Absolutely amazing mechanics , my battery fuse was blown and needed replacement after the repairs. I brought them the part and they worked on it until it was done and asked for nothing in return , I love these guys , my family and I always take our vehicles to them , they are always honest and hardworking!

Was told 7 to 10 to get my transmission on my truck fixed, I called 23 days later and I was told," we are shor thanded . Could take another 2 weeks until we start on it, dont know what to tell you ". From the beginning I was lied to . Price was a decent price ,if work was ever done. . I wish every one a better experience

I normally go to the south country rd location but they are closed on Sat now. The montauk hwy location open till 12 on Sat. Did great job on my car inspection, thanks.

My Ford dealership sent me here and they did not disappoint. My 2014 6.7 Diesel Super Duty got an alignment in no time for a great price. Awesome work. Thanks guys!

Asked to check fault code on my truck and to let me know what the issue was. I do not have a code reader that is compatible to my i have a 7.3 Diesel truck. They told me it was the injector drive module. Charged me 130 to look at fault code which was fine, but they led me down the wrong path. The Injector drive module is a 300 plus part. I changed it my self. Through further investigation on my own it was one of my injectors taking down the others on the same side.so in the end they wasted 400 plus dollars and my own time fixing a wrong part. called them back and the guy had no regard to the waste of my time and my money.sometimes we just need some help with what's wrong with our vehicles and being given the correct information would help since not all of us have all the proper scanners at our home. I fix all my own vehicles and now i know why i do. luckily they only got 130 out of me. Its actually a shame. Was super hopeful they would lead me in the right direction.Service: Engine repair

Great as always, will never let anyone else ever touch my car again except them. Not one of my cars has been damaged by them...pepboys damged both rockers on my 13k mile sports car and when i came back next day denied it was them... they said i could have taken it somewhere else... so after i found Baldwin never again with anyone else.

I asked them to properly install and torque down wheel adapters on my grand Cherokee they ended up doing more damage then anything else that Tracy manager up front is a snake in the grass was not honest about it at all just tried to rush me out the door told me his computer was down and conveniently couldn t give me a receipt they are supposed to be a very reputable shop in the area but not in my experience I ll bring my rig there again that guy Tracy at the front counter is not to be trusted

Billy and Tracy are as professional as you can get.. not only are they great mechanics but have the patience to handle impatient customers.. They both worked for me to speed along the insurance process and helped me deal with a unfortunate situation. thanks guys
