Bought 2 hot subs drive 10 mins home the subs were supposed to be toasted they weren't the meat was cold as hell I called them told them I'm not driving back out they told me call the next day and speak to the deli manager she was nice at first replaced the subs then called back and told me I was 20 mins late picking them up which was a LIE and that I refused to bring them back to be replaced hmmm who's paying for that gas I was a loyal customer I stop in 5-6 times a week I will not be returning if thats how they choose to treat people there is another gas station across the street

Love using the gas rewards card, even saving 3� is helpful these days. Took my son in to change his diaper and the bathroom was clean. Got drinks for both of us and the staff was friendly and quick to ring us out.

Poor management and the night shift crew they have working don t know what there doing . Plan on taking my complaint with there district manager and corporate Monday.

Not sure what has happened over the years but the past year we ve had the absolute worst service and orders that are constantly wrong, not cooked, or sandwiches not cut nearly every single order. It ll be hard to order from here again after the last incident forgetting a whole sandwich, order of cauliflower, another sub not toasted, and not putting all the toppings on the sub (after explaining they were out of other things to begin with). This used to be our favorite place to order from and we ve recommended it to our local friends over the years but this is just bad.Edit: ordered again on 8/25, didn t even cut the sandwich again

Every day I come in Monday through Friday they have no pizza for my lunch break. For a gas station next to 2 factories and a warehouse that s not good.

I can see based on other reviews that this place has its issues. However, the few times I have been I have really enjoyed the food I ve gotten. The subs have been phenomenal! Clean enough for a gas station as well. I ll keep coming for the subs.

You need to replace food service workers with people that prepare food, at 730 am there are no sandwiches or sausages and have to ask for pizza that usually is not done completely and when you ask why there's no food they blame the cashier

District and regional manager's drove away three Managers from this store in less than 1 month. Has completely gone downhill and I feel terrible for the staff. Great job Stacey and Laura keep up the good work you really know what you're doing.

I'm sorry to post this. The people working at the sub and pizza place near 8pm are rude af. They wrote down everything, forgot to do this and that, and when approached, snapped back. They honestly don't make the best subs either. The bread is left out, and the pizza is just left in the wide open for the flies while nobody watches it. The only thing they hide from the flies are the meats and cheeses, plus the condiment . The people working at the register were really nice and funny though.

Dont buy gas here they will drain your bank account I paid with card at the pump and got $20.00 in gas and it litterally took all of my money. All the manager had to say was it should refund the money within 3 to 5 business days. This business is criminal, also a couple weeks before this I had gotten $20.00 in gas and it litterally evaporated within 2miles down the road, all of it. Go to the speed way not to far from this gas station do not get gas from any kwik fill. Your welcome.

No beard or hair nets...asked about it and actually emailed the main office..was told they should be wearing them...waited a bit...went back and still no nets. I asked the employee about it and the answer was "to each their own." Now I fill up at the Acorn. So far they appreciate the money I spend there. And I don't worry so much about beard hair and such in my food. By the way Kwik fill...beard hair falls out 3x more than other

The "shift leader" or manager, was wildly rude! Constantly yelled while I complied to the mask mandat . Went as far as yelling as I walked out of the store even after taking my money. Guess I will go litterally across the street and do business with a place that is at a minimum respectful of a customer! 3/22/21

What will it take to get Kwik Fill to repair the card readers in pumps in Erwin? Gas prices good but the card readers have been unusable for nearly a year. Stopped today for gas, could not use card without going in store and again complaining. Tired of this, I drove away and went to a competitor. Cost more but a lot less aggravation.

Do not enforce the no mask no service sign on the door. Person was in this morning, no mask, getting up close to people, and because the store is cluttered you couldn t get away.

This place has gone down hill. The people who work there are extremely rude and have no idea how to treat customers properly. The one gentleman needs a class in customer service. He will not last long there.
