During a recent snow event I slid off the road and one of their drivers was on their way to a call right after it happened and stopped to help me and switched things around to stay with me until we could get my truck outta the ditch so I wasn't stranded on the side of the road in the brutally cold white out... top notch service they could of left me and they didn't... truly caring and I had a great time hanging out with Miguel lol... til the next tow...

I highly recommend this company the man came at night when all the other companies wouldn't. He was quick and did a great job as well as being fairly priced. Definitely knows what he is doing.

My daughter went off the road to the point we couldn t get it out. We called them and they were super nice on the phone and gave us an estimate and were here in no time. I put my car into a ditch this morning, and colosse was the ONLY tow in the area willing to come get me out. My car had some passenger front end damage that I wasn't sure how bad it was, because of the snow. Tow Driver wanted to know if I would be driving it home or not, to figure out how to pull it put. I asked if we could pull it and check once it was out. No problem. Once I saw there was a lot dragging on the tire I just asked he haul it home. It probably was fine to drive but I wasn't comfortable and he had no problem driving it back. You've got a return customer if I need a tow.

The tow service showed up well before they were scheduled to arrive. They were very friendly, thanked me for my military service (there was a US Navy sticker on my car) and provided me with fuel in a few minutes.I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

From the perspective of a service manager of a large medical transport company, these guys are the best. After many very tight spots and major accidents handled for us, not a single complaint. You call-they come full force no matter what is the trouble. We have pushed them well past the limits too. I apologize for this lol. Speed of sound and damage free. This is the greatest Tow company ever! I needed them to get my truck out of a ditch on the back of my property. They were there the next morning and got me out in seconds. Great job, great team 100% recommend them to everybody.

Me and my fianc� were coming home from tug hill with the snowmobiles and had trailer trouble. Lucky for us, we were close to The Tow Company when I googled tow truck from the side of Route 3. Jim showed up within 15 minutes of us calling him and towed the trailer back to his lot. We ended up needing the trailer towed on a flatbed back to Webster and Jim did not wring out our pockets to do so! He was able to get the trailer to us promptly. Would recommend to anyone!

This is not a 24 he tow company. Today is 7/5/19 my keys are locked in my truck.this company wants me to wait until Monday to unlock my truck. piss poor company. I came up to go fishing at 4am Saturday. They want me to throw my 1000.00 I paid to the boat out the door. don't use them uleunl it 9-5 week days. This is b.s
