It's behind 7 eleven. We didn't have any issues finding this place or parking. They are renovating so the breakfast is minimal with one table. Rooms are good with TV and comfortable bedding. I just wished they had bigger windows for more sunlight. Bathrooms were clean but you could see rust in some places where you hang your towels etc.Front desk is friendly, kind and always smiling.

Hotel was very nice, but parts were under construction. Our room was immaculate and very accommodating. The breakfast area was under construction, so there was no hot breakfast, and the pool was closed. There was no mention of that when we booked the room. There was no one at the front desk for checkout, so i couldn't get a printed receipt. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel.

Absolutely the best stay I ve had in a hotel in so long!!The staff is so nice! And I slept like a grandpa who has been in a coma for the passed 6 months!!They are under construction and they gave us a brand new room! The bed and pillows where a 10/10Would definitely stay there again!!Rooms: So comfortable, clean, great water pressure in the shower!!! Found a battery under the bed so 8/10 everything else was rlly clean.

Three nights spent on business and an excellent experience. Plenty of parking all out front as far as I could see and definitely well lit well maintained. The hotel itself was extremely clean and the staff very friendly and attentive. I only had one request during my stay for a refill on a shampoo and conditioner dispenser which was met immediately. The rooms are bright and clean and definitely again well maintained in accordance with the rest of the facility The beds are extremely comfortable and supportive with four pillows per bed.The only negative that I have was it the bathroom towels or little bit small at least for a big fella like myself. But they were clean, fresh and changed daily. And they were molding enough to get dry and not have to worry about running out of them.Rooms: Clean and well maintained. That includes daily room service making up the beds and providing fresh towels soaps etc.Walkability: There really isn't much in the area it is just off the interstate but there is nothing around there to support it other than the convenience store out front which doesn't keep very long hours.Food & drinks: They do do a very decent breakfast and they have somebody on staff at all times to make sure that the tables etc are kept cleaning sanitized. The food itself was hot and fresh and did not appear to have set there for hours as it doesn't some locations. Hi Marks for this effort.

Room is nice. Bed was soft. Pool looks good. Fitness Center is a bit small. And if I am being picky, toilet is crooked and the floor of the shower...standing was a little weird.Rooms: Good sized for a few nights. Found they have a DVD player under the tv.

We always stoping at Holiday Inn Express across North America. They are by far the best value for the money.Always clean, swimming pool/hot tub.... Exactly what needed after long drive. And the cherry on the icing. Breakfast is included. This alone worth everything. Making life so easy when you got 2 kids with you.

Stay details: 4 rooms, 10 people, 2 nights.Check in process: the front desk agent was missing for about 7-10 minutes and there was a sign that agent will be right back. Number provided on the sign was useless. Checkout process also was slow.Breakfast was terrible. Had to request staff to refill items many times. Taste was not that good - compared to many other Holiday Inns that we ve stayed in. Sausage tasted like they just boiled it. Eggs were cold on one day. Choice of items were less as well. Even the coffee tasted like they re using some cheap brand of coffee powder than the ones we ve had in other places. One of our rooms the light at the entrance of the room wasn t working. There is only one elevator for so many people.TV remote wasn t working well- and again they have some cheap replacement for remotes.Food & drinks: Breakfast is not good.

I just left this hotel early today. I paid about $170 a night for 2 nights. Out of my years of travel that was one of the worst experiences I have had. First thing, there is not sign to indicate the hotel when you get off the highway. It is located behind a gas station, you can easily miss it. You have to call the front desk because everyone is sitting in the back. Yesterday morning, we could not take a descent shower because no hot water, I thought maybe everyone showered at the same time so, we managed with the cold water. We came back last night @ around 7:30PM still no hot water. I picked up the phone in the room to call the front desk, no dial tone so I used my personal phone to call and was told the person had just arrived to fix it... So we managed again to somewhat shower with this cold water and went to bed. We left early this morning, still no hot water. It was about 50 degrees outside. Needless to say I will never go back to this hotel.

I stayed here for one night due to a snow storm.Staff was all very friendly. The rooms were nice, the bed was comfy and I got to watch TV.Their breakfast was awesome, nice continental breakfast..... The mini omelette's, scramble eggs, hot cinnamon buns were all great.I'd recommend this Hotel to anyone.

We stopped during a snow storm. Staff were helpful. Gave us a water bottle, (great because I can't stand the tap water out here.) There was also complimentary tea, coffee, cocoa in the lobby. The room was very clean with hypoallergenic bedding (for those of you with severe mite allergies.)Fridge and microwave in room, and a standard bathroom with dove soap products + lotion (for those of you with sensitive skin.)The part we appreciated the most I'd say, is having a bed side table on both sides of the bed. For whatever reason it seems like Europe and some parts of Asia have caught onto this but most hotels in the US still only have 1 on a single side. 2 bedside tables meant we could have each have our phones charging, glasses, an SSD water bottles near us.Breakfast was hot and bad a couple other things to like muffins, cereal etc. Overall, I was very happy with the stay! And I'm picky!

The staff at Holiday Inn Express could not have been more accommodating. They started breakfast early for us as our hockey team had an early game.. then they found A cable so we could watch a video on large TV in main roomPlus they gave us late check outKelly and the other manager were above and beyond Fantastic

The room smelled terrible. There was a cockroach in the bathroom along with another bug. Located a bug in the bed. And there was old bar soap with hair on it in the shower. They did give us a full refund. Drive 5 minutes further and stay somewhere else.Rooms: Smelly and bug infested.

Breakfast was good except for the 2nd day; potatoes needed help and scrambled eggs needed more time.Oj was so concentrated it was strong enough to burn going down.I don't do coffee, but definitely do oj.The room was priced right, but you don't get much in the way of service. The front desk staff was barely on the desk; they hid in the back office.I asked her a question about check out and was told no repeating by everyone except for the manager. It wasn't exactly a tough, impossible question.Overall, it was an ok experience. I might consider it again if the opportunity to stay is necessary.

The location of this hotel was tricky. It is set behind a 7-11 so we almost missed it ... perhaps better sinage. Great customer service. Truly appreciate that the hotel has EV chargers, especially for both Tesla and the Clipper Creek charger. The issue is they get blocked. One way the hotel could help with this is, yet again, signs. The breakfast is nothing spectacular but they offer hot and cold food. The largest annoyances were the tailgate party in the lobby and the fact that you could not buy bottles of water in the vending machines. Please start stocking water! Another issue - don't just paint over mold actually remove it. Clean it with bleach at the very least. This hotel is a short drive from downtown Corning. Being away from everything was nice especially since we were visiting during Glass Fest.(PS - Museum tickets were not free this weekend like the hotel told us they would be)

Awesome experience, the rooms were very spacious and sweaky clean. Breakfast was complementary and was called continental, but it was definitely more than continental. Kids had good time and we would not hesitate to visit again. We had used the pool facility as well and it was nice. Should you need anything, just ask the staff and they would help warmly. Simply superb

Bed was comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. BUT ANTS in the bathroom. Didn t clean room for our second night. Had to ask for towels and Kleenex. Ice machine was broken. Keys were disabled when we came back from our first day out. No TV guide to tell us what we were watching and the reason she gave us was the people who installed all the tv s didn t put in the guide no kidding, she really said that. I know this seems petty but it all adds up.

The beds at this hotel are so comfortable! Added value is a hot breakfast to get your day started right. The staff was warm, friendly and very professional. Whenever we come back to Corning, Holiday Inn Express is where we'll stay!

I arrived and room wasn't ready, but the woman at the front desk immediately did a little switch and up I went. The room smelled really nice... not like cleaner but something else very pleasant and clean' It was also SPOTLESS! It shone! The bed made me want to lay in it all day! It was SO comfy (BeautyRest Brand) The sheets were Ah-mazing as well... clean, soft as silk and also had a very nice smell! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Located right off of a highway but the road sounds didn't bother me one bit. I loved having the mini fridge and microwave for in room eating. Didn't try the pool but it looked great! I'd highly recommend this hotel...oh, and the hills were gorgeous surrounding the place.

For a hotel in the middle of nowhere, the amenities were pretty nice and up to par with hotels anywhere else. Granted, the rooms felt older, but that is to be expected. There is a seven eleven, pizza hut and burger king neary so you won't starve, but you certainly won't be eating super unique or diverse foods here.

Rooms were clean and looked nice. Beds were comfy and fit two. Television viewable from all beds with 70 channels including HBO. Very good so long as you're not looking to do anything but sleep and use the bathroom. Not much extra room in the room, but enough for bags and other items. Ample plugs as well. Decent breakfast with warm and cold foods provided (bacon, eggs, cereal, yogurt).

Very nice hotel close to Corning! Very clean! Nice contemporary rooms and things don't feel worn. Complementary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers in shower. Great continental breakfast - much better than at other hotels! I'd recommend strongly for visitors to Corning Glass and Rockwell Museums. And I'd definitely stay again. PS: the bathroom shower curtain actually kept the floor from getting wet!

Great hotel. The lady at the front desk got my whole crew checking into our rooms quickly and efficiently, despite a few hiccups. There were complimentary bottles of water for us as well as chips and salsa and fresh baked cookies. The rooms were clean and modern and the bed was really comfortable. Water pressure was decent on the 3rd floor. Breakfast I'm the morning was amazing, veggie omelette and sausages. Bagels, pastries and pancakes. Coffee and tea 24/7. There was a Keurig machine in the room with 3 K cups.
