Leo and his crew are always on point! They do amazing work and even have dealerships and Suffolk police bring their vehicles there. Leo is an absolute genius tech when it comes to engines or whatever you need. He has been doing my vehicles from BMW s to 64 impalas. Leo and his crew know exactly what to do and they don t scam you like other mechanics. Always get what you need done here! I approve of this message. 5 star

I have used Leo for years now he is the best most honest mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to have work on my vehicle's I send all my friends and family too his shop because their safety is priority to me Leo and his kind caring and professional staff treat everyone as family 5 star in my book for sure.

AMAZING MECHANIC SHOP!!! Honest and affordable! From the front desk reception, i believe her name is Jessie, she was so nice, and listened to my frustrations with prior mechanics i had been too, to leo who finally figured out what was wrong with my car after going to 3 other mechanics. He is hands down the best mechanic i ever been to and i will never go to anyone else. They go above and beyond for their clients. Most mechanics think they can get over on you and charge an arm and a leg and this shop does complete opposite. They strive to make their clients happy. He is the best mechanic in the Suffolk county. Leo is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. If there s ever an issue with my cars he is always there to take me in and fix any issue I may have. He is a great mechanic, and a good friend. I recommend him to anyone who needs work on their car.

Leo has worked on my car twice now, he's honest, he's reliable and he really does a great job, he kept me informed every step, worked with me on the pricing and that's the reason I keto bringing my car back to him. He was referred to me from a family friend and truthfully you could always use a mechanic who does the right thing. Leo's has a tremendous amount of business going on, especially at his new location in Patchogue, but, he finds time to take on new customers and does an incredible job. I work for a construction company and am always looking for a reliable mechanic and I'll give him as much business as he can take. Thanks to Leo's again for working with me, I'd recommend his service to anyone!

My Ranger broke down dead-center Patchogue. I narrowed the trouble a bit but couldn't repair in the municipal parking lot... Found Leo's with excellent reviews and exactly half-way between my apt and my dead truck. The awesome Megan (office manager) arranged a roll-back/tow and i was in the work-yard in no time.Leo is not afraid of getting dirty, but takes pride and enjoyment in his work. He had me fixed and running _same_day_. Next up is ball-Joints; I trust his shop with anything that i can't do myself. Leo is honorable, reliable, up-front, and excellent.Whether Leo or Megan, I get a consistent answer when i call; they're on the same page. This is a professional shop run by people who know their game and like working with their hands. I'm a big fan.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment

I can t say enough good things about this shop and Leo. My car blew a hose during my visit to LI. Leo pulled over to help me and had me in and out of the shop (even though he was closing) in about an hour. I will absolutely recommend him to my friends and family in the area. Leo s was recommended to me by my brother, and I couldn t be happier to have found his shop. He helped me out after a local chain car repair company completely botched (and overcharged) a simple brake repair and left me with a broken axle. Leo took the time himself to explain what was wrong and showed me the broken axle and explained what had happened. Hes an honest and trustworthy mechanic, I will be bringing my car to him only from now on!

Worst experience ever after they had my car for a month. I get it back after having a full tank to zero gas $600 down and the car still not fixed. When I brought it to another mechanic they refused to work on my car because somebody from this establishment called to all the mechanics and patch up not to accept my car had to get rid of the car due to the fact nobody was fixed. It never going to that place and I recommend nobody else go there

Leo s is by far the best Auto repair shop I have ever used. From the front desk to the whole crew. Always friendly, fast, competent, professional and in my experience, they go out of their way to do the right thing every time. Can not recommend more highly.

Leo came very highly recommended from several people. I was having a hard time getting parts for a rare model 2004 Ford SVT. Leo fixed everything including my girlfriends KIA which not even the KIA dealership could fix, among others. He s masterful at his trade, a great communicator and doesn t charge anywhere near what he s worth. These types of mechanics have gone extinct. Honest, Knowledgeable & Fair.He takes the time to research exactly what s needed and gets it right the first time, every time. No process of elimination, the guy is that good.As long as Leo s Autoworks is in business, that is where I ll bring my cars!!Service: Exhaust

My father brings his car to absolutely NOBODY else so I thought he was absolutely crazy when he offered to pick up my car from CT and leave me his because he trusted nobody but Leo to do multiple repairs to my car. As the father of a newborn I was so worried about getting Sucked in to spend more money than needed Boy was I wrong!!! I ve had my 2010 Ford Fusion for over 6 year s and I ve NEVER been happier with the performance and overall feel of my car or felt safer than I do after Leo was finished. I thought it would need a lot more work than it actually did!! I am a parts counter person and seen mechanics order multiple parts trying to fix something. But not at Leo s auto Works in Patchogue!!! I spent a lot less money than I thought I would and as I said the car has never performed and drove better. Now I know and I always have a mechanic I can trust!! Well worth its weight in gold knowing my newborn will be safe!!! Kudos to Leo from Leo s Auto Works!!! My car will never be anywhere else. If you re in the Patchogue Medford area you out it to yourself to check out Leo s in Patchogue

I know Leo from when he was a mechanic in the same place about 8 years ago. The place was called specline Auto then. He was and still is an outstanding machanic. Honest guy and friendly. Never does work on your car that doesn't need it. Now he owns the place. Once you meet Leo and see his work and prices, you'll never go anywhere else. Highly recommended! Hard to find honest machnics

I brought my car there because my friend recommended him and I knew him for a couple years before he had his own shop, so I trusted him. My BMW was overheating so he changed my water pump and charged me $700 to do so. Less than a year later the part goes bad and my car starts over heating again and I cant even drive down the block without the car stopping. He even stated to me "it's my first time putting in a part like this and it was a lot of work" and I wish I would have trusted my gut and went to someone else. I have driven the car that year less then 2000 miles, so imagine if I was driving this car everyday no reason for it to overheat. My brother ran the code and it says the part he put in is faulty. So two months ago I bring my car there for him to verify if his part was indeed faulty or if it was a code error. My car ends up sitting in his lot for one whole month. I call him he never answers, but when I finally decided to just show up he blamed it on his assistant. So I told him that's fine, one week later I drive by and my car is still sitting at his old shop and everyone has moved. Basically he never even checked my car and left it sitting.So cool, I ask him since he has insurance on my part just give me my part and I'll have someone else put it in. After all I paid $700 for a part that is supposed to last me 10+ years. He again never replies dodges calls and blames it on his assistant.BEWARE....perfect starts don't mean a thing, when it comes to major work or if you have a luxury car stay away.Oil changes and minor work 5 stars.

All the workers are very nice and they know what they re doing. I trust them with my car whenever I need ANYTHING done. Great place, I 1,000,000% recommend going to Leo s Autoworks.

On June 3rd I asked Leo how much it would cost to take my 4 cyn Jeep motor out and replace it with a V8 motor I had. He said he'd do it for $1000 and have it done by the time my son left for the Marines on July 20th. I said my son has all new parts but he left out two parts so I told him to get them. I wasn't told the starter would be $300 and flywheel would be like $200 and was charged for those without consent. I told him I'm at stage 4 with cancer and I wanted to do this for my son for his graduation and going into the marines but every time we went there we uncovered more lies, and little work was being down. I promised it would be done, but over a month later it still wasn't so I towed it out of there. And when I got it home I found a huge amount of grease stains, water stains, and other damages in it. It ran great, my son just wanted more power for his build and to drive it beach from the beach when he came home. I just can't believe how he lied to us so much. I thought he was reliable but he is not a good man and he doesn't keep his word. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. My son is going into the marines in two weeks and I hope we can get it running by then. Stay safe everyone and god bless.

In addition to what Ed has said in his reviews, my Jeep was not only damaged, with tailgate left open in a rain storm with wet carpet all bubbles up, leaves all over inside , and first aid kit destroyed, grease stains on the inside and out, radiator support damage, etc. after it being home , a Couple days later got a ticket in the mail for upstate New York, with my Jeep plates in ticket, wrote to them explaining it was in the shop during this time and I wasn t up there, they responded saying they for sure had those plate numbers up there. Either my Jeep was up there or they used my plates on a transfer my Jeep received a ticket on the dates it was in the shop. Wouldn t recommend this place. Says one thing and does the opposite. Don t keep their story straight.
