This was the nicest, friendliest, most professional and convenient mechanic and owner I ve encountered in my life. Honestly the most friendly person I ve talked to in a really long time. They diagnosed our truck after some minor issues coming off the highway and had us on our way so quickly! Thank you thank you thank you!

I would like to thank John very much for taking the time to not give up when my truck stumped him until he found the problem and fixed it. It's always the small stupid stuff but he did it truck is running better than ever and I would highly recommend CCM transmission and John to all my family and friends. Thank you again John

These guys were awesome! My car was making a loud noise, it was getting louder and we were not halfway to Syracuse yet. I stopped at the gas station next door and walked over, praying they could get me in. The lug nuts were loose on one wheel and I had lost one! He had me fixed up and on my way in half an hour! Our trip was saved and he would only take payment for the lugnut! It's people like this that restore my faith in humanity. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Honest business. Transmission rebuilt perfectly. Quoted 1800. My bill was 1400. Had leak on my 24 year old trans cooler line shortly after. He repaired it "no charge." It wasn't even guaranteed. That's an owner with integrity right there.

Squeezed me in for a last minute appointment when my belt broke on my car. Repair cost was reasonable and the work was done fast. Will be returning for anything car related.

The owner Mr. John Thayer is man of skill and utmost ethics. When I had several things wrong with my car he only fixed what was necessary and what I could afford. Even though I've moved further away I still choose to make the 30 minute trek to his shop.

I know and trust the owner, John Thayer. He has integrity and is a good mechanic. He has grown his business to include several employees and is very busy, so you need to make appointments in advance.

On a trip home on the NYS Thruway on the hottest day of the summer, with my wife and 3 kids and a dog, our van started leaking coolant like a sieve. Got off at the Canajoharie exit, was directed to a garage that was too busy to look at our van. They recommended CCM. Thank God! I called CCM, explained to John my situation and he said to bring it right over. When we got there, John was very accommodating, welcomed us into his air-conditioned waiting area, even let our dog in and offered a bowl of water for our dog. Gave our littlest son a coloring book, crayons and a sticker. He showed me the issue and told me what he was going to do to fix it. We were done within an hour and a half, paid less than $90 and he even gave our little guy a toy when we left. Can't thank him enough for fitting us into his obviously busy schedule. Great service and a very kind man! Thank you, John! Can't thank you enough!

I can not say enough good about the owner of this place...we were from out of town...and in a pickle with our vehicle...Some one at an auto Mart gave us directions and said if anyone can help you he can.We got there ...he took us right in and help get car back on road...we were shocked...he did not take advantage of the situation$$$ and did it in a timely fashion! We were thrilled...I wish he had a place where we live he would have forever customers!!!

I would highly recommend this garage. So far I have only had my inspection done here, but he saved my mother $3,400.00 by having the equipment to check out her transmission instead of just replacing it!

If you are looking for an honest mechanic at a fair price, this is your place. He will tell you the truth about needed repairs and let you decide if you want/can afford the work.
