Someone tore the bumper off the front of our car and insurance was giving us such a problem throughout the whole ordeal. But Vinny was understanding and helpful the entire time, worked with us and got everything we needed done and some extra work done at the same time. The shop is great and their work makes your car look like new. Highly recommend

Most wonderful experience in getting my car repaired. The owner Vinny was very helpful and very patient in explaining everything that needed to get done. I would highly recommend this autobody shop.

Hands down the best body shop I've experienced thus far. I ended up here for warranty work under Liberty Mutual guarantee, due to a very bad job done by @Brooklyn Mitsubishi Auto Body. Whom is no longer part of the Guaranteed Network( NOT SUPRISED AT ALL). Vinnie was extremely easy to talk to, easy to work with, made the process smooth and non stressful. Was easy to communicate with when needed, repairs were top notch, he even found and fixed things that I didnt even notice. RELIABLE AUTO CENTER IS GREAT. I recommend going here, you will not be disappointed, I know I wasn't.

Vincent is honest and fair. His work is impeccable. On more than one occasion, I needed to have bumpers repainted. He color matched them perfectly!!

If you ever have to deal with the aftermath of an auto accident and having to get your car patched up, this is the place. Vinnie and his crew are very professional. The timeline I was given for the work to be done was just as stated and the work was exceptional. Thank you, (Very) Reliable Auto Center!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Vinny is a disrespectful guy, aside from robbing people that go there.Tried to quote me $700 for 2 dents that are less than the size of a nail each.I laughed at the guy.These people are expensive and rude. Better off going elsewhere.

The only place I will ever take my cars to. Vinnie is professional, kind and treating people with utmost respect. They do a wonderful job here. Reliable is the perfect name for the shop, and Vinnie and his staff live up to its name. Grateful to have this gem in Ozone Park

Top class costumer service, their team is well informed and patient to answer to any questions and concerns. As drivers we often times rely a lot on our vehicles and being able to trust the specialist working on your vehicle is priceless. The name Reliable is truly accurate.

I am hugely impressed with the service and work that Vinny and his team were able to achieve on my Lexus when I was rear ended by a hit and run while I was parked. Out of all the autoshops my insurance company referred me, Vinny was the only one who was nice, professional, and appreciative of his customers.He genuinely seems like he loves what he does and is truly a master of his craft. Not only was my car pretty banged up, due to travel plans I needed the car fixed before Christmas w less than 2 weeks for him to fix it.Vinny delivered on everything he promised. My car looked as good as it was before and everything was fully fixed and replaced and perfected. Lastly, he was just so nice to work with. I am a huge fan of Vinny s work and despite me living a bit further from his business I will be back bc he really earned my loyalty here on out. Thank you so much!!

My family and I have been going to Vinny for years. After having my first accident getting rear ended, I was shaken. Vinny explained the entire procedure to me and guided me through the entire process. Most importantly, he kept me up to date on the status of my car and now my car looks like it's brand new! I highly recommend Reliable Auto Center to all my family and friends.

Vinnie is the absolute BEST. He s so kind and patient and takes time to explain everything and answer questions. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I get the best parts for my car both times I ve worked with him. Highly recommend!!!

Very professional place! Vinnie is awesome and does everything to help the client! Well organized and very reliable! He squeezed us in without appointment (much appreciated once he saw our car parts held by duct tape only) and they did an amazing job! Thanks guys! We highly recommend this shop!

I have to start by saying, Incredible! I recently was in an accident with over $8k of damage to the drivers side. With that much damage, you have to worry about the car ever being the same again. Not here! Reliable is definitely a master of their craft. Vinny, the owner, personally painted my car after the body work was done. Not only did the car look like I just bought it, but even the inside had that new car smell again. I'm not sure what kind of magic Vinny performs to make these card look and smell new, but it's amazing. He is truly an artist and a master of his craft. Reliable is an authorized Acura and Honda repair center, so you'll be happy to know everyone in there is trained on how to do body work on those cars as well. I can't say thank you enough to Vinny and his team. I never have to worry about dings, dents and accidents again. The stress-relief, especially when parking your car in NYC is enough to make you dance in the street! Thank You Reliable!!!!!!!!

The name Reliable says it all, Vinnie is very thorough and helpful, he would make sure your vehicle gets the utmost care while all the repairs are done. I highly recommend this shop. Ask for Vinnie he will take care of you from drop off to pick up. Thank you sir for all your help in getting my car repaired.

Best autobody shop in Queens. Very accommodating, as his description states, reliable. He will not sell you anything you don't need. The work is flawless, just like new when done. Highly recommended. I've had several relatives and friends utilize this shop, all satisfied.

They do excellent work!!, i have taken my car there on 3 occasions to get it fixed after people damaged my car and every single time they exceeded my expectations, they did great job with my car, when its done it looks soo nice my car looks brand new, I trust them with my eyes closed, I highly recommend them!!, ty Vinnie :)

He does phenomenal work takes good care of your car puts it back together like Factory actually better than Factory I would recommend anyone to go to the shop he does like I said phenomenal work Vinnie the owner is the best
