Very honest and reliable and trustworthy staff. Very reasonable pricing especially if you bring your own parts. They get you out and about same day. Great shop and would recommend them. Definitely coming back with more parts to have installed!

I was having car issues so I had my car towed with AAA. I called and they waited a little after closing to intake my car. Another shop quoted me crazy prices and to fix unnecessary parts. Richie and nuts are honest and fair, they gave me a good price and got everything fixed in good time.

Services was pretty good here. I went to do a transmission drain and refill for my accord hybrid. Shop got me on my way and the price was pretty good as well. definitely return and recommend.Seem like honest knowledgeable mechanics which is really weird to fine.

My transmission went on the way to queens and I had no choice but to get fixed somewhere near by. I was nervous since I m not familiar with any shops over here but I m glad I went here. Richie and his employee were nice and willing to help, I was very overwhelmed especially cause I live on the island. They were understanding and reassuring every time I called with a concern or question. When I picked up my car, it felt brand new and they even changed my windshield wipers. When I brought it back two weeks later for a inspection they did a tire rotation for me as well at no charge. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.Service: Transmission

Went in to get my transmission done on my nissan 350z. Shop around everyone else was extremely high, went in spoke to head mechanic Richie. He did a free diagnosed on my car explained the symptoms on my car felt at ease knowing i wasn't getting ripped off. He did a great job on my car and I'll be coming here from now on!!!

Took my Car in April 22, 2016, I have a 2006 Murano. My car was shaking and jerking uncontrollably. Took it to Richie Transmission spot. Richie made me feel comfortable and explained to me what the problem was. He said one of my cylinders was messed up. So he followed by asking me if I wanted a cheap part for $80 or expensive part for $140. So of course I agreed to get the $140 and he charged me $50 for labor. When I picked up my car the shaking stopped but the jerking didn't so I too the car back. Richie said that I needed to change my transmission and that he'd help me get one for $750. I took my Car to another Mechanic in Red Hook and the problem was the cylinder Richie put in. My New Mechanic got me a cylinder from Nissan for $125 and my car is running brand new. Went back and got my $190 from Richie and returned the aftermarket cylinder he put in my car and charged me $140 for. He's not to be trusted was going to get me a rebuilt transmission for $750 and then charge me labor for something so simple. WATCH OUT.

This shop is a total rip off, had my car service at this shop I paid the price for dealer parts, but after driving my car around few days still found the same issue I went to a second shop for their opinion out of curiosity, found out that nothing was changed car still had oem parts with the barcode on it, don t trust this shop. The owner knows how to get you for all your money
