Just tried to pick up reserved rental, but, even though have had numerous rentals with them before they would not take my credit card as it did not have a "chip." Didn't state anywhere in contract of this "requirement." Their LOSS!

We ve been using enterprise for the past few months and I must say we are always happy to come back. We usually call for a pick up and always get Rob, he is super polite and always strikes up the funniest conversations. We mentioned being new to the area when we first met him and me gave us a few ideas of places to visit. Bethany (I believe she s a supervisor or manager) has worked with us a few times as well and she has always made sure we are satisfied customers and she always makes sure to do everything in her power to go above and beyond for customers. I highly recommend coming here.

Really dissatisfied with the service I reserved a 4 door car for 4 adults they show up with a 2 door sports car no way anyone could sit behind a 6'2person in a dodge challenger . Finally returned the vehicle after a run around that they would get me another vehicle. Now I am waiting for my refund for 2 to 3 days when they are so quick to take the money from ur card it takes so long to get it back not happy at all messed all the plans up . They should not have vehicles available online if they're not . Wouldn't recomend to anyone
