I needed to have my air bag replaced on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I loved the concierge service and they did my inspection wile they were at it. As well as a 16 point inspection for free you hardly ever get extra anything. I already have a mechanic but I would use them again.

I didn't think I'd get my car back so quick. Very pleased and happy for the service Matt has provided for me. Very prompt I might say. Unlike Smith Town Dodge having to wait till the got parts in. But it was all codes smfh. Thank you again Browns

This time I was pleased with the work done to my Jeep at Brown s. And Nick was an excellent Repair Advisor. Had my Rear Differential Fluid changed, with the left rear axle seal replaced. (Seal was leaking). Transfer Case Fluid Serviced. Mechanic did a excellent job.

The service Ive been receiving at Browns since 2016 couldn t be any better than it has been. The staff in the service department never cease to amaze with their personal association with me as a customer. The total outcome with the vehicle return is just what was discussed and the technical service is always outstanding.

I ve been going to Brown s for years now and their entire staff is fantastic. Matt in their service department has been assisting me for years and always goes above and beyond to make sure that my car and my family are always taken care of. I enjoy stopping by when I have service needs as I ve made friends with a lot of the staff over the year.

Top notch!! Courteous, and were ready for my car before I even got out of it! Extremely knowledgeable with any questions I asked, which put me at ease. They ever went as far as to check things I asked about on my first oil change, that they would normally do on the next!

I have been to other Jeep dealers and Brown s has been the best. The reps are waiting outside of service to greet you, they already know why you are there, and when there was a wait one time, I got a vehicle to use. The service area is clean and they offer coffee and tv while you wait. When I had my first inspection it took about 15 mins, and I was given a free car wash voucher to a local car wash facility of my choice of 4. Very happy with my first year of service with Browns! Thank you!

Service advisor was great, well spoken.They took my truck in for a warranty repair and was acomodated with a near equivalent loaner vehicle. My truck was then returned in a timely manner. They even wash and waxed my truck. Much appreciated! Thank you.

Associates are always friendly. Work usually done in a timely fashion. Work completed carefully explained. Coffee provided in customer area to take the edge off of waiting. Bill charges appear fair.

Dropped off my daughter s Jeep for a recall. Appointment scheduling was easy as well as the drop off and pick up process. Very friendly service from Nick and Rick from start to finish!

I had to drop my truck off two days early. Surprisingly I got a phone call first thing the next morning to go over what information they had. They completed the work and had my truck ready before my actual appointment time! Kudos to Nick and the rest of the crew.

Love BROWN s !!! Aaron the service manager was awesome from his friendly demeanor when scheduling the appointment to greeting me when I arrived . He explained what would be done at the appointment and approximately how long it would take . I waited in their waiting area . Exactly one hour , as explained and I was done . I will definitely be using Browns for all my service needs .

After waiting a few weeks for part to come in, Browns gave me a loaner car while my car was repaired. They kept me well informed throughout the repair. Very decent group of people to work with.

Went for an inspection for an extended car warranty and they did a very thorough job and made me aware of any issues that I have or may have in the future. Rick the service agent was very helpful and explained everything to me .

My complaint would be that I dropped my car off on a Monday morning the service department was great and courteous and even got me a lift to go home and back my only complaint is they never looked at my and requested that I bring it back the same week with that said I did not return because that had happened to me at the Kia dealer where I purchased the Jeep instead I took the Jeep to get the oil changed at Firestone I will have my regular mechanic look at my Jeep and they will use my extended warranty

Matt and the team there went above and beyond. They found accommodations for me that weren t even required . My jeep was repaired much sooner than expected, and came back clean as well!They are all friendly and helpful! Thank you !

Arrived early for my yearly state auto inspection armed with coffee and my I pad and by the time I had finished my coffee and decided what game I was going to play to pass the time I was summoned to the checkout counter and was on my way home.This dealership has always been great to deal with and fully explained any repairs or recommendations.
