So far I ve had two visits at SOS Auto body. Two different cars for different reasons. Both times they have been very accommodating, reasonable, and friendly.Initially I spoke to Charles, recently I ve been dealing with Gary who has also been very helpful. Needless to say I ve finally found a trust worthy body shop. Customer service is great, couldn t ask anything more from them.

Their auto body work is some of the best I ve ever seen. They handled my vehicle like a new born baby. The office is clean and coffee is available if you need to wait. The staff is very friendly and personable. If I ever end up in another fender bender I don t think I can go anywhere else.

I'm Very sentimental about my car, it's old yes, but my dad gave it to me. So I really want to keep it in good condition. So when it got hit, I was devastated. By recommendation from my brother-in-law, I took it to SOS Body Shop. I finally got my car back last night and it looked good! But it wasn't until this morning that I was able to see just how good, OMG!When these guys say they will fix your car to where it will look "like it never happened". They mean Exactly Just That! @ALLSTATE your money was NOT Waisted, they're work was worth every penny and then some. Y'all need to think long and hard about contracting these guys if you haven't already, cause they are The Best!

I was so upset when another driver sideswiped my car but I have to say SOS made the whole experience a breeze. From dealing with the insurance company on my behalf to setting up a rental car for me, SOS treated me like family. And the best part was they got my car repaired quickly and it literally looked like new! I cannot recommend them enough and I would never take my car anywhere else!Service: Body & Trim

The most real and respectful group of individuals I've ever meet at a autobody shop. Instead of unrealistic promises they took action and got the job done with no complaints. I've been to many cheaper shops. Its not worth it. They were able to get what I needed and fix the issue same day. (Issue: rear bumper not flush with quarter panel) needed a bracket which was made on site. All other shops complained about my bumpers being fiberglass and didn't wanna service it. Now she sits pretty.

Our Ford E250 had the small, driver side window broken out, and to our surprise, many glass shops, including national shops, don't repair van windows. I spoke to Gary at SOS Auto Body and he worked with us to help us find the window. Not only did he research and call different Ford dealerships to try and locate the window in stock, but advised us to call a competitor that did nothing but glass repairs. We did, and struck gold.Because of Gary's professional help and kindness, we were able to schedule a "same day" repair for our van instead of waiting two weeks for the part to come in.We cannot stress enough how thankful we are that Gary took the time to help us. In a social media age where nothing but negative press gets top billing, the staff at SOS deserves top billing for their business.What we learned from SOS Auto Body is that if they can't help you, they will steer you to someone that will.Thank you Gary, and SOS Auto Body!

Went in on a Monday and was greeted by Rich at the door. Had some minor scuffs exiting a driveway. Although they were busy Rich was able to squeeze me in and have it fixed by end of the day. SOS AUTOBODY SAVED ME. How long was I supposed to take the bus, train, BOAT. These guys gave me a timeframe, stuck to it, respected my situation, worked with and most importantly made me feel like family. I went to pick my car up and I walked past it because there was no way my car was that clean! It was better than when I bought it! All body work will be done by them. Excellent overall experience, SOS quickly got me processed, in a rental car and helped process my claim so quickly and effortlessly. The work was done quickly, even during the holiday season and the quantity of work was outstanding. Car was even detailed entirely! I have dealt with numerous collision shops, but not one can compare to the amazing service I've received at SOS Auto Body! Their dedication to providing the highest level of customer service is seen through their pristine work. Every time I leave their shop, my car looks better than it did the first day I brought it home from the dealership. Working with Charles, Michael and the rest of their team has been nothing less than a lovely experience. You are truly treated in the most professional, honest and kindest manner. I live in Brooklyn and I don't even have to think twice about traveling to Queens whenever my car needs body work. I highly recommend SOS Auto Body, "Like it Never Happened" is an understatement! Thank you so much for all of your hard work, I am beyond satisfied.

I got my car Tinted here, and honestly had a great experience. Paid the amount I was quoted, nothing more or less, the guy was very professional and funny but definitely kept me up to date with everything. I will definitely use them as my go to shop. Very professional and honest. Thank you for my tints. They have helped tremendously

Had work done on my Volkswagen after being rear ended. Couldn t be any happier with the service and the quality work they did. Mike was always available and great to deal with and Gary was very helpful. Even with the pandemic they took all proper precautions to ensure everyone s safety.

My 2019 Infiniti QX50 Got sideswiped by another vehicle. Was recommended to SOS, from the beginning their level of professionalism, honesty, advice and choices they offered made me realize I had come to the right place. I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. It looked exactly like it just pulled off the showroom floor. Washed, shined, and cleaned my interior. They went above and beyond. Gary and Mike were awesome and courteous. They did everything they said they would do. These days simple things like this are becoming rare. I recommend them to everyone. My car was stolen and striped, wheels, spoiler gone! The while front mount was gone along with the head lights . SOS Body shop got my car looking amazing as they say "like it never happened". They worked on my car and words can't express how grateful I am with the work they did. I HIGHLY recommend this body shop! The people there treat you like family and their work do not disappoint!

I came here due to the good review. Looks like their review is not always right.They didn't tell the truth. Today I just found out that they broke my tail light and glue it on in place to trick me. Of cause, I didn't know when I picked up the car. but the time tells the truth. The paint job is not good. I am not a professional. I can tell the mistake. The manager listened to my words but didn't pass my words to their workers. Pointless to talk with the manager in this case. It took three times to do the paint jobs to get it done based on my initial requirement. I don't want to do three layers of paint on my car if one layer can do the job correctly.They even broke my driver side windshield water gutter and told me it was like that. It was a fresh cut. the fresh cut tells you the time. they tried to cover themselves but they cannot hide the fresh cut. How can I trust them? I don't recommend for anyone to bring that car here. If you try to talk to the manager, then you will be on the hook.Good luck!Thank you!

Amazing experience Now my 2013 Honda Accord looks better than the first day out of the dealership. now everyone I know keep asking me why the car looks so shiny and better than new and that makes me so happy when I get good feedback about my car. their level in body work repair is incredible .. The repairs turned out better than expected. and they are obsessed with customer service i was Really blown away by them. Frank's welcomed me as if i was a family member wow they helped me calling the insurance company and also getting a rental in less than one hour wow. If you want your car to look like nothing ever happened to it or better i will recommend this shop 100% thanks Frank and thanks to the entire SOS repair team. The best repair shop in queens

I've been going here for a good 10years along with my entire family. They have repaired my 1999 pathfinder, 2012 grand Cherokee, 2014 Jetta, and most recently my 2014 Audi Q7. The vehicle looks better then the day I picked it up from the dealer. Not only is it like it never happened but the state of my vehicle upon picking it up was immaculate inside and outside. I actually started tearing up because after a long couple of weeks this was really the best thing that happened to me -getting my car back so beautifully. My insurance company tried giving me the runaround but Mike stepped in and took care of it making sure I was taken care of and he called me through out the whole process to update me and keep me informed. When I dropped my car off Frank held my son as I got his car seat out and made sure I wasn't stressed. When I picked up the vehicle Charlie and Gary were there to make sure everything was perfect and that I didn't have any concerns. Charlie, Mike, Frank and Gary were all so kind and provided me with such reassurance and customer service. In a world where I feel we constantly settle for either good customer service or great quality I found a place where you get both every time.

They fixed the passenger side window and they did a great job. It was a very good price too. They were also very nice and not rude at all like most repair places. They were very patient as well. They also did not try take advantage of me and charge me too much because I am a woman and told them I do not know much about cars.

I brought my vehicle to SOS Auto Body based on the reviews I read . The reviews couldn't have been anymore true. Frankie was a complete gentleman as well as everyone else. Their logo of "like it never happened " couldn't have been said any better. The work and craftsmanship were beautiful. I could not have been any happier. Thanks for a job well done and would highly recommend SOS Auto Body to anyone in need of body work. This place definitely takes pride in their work.

My boss backed into my car causing a good amount of damage. A coworker suggested this place so I tried them out. They did a great job, paint is a perfect match and all the body work looks nice and clean. It s hard to find a good body shop but these guys were great!

They are the best ! The best customer service you can ever experience they treat you like family. I moved out of New York years ago but I still take my car there when I m in town and need any work done on my car. You won t be disappointed !
