acura (and I) were towed there, I have had only great experiences with everyone I have come in contact with at MD: Matthew, who drove the tow truck was a sensitive, competent angel: Matt who was kind to me (he saw how devastated I was); and Mike (who said I was lucky to be alive and shocked me into the reality of my situation. Something I needed to hear to move forward and be grateful); and John who (after my car was declared by Geico to be a total loss, and I chose a possible used car to follow in the tracks of my lost Acura performed an inspection on a 2008 Toyota Camry with a lot of miles. Now I can buy a car that I won't fall in love with (like I did my Acura). Of course the purchase cannot happen till Geico comes through with a check. When it does, I will think back to how great John was at explaining the ailments of an aging car to an aging woman who knows zero about cars.

MD Auto Repair treats every customer like family. Your car is going to take awhile? They drive you home. They also make sure repairs fit your budget. So happy I have established a relationship with MD Auto for more than 20 years.

Md auto was the company that was assigned to me by triple a, when I met the tow driver & shop manager, Matt, he arrived 1 hour earlier than I expected & saved my companion & I from the cold we had already been sitting in, & spent days of his own time helping me with quotes for repairs for my car, and took it upon themselves to assist me in getting my dead car towns over back to my property, I ve been in many shops and very rarely do I find a team of people who are happy to help, and I m looking forward to working with them in the future.

Dropped off the car at night, picked up In the morning for inspection. The guy behind the counter was nice, professional and informative. Wish more people in customer service operated like that guy. A+

Worst services I have ever received. Waited 3 hours past the estimated arrival time for towing and still no one showed up. Called the store and they would not provide me with an eta and also could not get in touch with the driver. This place was an absolute nightmare do not recommend.

Can only rate a road call response by Rodney sent through AAA. I was stuck in a Bellport shopping center in a car that decided not to start. AAA sent someone from MD Automotive in Bellport.Rodney showed up approximately 45 minutes earlier than I was told to expect him with a big smile on his face. After a few questions about my car s starting problem, he took a look and instead of having to tow, he was able to get the car started.Very pleasant young man - needless to say, I was very happy!

I brought my car there at 9am to have my brakes done and to have my a/c checked. No call with pricing from MD. I called a little before 6pm to get the status on my car. I was informed it s ready. I got there and found out my brakes were not done and they went ahead and added refrigerant to the a/c system without a price authorization. Just not above board with service or pricing. Matt was extremely evasive when I p/u my car; he said I needed to bring the car back next week for a/c check and the brakes. He would not commit to a price. Not like it used to be.
