I'm not sure there is actually a Napa here. There seems to be a Uhaul rental but there is no NAPA in this location that I can find.

We were 3 hours from home and our wheel bearing on our trailer park was completely gone when we pulled over for a rest stop. Called these guys 15 minutes before they closed and they stayed open an extra 45 minutes for us so they could help us get back home. Thank you for everything! You are the best!!

Called up 15 min before closing. Was about 15 minutes away. Owner stayed open late to help us match a wheeel baring for my car trailer that broke. We were 3 hours from home. Excessively helpful and friendly. Even taught us how to pack the baring.. you need parts, go there!

Very knowledgeable parts store with workers willing to help you solve your automotive problems. Good inventory so you don't have to get your part ordered and come back, which is rare these days!

So my computer on my vehicle got wet and was toast, they said it would be a week and around a $100 dollars after stopping by and calling them it changed from 1 to 2 to 3 then ended up being over 4 weeks and the price kept changing as well. To top it off they sold me the WORNG part! Found out after they sold it to me. They won't take returns on electronics even if they get the WORNG one FYI!I will never go into a napa auto parts ever again based on there treatment, nothing could fix there nonchalant attitude and it's not our problem reasoning.

Every time I m in there or call they are extremely rude. The customer service sucks, take your business else where if you can.

I had to get a rain check for a case of motor oil , out of stock they said . I went outside and the guy behind me carried out the same exact case i requested and I asked him how did you get that . his reply was they must know me .. well that's OK because I will never buy another thing from that store if they show such obvious favoritism .. there are so many other places to shop .. the prices are too high anyway

Traveling back to Ohio in a heavy downpour. Stopped to get new wiper blades so I could continue. The gentleman behind the counter put the wiper blades on for me in the rain
