Great service. Had an aftermarket alternator that I brought to them installed. They also replaced my bad serpentine belt. A week later started having charging issues due to the aftermarket alternator, which also damaged the new serpentine belt. I brought the vehicle back to have the aftermarket alternator removed and for them to supply a replacement alternator And they were able to warranty out the damage serpentine belt. Everything was done quite quickly and efficiently.

Jerry the service manager was extremelyCourteous and serviced my car right away. Got flat and called he said come in and expect the tire to be fixed in 20 minutes, which it was completed.Would definitely bring my car back for any type of service.

Fantastic service. Every time I come here for an inspection or tire service I am always treated with respect by the entire team. Even without an appointment they took my car inside the shop very quickly and finished my car. I appreciate that they provide me with a courtesy inspection and let me know what issues I need to fix without putting any pressure sales pressure on me. I will continue to come to this location for all services! Thank you!

So refreshing to have stumbled upon this place. I was 7 days overdue for an inspection (and wasn t planning on doing anything about it), but as I was driving by, I decided to pull in and see if they could do it. Not only did they do it, but Jerry told me he had the time to do it immediately!! The crew was pleasant throughout the process and very quick to help me out. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this Goodyear location to anyone.

Have purchased my tires there for the past 10 years. Also get my inspections and service done there. They are very pleasant to deal with. Never had to wait very long either. Highly recommend. Good prices too.

I'm currently on vacation and my rental car is having trouble (never rent from Drivo outside JFK airport). Took it to Autozone and they couldn't figure out how to test my alternator. Took the car to this Goodyear location and immediately helped. The very nice mechanic took my car back and printed out a report that tested my battery, alternator and starter.As a woman, I felt respected and like my best interest was their primary concern. Couldn't recommend them more!

Had a new set of tires installed this past Sunday at the Patchogue store. I was very happy with my experience. Ordering the tires and scheduling install on the GoodYear website was a simple process. I was especially impressed with the great customer service I received from Pete and the staff. Thank you guys!!!

I was in the area for my son s baseball tournament. Left the hotel on Sunday morning to find I had a completely flat tire. Called Goodyear as soon as it opened. Pete was very pleasant and told me to have it towed over. Arrived at 8:30 with tow truck, they took me right in. They were very friendly and efficient. My new tire was installed and I was on my way by 9:30. Very happy with the service!

Decent place. But not the quickest, oil change took over 2 hours even though my car was sitting there most of the time. They take a while to bill you. Prices aren t very competitive, I asked for a discount for my employer and the guys said it would only be $5 so I said ok that s fine but he never added it. I didn t press the issue . Next time I ll do my own oil change. Not worth the mark up and wait , go elsewhere

After visiting 2 other tire establishments, we were pleasantly surprised to be treated with friendliness and respect. We dropped off the car for our appointment and the flat was fixed promptly. Thank you for great service. Your staff made us feel valued.

I ve been using Goodyear for almost 2years now. Any time I have a problem the team at Goodyear has always been able to help us out. I started with a oil change on one vehicle and now they service all my vehicles including work trucks. They have been able to service all repairs needed and in a timely manner. They even apply coupons to keep the cost down. I definitely would recommend them.3/4/2019I must add to my review. Just had one of my trucks in for lots of service. Being that this truck is now 13 years old wasn't sure if i wanted to keep it or sell it. I dropped it off at Goodyear to have them take a look at it. I knew what issues the truck had but wanted them to price it out for me anyway. From new tires, struts, to a catalytic i couldn't beat the price they gave me. In two days time the truck was ready to go again. I can't thank the crew at Goodyear enough for work well done.

Got a flat tire on the good old Long Island Expressway. Got done dirty by Pep Boys and was left out in the cold. This tire shop was the last one I was calling before I was planning on calling it a night and sleeping at a hotel. Not only did Goodyear have the exact tire I needed but they put it on the same day. Even staying open 2 hours past closed. This is how you do business. Thank you guys

The first time I used this Good Year location was for my cars inspection because Pep Boys refused to do it even if I dropped it off. For no good reason. My car is a 2015 there's nothing wrong with it so a quick inspection shouldn't have been an issue and it wasn't at Good Year. I dropped it off and they called within an hour and a half that it was ready.My second time using Good Year was right now, on a Sunday WITH AN APPOINTMENT mind you. My appointment was for an oil change and filter changes at 10AM and I dropped my car at 9:40AM. When I made the appointment online I was advised service could be UP TO 3 hours and it was suggested that I drop my car...so that is what I did. 1:15PM I call to check in as it has now been 3 hours and they haven't even taken my car in yet. I know an oil change takes 20 minutes and filters 5... I really need to stop giving my business to these lazy jerk offs at these auto places and do it myself. Is it because I am a woman you just haven't gotten around to it or is it the fact you forgot about it and you'd call me 5 minutes before you close to come pick it up? Either way, there is NO excuse for this type of service when what I had made an appointment for is simply routine. I understand you're busy but you're telling me you're that behind on your 10AM appointments? I don't think so. Unacceptable service and now the rest of my day has been completely inconvenienced.As I write this at 1:39PM I get a call back that NOW my car is done after having called at 1:15PM. Interesting.

Time estimates are way off to try and keep you there.First time I came in they said it'd be 2 hours at most. 4.5 hours later, they finally finished my car. Second time they said an hour. 3 hours later I was able to take my car back. I'd be ok with it if they told me "this is going to take 3 hours, you might want to come back" but don't have me wait in the shop for 3 hours when you tell me it'll only be an hour.It's an expensive shop and I had services added onto my bill without my consent from a pushy worker. Look elsewhere.

Good year is my place to go for 90% of repairs. They may cost a little more than a local shop but their turn around time and customer service makes up for it. I ve been using them for years and don t plan on changing it

Went in to get a quote for 4 tires on my car. The gentlemen working the service desk was very rude to everyone he interacted with while I waited. The quote was priced around the same as another shop I went to, but because of this guy's attitude I chose to give my business to the other shop.

Had coils replaced 14 months ago and one broke. They replaced the part hassle free. Thank You Steve and Thank You Good Year Tires. Also purchased a set of tires that comes with free alignment for 3 years. Best deal! Especially driving these streets and highways that are riddled with pot holes.

Had a very disturbing experience there had my battery changed it was a temporary battery that I used. Not even a year old and they charge me a core charge of $18 so I can have my brand new battery back. Then they wanted to charge me$160 for the ABS speed sensor with labor. Not good service

Complete life savers!!!! This is my go to place from now on. I've been to another similar shop and it was a disaster. At this Goodyear they identified the problem immediately and fixed it.Whatever you guys and gals are doing to keep your fine staff,please continue to do so

First they set up an appointment for me to get a tire on my wifes car got there and they did t have the tire asked why no called me to say they didnt have the tire. Setup next day to get tire, then they charged my wife more for what i was quoted for the tire.

Store manager Steve. He is the guy guide you perfect. I have 16 year old mazda.I tried many mechanics but I am not satisfied my car alignment everytime out after I visited goodyear automotive steve guide me why my car alignment out everytime. He explained me everything tire, control arm and etc. I recommend well experienced store manager Steve. Thanks Steve now my car is perfect.

I took my Dodge Ram into Goodyear in Patchogue with a nail in my tire. They had me out the door with in an hour and the cost was actually less than expected. Great service over there. All in all a good experience.
