Getting an appointment is quick and easy. Some dealers I had to make an appointment a good month in advance but here I have not had a time where it was more than a week. The employees are all courteous and friendly. Also, I have had friends tell me prices they get for oils changes and what not and so far they have always been more affordable

I was in and out for service very quickly. I had an appointment for an oil change and transmission service at 8 am. I showed up at 7:45 am and was greeted warmly by the service writer who's name I can't fit the life of me remember. She quickly entered my info into the computer and led me to the waiting room. As soon as I found something on my phone I wanted to read my car was done. Out by 8:15. No tries of selling me services I didn't need.

Baron Honda has serviced my vehicles for over ten years. The service provided is always excellent and completed promptly. The staff is the most efficient and friendliest of any car dealership I have used.

I would recommend Baron Honda to any and everybody the salesman Charlie I dealt with was wonderful the car I picked out was just brought in. I had to wait for the title. He stayed in contact with me the whole time anytime I texted him he never made me feel like I was annoying him or bothering him, as soon as the title came in, he called me immediately. The finance department again amazing I want to say his name was Joe did everything to get my payment as close to where I want it to. They definitely made it happen I d give Barron 100 stars. Great experience I will always deal with Baron !

Just took home my car from baron honda couldn t be more happy!! The salesman Thaddeus was great he worked out a great deal for me and made the process super easy I will definitely be returning!!

I ve being coming here for years! Their service department personnel are professional and efficient. They explain whatever is being done. Appointment always taken in on time. I drive over an hr to get there and have to wait. Their waiting room is perfect, see photo. I highly recommend

Anthony the service advisor saved me the cost of a major service on my vehicle by researching my used vehicles history all on his own. It turns out the previous owner did the service, I would have paid for it if not for his efforts. Thank you Anthony! I ll recommend Baron Honda to all I can.

I've a Honda girl for years. I bought my 3 last ones at Baron. I can never say how pleased I have been with the service from purchases to service, trade, problems etc. I never missed an occasion to tell you guys or my friends how wonderful your service is. Professionalism, Courtesy, willingness to go the extra mile are always there at every encounter. With or without an appointment, the staff always welcome me and make every effort to ensure that the service is done to my satisfactionI just wish I could rate you guys a 10 star review.

I have been going to Baron Honda for almost twenty years. I go because I get fair deals and the experience is always pleasant. The staff are always respectful and polite. I just took delivery of another vehicle, my 2024 Ridgeline. Tony Noto was great. He s been my guy since Steve Martin retired. He s very nice and laid back but goes to bat for you. Also Joseph the Finance guy was great to deal with at the delivery. As long as I keep buying Honda s, I will be a Baron customer.

We just purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sport Sedan here last week for our daughter and can t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish!! From Steve our sales person, to Val our warranty administrator, and Joe in finance we couldn t ask for a better team!! They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Steve and Val even stayed late after closing to help us!! We had a negative experience with another dealership out East last year, but the staff at Baron Honda restored our faith with providing the best service and attention to detail. Please don t waste your valuable time anywhere else. For amazing customer service and great pricing, this is the place to be supporting local businesses. I am very glad Baron Honda has an experienced mechanic/technician/service advisor answering the phone to guide a person about how long a service might take, rather than some person who just answers the phone to schedule an appointment. I drive out of my way to go there. I like the early hour they are available before morning tracfic, too. They did a good job caring for my first Honda and my second.

Anthony was super helpful with getting me in and out on time. He was great at communicating the issues with my car and, honestly, I REALLY appreciated him not talking to me like I was an idiot. I think the women out there know how men can be when it comes to explaining car stuff to women: Listen sweetie, there is something called a motor Anyway, that was NOT Anthony. Fast, courteous, professional, done. This is how it should be!

Our sales associate Piero Lisse was great. Really listened, low pressure yet explained each vehicle I test drove. Came back quickly with an acceptable monthly payment . Car pick up was smooth and the car looked great . Finance person, efficient, friendly and quick. Best car lease experience we ve ever had in over 30 years .Showroom although not fancy, was comfortable with tables and chairs to hang out it while waiting for your car . Restrooms, clean and comfortable as well.

I have been using Baron Honda in Patchogue exclusively for service of my 2009 Accord since I purchased it. I have never had a poor experience. The service team are first class professionals who complete my repairs correctly and usually ahead of schedule. Not to mention that the folks in the department are just really nice humans. Do yourself a favor and use them for your service needs. You won't be disappointed.

People are always friendly here and the waiting room is not bad either. Free WiFi, tv, drinks, ambient temperature and comfy couches so waiting there for your car is not bad at all. I always go to this dealership for the service and even bought my 2021 Pilot here a couple years ago.

Had routine service this week,Battery replaced (at my request) along with oil change and a courtesy battery replacement for my remote key, Anthony was most helpful and quickly handled paperwork and use of the two discount coupons sent me my this establishment. No effort was made to encourage purchase of additional services. Anthony is a recent hire with experience elsewhere. I recommend him highly.Dave W
