It's great. I did a mobile pick-up and everything went very well. It's easy to use the app and the service is great. I would highly recommend this place for a quick contactless pickup.

I loved the ease of online reservation. We have been back since our first visit. Great place, great people! Didn't have to worry about charges to my card account weeks later like what happened to us at the Bath Uhaul! Back again! Another great experience! Needed a big truck this time. We were once again pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of renting and the low cost! Great people and service. Worth the extra mile!

Would have given this place no stars if I could! The old guy at the front desk was rude!! Should have taken other people's advice and went somewhere else to begin with. Don't waste your time going there go to Penske!! Better customer service and better deals!!

I have used this location several times since 2004. Tom, the owner has ALWAYS been curtious, patient and helpful. I will continue to use this location because they always have the size truck I need and have even stayed late one time to help me in a pinch. Thanks guys!

Customer service was the worst I've seen at a Uhaul provider. I would chose a place farther and pay more than to deal with them again.
