We ve been going to Arthur s for over 5 years now and they re an amazing auto repair shop, always fair and efficient both service and repairs. Chris is excellent at costumer service and spot on when it comes to appointments and recommendations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new repair shop. 10 out of 10

Good mechanics, they know there stuff. Very happy they fixed my car for me. Will be bringing it back when it has other problems for sure. Smart and efficient mechanics. Had a huge issue and had the car back in 3 days! Take your car here if you need any work, you will not be dissapointed.

I've been taking my Jeep & my wife's VW to Arthur's for routine maintenance/repairs for about a year now. Uses quality parts with reasonable prices. Chris always takes good care of us. Thank you so much!

If anyone needs ANY auto repairs, I highly recommend Arthurs Auto repair. I ve been going for over 30 years. They are not only the best Mechanics, they are the most honest reliable shop in the area. I ve been going to Arthur s for close to 10 years now. My neighbor recommended them and I couldn t be happier. They are honest and you never feel like you re being taken advantage of. Chris and Arthur have always done right by me and my family! I would never take my car anywhere else.

I went to get my car repaired knowingly getting a part needed and told me it was something totally different than why I bringing the car. So there s cost of something I did not need and took my car back.then still charged me a astronomical price for my car to be looked at.felt like I was ignorant when telling me I still needed something else when I knew what the car really needed lost my confidence in the new ownership..I miss the real deal owner that once owned this company lost all my faith in this place I m moving on to RCM auto repair ..the real deal place

I couldn t pass now York inspection one of the reason is fog light?never heard nyi including fog light, and my car just keyless start has problem, they change the battery, and told me battery has problem.

This is the only auto repair shop that we have used for our cars for over the past twenty years. They are excellent mechanics. Their prices are fair and they are honest. My husband and I recommend them to everyone. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Went for oil change, inspection, and some other general maintenance items and had a great experience. Very hard to find honest businesses in todays age but Chris was super awesome and had me in and out.Would definitely recommend for any auto repair, car maintenance, and anything related to cars.These guys rock. If you are looking for honesty, you found the right place. I asked for a wheel alignment and Chris the owner told me yesterday to go back to Costco where I bought the Michelin tires from and have them balance the front again because it shakes at 75mph. He said I don't want to waste your money on something that is not going to fix your car. I ask you wgen is the last time you EVERY heard a repair car say that to you. HONEST is very hard to find. GREAT SERVICE! Highly recommended for anyone having car trouble. Very efficient at what they do. The service was quick and convenient. They are very friendly and understanding. I was was given a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my car, and how much it was going to cost. The prices are fair for the reliable parts and labor they are providing. If you are having any issues with your vehicle, go here. Authur's is a full service auto shop (they do everything).

The folks at Arthur's were very pleasant and helpful. They explained what was wrong with my car and how they would fix it in terms I could understand. The repair were done quickly and at a reasonable cost. I am very happy with the work done on my car and will return to Arthur's as needed. I would not hesitate to recommend then to my friends.

EXCELLENT!!!! GREAT service, extremely accommodating. I have been going here for years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Arthur's is HONEST, which is HUGE in my opinion. They are reliable and more than fair in terms of pricing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I will continue to bring my vehicles here and encourage anyone I know to do the same. Don't hesitate to come here, you will NOT regret it.

This place is a secret. I almost don't want to give such a strong review because I am afraid they will become so popular that I will never get an appointment. I cannot say enough about this shop. I have lived in this area for 25 yrs and have tried all the local shops. These guys are the best in, honesty, looking out for your best interests, taking your car in last minute or without an appointment, price, follow ups, workmanship and accuracy. It is very important to them to have you as a customer and it shows! They are very personable..

Since day one the crew at Arty's have been extremely helpful and most importantly honest with me when it comes to the repairs my car needs. Never once have I felt uneasy about a recommendation from them because I know they don't bs. I would recommend them any day of the week. My car is in good shape and continues to be thanks to maintenance done at Arty's. I'm a happy costumer and will continue to be.

The guys here are great. They went out of their way to make sure I got my car in, checked out my concern, changed my oil and sent me on my way. Pleasant experience. However keep in mind the office/waiting area is so small they can't have more then 1 person waiting in there due to covid, so be prepared to take a walk!

Great auto shop! They were recommended to me by a trusted friend and have never let me down. They are honest and fair and sad to say but, that is a hard combination to find these days. Thank you Chris and Arthur

My family has used Artie's auto shop for over 15 years. Any time we have any issues with any of our vehicles, it's "take to to Artie!". From car inspections, to tire repairs, to engine work, I trust no other group with my vehicle than the folks at Arthur's Auto Repair. Artie's son, Chris, does an excellent job managing the shop, and we love the fact that this is a family-operated business. I can't impress enough how important Artie's shop is to our household with seven vehicles. Having a great mechanic is like having a great doctor, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for any auto-related needs. If you haven't used Arthur's Auto Repair, I highly recommend making the switch.

Arthur came highly recommended to me several years ago by another shop for a difficult repair they couldn't handle. Not only did the job come out right, but I didnt get raked over the coals. I've been back recently and couldn't be happier. Skilled, honest, fair old school neighborhood shop. Believe all the good reviews!

Since 2006-Artie, his staff and family have serviced my cars-some were questionable as to whether we should keep them running, but they have. Best service, repaired right the 1st time, good price. No need for me to consider another mechanic.

Arthur's Auto repair was recommended to me by another repair shop that was unable to repair my broken brake lines.Arthur's Auto Repair was able to repair the broken lines and the price they charged was quite reasonable! Chris who works the front desk was exceptional! Wish there were more businesses like this!Service: Brakes

Probably the best auto shop on long island. Arthur and the staff are trustworthy and helpful. The first time I went there Arthur offered to drive me home himself while they worked on the car. Above and beyond.

They were good to accommodate me last minute for an inspection. It turns out I needed 2 replacement tires in order to pass. They assured me that the tires would be in by Friday. I told them I'd be in on Saturday morning. Well, Arthur's called me on Friday night at 6:30 pm to tell me that the tires are backordered until Monday. That's beyond the deadline for inspection. They could have been honest with me instead of assuring me the tires would be installed in time. They did nothing to resolve the issue and blamed their vendor. This left me having to scramble this afternoon. I could have gone anywhere, but took them on their word. Very unprofessional. It's 12 noon on a Saturday now, Pathetic.

Best shop on the island for honesty and quality.Artie and Chris always go 100percent to satisfy the customers.The mechanics are seasoned pros. ,Not the "kids" you'll find @ other places.Especialy that really handsome guy Mike.,,,,
