From the moment we picked up our RV to the final goodbye, our experience with DENKO RV RENTALS was nothing short of outstanding. We have rented 2 of denkos units and our looking forward to our third trip with them this summer in 2024. Vlad and his family are wonderful to work with and their video tutorials make things so easy and help to handle many scenarios you may run into. Could not recommend this company more. They literally provide every and anything you may need down to bandaids and toothbrushes. 10/5.

It was our first RV trip and with Vlad s thorough training it was great! We took his Jayco RV from Corning NY to Queechee, Vermont and then Bar Harbor and Wells Beach, Maine. There were 4 of us and the RV worked perfectly for a 3.5 week adventure. The sleeping areas are roomy and bathroom is large for an RV. We enjoyed taking our bikes. The outdoor griddle worked nice and we enjoyed many camp breakfasts and dinners. Vlad was very thorough and had the RV stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated not having to bring linens and towels. We highly recommend Denko RVs for your next adventure!!

After flying to florida in 2022, we knew we never wanted to travel that way again. When planning a trip to the Daytona 500 in 2024, we looked at RV renting. Research and eyes on a couple units from the national cruise rental company proved dismal. Then I happened across Denko. Great rates, far better mileage, and the detailed photos of the actual units looked fantastic. Every aspect of working with Denko was great. Online reservation and invoicing were smooth with regular follow-up. Each unit came stocked with as much or as little equipment you require for a fun and convenient experience. Vlad even provided a detailed video walk through of the unit the week before the rental that covered every inch inside and out. It is a great resource to look back on with any questions on the road. Pick-up was flawless. Upon our arrival, the rig was running, warm, and the fridge chilled. Review and signing of final paperwork, and we were on the road with ease. My wife and I covered 10 states in 9 days with 2 border collies. Everything was perfect. Even when the race was postponed a day for weather. We simply pointed the rig in a different direction and adjusted plans our plans at will. Something we never could have done flying. Words can't describe how thrilled we were with this experience; other than it has solidified our plans for full-time RVing after retirement. 7 out of 5 stars to Denko. We definitely plan on being repeat customers until we land our own rig.

Vlad was absolutely wonderful! We rented the Thor Vegas for 15 days. We did over 5,000 miles, visited 11 states. From Pa, north route to Montana and went the south route back. We only had to call him once for a small issue (on our part) he picked the phone up on the first ring. The Vegas treated our family well, never had any issues and we are very thankful for a rental company close to home. Here is a picture of the rv in Theodore Roosevelt national park, North Dakota. We will be back to the Vegas again.

I have been meaning to write a review for sometime and finally getting around to it. Last year for Labor Day weekend we rented an amazing camper from Vlad for our family reunion in Almond NY. Pick up was excellent. Vlad greeted us and explained everything about the camper we needed to know. My husband drove the camper and said it was very nice. The camper was extremely clean and well stocked with everything one could need. We had one issue over the weekend with the front door lock and Vlad responded immediately and drove two hours to fix it. Way above and beyond what we expected. Vlad is very professional and takes great pride in his camper rentals. I would highly recommend his company for all your camping needs. We will definitely rent from him again for our family reunion. Amazing experience! Vlads rental RV was as clean as possible, all imaginable amenities available that made our stay so much simple, traveling from abroad all we needed was to show up with our bags and enjoy. His customer service attitude is great really stretching the extra mile to help! The RV is super well maintained and equipped, and the whole rental and payment process was really smooth, and the training videos really help for us first time RVers. Will certainly repeat!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Vlad is so knowledgeable, thorough, and dependable. He makes sure everything is in pristine condition prior to rental, he professionally sends invoices and emails leading up to the trip with suggestions. He labels everything in the rental which is so helpful. He knows what he is doing, and because of that is and will be very successful!! He really cares about his vehicles and only gives you the best! He is really easy to respect and very approachable. He takes pride in his work!We HIGHLY recommend DENKO RV Rentals 100000%. We will be back!!!

My renting experience surpassed my all expectations!I m 50y.o. hotel bound traveler:) One time ago I passed through Assateague Island and was enchanted with beauty and tranquility over there and wanted to come back since. The only problem was - there are no hotels, just camping sites. So, I was really hesitant and a little anxious about trying new way of traveling and dealing with more machinery, BUT thanks for Vlad s service all went so smooth and stress free that I m considering to do more travels with RVs in near future again!Vlad is patient, very friendly and courteous. He was thorough and gave many helpful tips about handling RV and such travel. He was available within minutes via text or call at any point of our trip that helped a great deal to enjoy the trip, and not to worry about something we wasn t sure how to deal with. Vehicle was spotless and stocked with all necessary equipment for the trip. Tent on the roof - was like a cherry on the top, our favorite place to sleep with ocean in the background:)Very reliable, responsible and a pleasure to work with service, makes you want to come there again:)

We just got back from our 3rd trip with one of Denko s RV s and it was another great experience! We took our first trip 2 years ago as first time RV-ers and we had such a fun time that it has become an annual endeavor. Vlad makes everything easy and the RV comes fully provisioned so you just need to pack your clothes and food and hit the road. Any time we have questions, he immediately responds to our texts and the motorhome has labels and instructions to keep everything simple. It is clean, surprisingly easy to drive / park, and creates such a memorable way to travel. Highly recommend renting from them!

We camped and traveled to Oklahoma from New York with six adults, a seven year old and a two year old. To say I was anxious prior to the trip is probably an understatement, but the RV was perfect. It had everything we needed to make our week of camping a blast. Denko RV Rentals provided everything we would need and even many things that just added to our fun. The drive was wonderful and felt just like hanging out in the living room. There was plenty of storage for everything too so we didn't feel like we were living out of suit cases the whole time. Denko's really thought of everything and far exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be renting from them again!

Simply OUTSTANDING experience on all accounts! We are thankful there is someone like Vlad in this industry to rent from, turn to, and depend on. The RV we used for 2 weeks met all our needs (even when 3 out of 4 sites did not have hook ups, Thor held his own!), kept us safe, dry, comfortable and warm, and offered us a lifetime of memories. We respect the way Vlad runs his business and cares for his fleet; there is integrity and intuition in his decisions and efforts. We traveled through the ADKs, White Mountains in NH and Acadia National Park, ME. We will most definitely rent from Vlad for future RV adventures and you should too!

A warning to anyone that wants to use this companyWe rented an rv from Denko for two weeks end of September and had a horrible experience due to it breaking down due to a tire not being attached tight enough and coming off half way through the trip. we were in the middle of nowhere with no cell service. With nowhere to pull over on what locals in Montana call a dangerous area and road myself and my 18 month old son wife and dog in the rv all which could have been seriously injured or killed. Luckily we were barely able to get it to a campsite which was the only safe spot to pull in(we have video of the road to campsite if anyone doubts) for miles before the campsite there was no safe place to pull over. Originally we were going to use a 2016 rv but at the last second he changed it because that rv had issues to a 2003 rv that was older. He had no idea that its generator was broken when he showed me it on the day we used it so apparently it was not checked well enough prior to us picking it up. He kept saying it was our responsibility for repairs and to bring it back clearly it was not a safe rv and should not have been rented to go 4000 miles which he was aware we would take it that far. We stayed in the rv breakdown area for almost a week to help and make sure rv was safe and would be repaired. Leaving any later could have cost us our jobs. Vlad threatened our car while it was in his driveway: hello Steve. just wanted to give you a heads up that ignoring me is probably not the best choice since your vehicle is still parked at my driveway. I understand that you are frustrated that your trip didn't go the way you wanted it to go This text while we were in limbo trying to get a rental car in the area of the crash and hotels and worried about getting home. Google wouldn t let me post pictures for this review only written review but have pictures of his threatening text to us and the tire that fell off.We ended up spending close to 5k in extra expenses plus our security deposit taken and now he submitted repairs to our insurance company and travel costs showing no responsibility for clearly a poorly checked and maintained vehicle(he should be going after the place that last serviced it not us they did not know what they were doing apparently ). In short don t use this company!!

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!We rented a 30 foot class C RV from this place. Placing unfair charges after the rental from your security deposit Charging us for things that were already broken and missing. It looked like he had rented it out to a bunch of college kids that destroyed quite a bit of the things. Nothing worked ...Toilet stinks and does not seal, lets sewer gas come into the RV. Back up cam not working , speakers blown, outdated stereo no bluetooth stereo. DVD player not operational, water heater only works on propane as the electric part was non functional. They did not furnish the RV with all that was on the advertisement, no firewood etc.Upon return we asked for an inspection to be done while we were on premises. The owner refused saying it would take them hours to go over everything. Ultimately we were charged money that should not have been charged. This was a huge disappointment as we traveled from california and really had no recourse and were taken advantage of by this business. We were charged more than we were told we were going to be and got less than we were told we would get. We will NOT return.BEWARE!

This was our first time renting an RV, and Vlad made it so easy! He walked us through everything before we left and was very responsive to the questions that came up during our trip. We had an amazing experience renting from Vlad. His RV is meticulously maintained, and I said the sentence "he thought of everything!" so many times over our trip that I lost count. I took this trip with my family of of 2 adults and 4 kids, and had a blast. I highly recommend you rent from Vlad, I'm sure I will.

I just finished with my second RV rental from Vlad after having no previous experience with RVs. He goes through everything in detail to make sure that your experience can go as smoothly as possible. The RVs that I rented from him were both fully stocked with everything needed and Vlad was very helpful throughout the entire rental process. My husband and I (and our doggles) rented from Denko RV rentals in October 2022. This was our 4th experience renting a camper and by far the best. Vlad was so easy to work with - knowledgeable, accessible, genuine. We drove up from Maryland to rent from them in New York and camped in Ontario.The RV was clean, well stocked and easy to drive. We had one electrical issue and Vlad responded immediately to my text, asked pertinent questions and had the fix instructions to us within minutes. I ve rented many houses all over the world, and a few campers, and I can say without reservation that this was a top notch experience, and I d recommend Vlad and Denko RVs to anyone. Just got back from an amazing weekend with family, made even better in large part thanks to Vlad and DENKO RV Rentals! Professional, friendly and attentive right from the start, everything was a perfect experience. We rented both the smaller (rugged) tow-behind with the roof-top tent, and the large family RV and both were very comfortable, super clean and well-equipped. And to top it all off, they even came with things like camp chairs and cornhole boards! Can't recommend them enough for no-fuss accommodations brought right to your location. We're already looking forward to our next family reunion!

The RV we rented has everything we needed and more. It was also very clean and was remodeled very nicely. There was 8 of us that had traveled to a Bills game. We had enough room while driving there and spending time in it before and after the game. Vlad make sure everything was ready when we picked up the RV.Thanks so much to ensure we were well taken care of Vlad. We definitely would rent from you again.
