My son brought the car in for screw in middle of tread on tire. They said it needs patch and plug( usually it one or the other). When they went to repair tire with less then 4,000 miles on it they told him that the beadwas bad. How when tire was put on by tire distributor and was never removed prior. I think the tech messed up removing tire and didn't want to admit he messed up. They then had him buy a good year tire when the car calls for continent and the other brand new tires were that brand. They took advantage of young inexperienced driver. Very poor customer service and advise to stay clear of them

Last couple sets of tires I brought to Walmart they cannot balance them correctly they come with red and yellow dots from the factory yellow supposed to be mounted as close to the valve stem as possible they can't get this right they pile weights on my tires and I just go someplace else haven't broke down Mount it correctly and rebalanced

They were courteous, the person that took the request for the services needed for my car was doing the bare minimum. I'm not sure if it was too early for her. But I greeted her and she didn't respond. I told her what I needed done and because of laziness she didn't create the order, or speak to mechanics, she placed it in the comment section.. after I paid and pointed out the issue to them, they said I could wait to get it done but that would mean going to the end of the line. I said no and left.

I usually don't go to Walmart for auto work. But they had the tires I wanted cheaper than anyone else for the same exact brand. I was a (walk in). Had to bring in tires and rims from a different vehicle. They got the job done while beating the price of everyone around. Only complaint was how long of a wait time it was. But it was towards the end of the day and seemed short staffed so I will give them the benefit of the doubt for getting me in and getting the job done.

Did a good job and seems like they really did it right! I got new tires all around and they buffed off my rims around the seal, which had been an issue for me, so it would seat properly. Not sure if that's standard but it seemed like extra effort to me, which gives me confidence that it's a good quality shop.

I called at 4 o clock and asked if they had any spots open for oil change and tire rotation and was told to just show up they just change oil as walk in. I said I d be about an hour. I show up at 5 o clock and am told that they will not accept anymore vehicles. They re open for 2 more hours and I called ahead.

I called this morning around 10am to get tires I had purchased online from Walmart mounted and balanced. They got me an appointment the same day at 1pm.Service was fast and the staff went out of there way to help speed the process along.

I want to give 0 if possible. Dropped our truck off to get tires rotated and oil change. They called 30 minutes in telling us they didn't have the right air filter so we went and purchased one from auto zone brought it back went back home to get only get another call hour and half later that they don't have enough oil for our diesel.... they have yet to rotate tires replace air filter did absolutely nothing in the 2 and half hours they had the vehicle. We went to the isle with oil and brought it to the counter and said here I'll buy this can we put it in there... as this person asks is that for diesel.... a person working in a auto care center should never even have to ask that... we own diesels we know what goes in our vehicles. But they still would not use this oil thats purchased from THEIR store cause a "COMPUTER" don't allow it.. best thing to do is change your oil yourself . This is the worst service and absolute worst walmart in this area. Wasted 3 hours as only 1 day off from work to get a oil changed and they did absolutely nothing to even apologize for my wasted time.

Swapped winter tires over. Went to pick car up and it was parked outside with headlights on. Tpms light was on. When we got home checked tire pressures. They were supposed to be 33psi. No two tires the same. 22psi 24psi 26psi and 29psi. Something so simple as putting correct air presure has me wondering about lug nuts and balance job.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Took 4 fresh rims there to have tires mounted and now have to redo all 4 rims. Dropped it off at 745 in the morning and was told I'd get a call when it was done. I called at 330 to be told it was finished by 830 and no one ever called me. Walmart profits hugely off a garage of undertrained and untalented technicians who are supervised by people with even less mechanical knowledge. Its shameful and they wont get another chance from me.

Went in for 4 new tires and oil change. Paid for it all. Left and came back to pick up van. Got the 4 new tires and got home and oil change light came on. They never changed my oil although i paid them to. I called thers and guy told me he would look at cameras and see if it was done and call me back. Well he never called

Bought 4 new tiresand they installed the wrong sized ones. Without me knowing until abs system was overly sensitive on every bump nearly causing me to crash.at red lights b.c I couldn t stop. Took it to Simmons and Rockwell where I bought my car and they showed me they did in fact install the wrong tire size on my car. Which tripped my sensors. Went back to Walmart threatened legal action . For neglence. They fired the tech employee who installed them after I showed them paperwork proof from Simmons and Rockwell. They gave me 4 brand new tires and a $250 gift card to shut me up. Never again will I get tires from these idiots. Buyer beware.

Awful. They won't install tires on my chevy 3500 that they have in the past with no problem. Also refuse to mount trailer tires. Clearly they are under trained in the profession they are in.

Great place to get house keys made. You're almost guaranteed to find an oil and air filter that'll match your vehicle though the brand selection is very limited; Fram, Mobil, K&N, and a few Motorcraft. Same for car batteries, few brands, many sizes, and they include a warrantee. I can't speak for the service center's work at this location because I do my own work. Slim pickins for the diy mechanic, but what they do have is cheaper than a parts store and probably just as reliable.

Good fast tire service. But help yourself and just go inside straight to the cashier. Workers outside would not tell you if they can help you for anything or point you to the right direction when you wait at the sign.

Had new tires mounted and balanced one tires weights fell off so had to go back and have them rebalance.
