Horrible experience. Greg had my car for a month without doing anything. All calls were ignored. After pressuring him to get my car back, I found there was a dent in the back bumper (obviously no one knew what happened). Later learned the wrong bolts were used on the arm so I had to pay another mechanic correct.

Greg did a Muffler & Resonator delete on my 04 TL. He did a flawless job on the welding and installation. Great guy and great prices. Would definitely recommend.

Greg and Derrick own this place and they are very, very honest and reasonable with their prices. It's refreshing to find good, honest and professional mechanics. I had been quoted a $600 brake job at another shops. But i took it to Premier Auto and Derrick took his time and showed me the brakes and they were actually 50% life left and saved me several hundred dollars. You can trust Greg and Derrick the best in the business.

Greg had possession of my car for two weeks and failed to do a diagnostic. He lost my car key at the end of week one and ignored all my and my father's phone calls, in person visits, and texts for the remainder period. His staff lied and had my elderly father stand waiting for thirty minutes at the shop for his return one day to be told he may be back 2 or 3 hours later. A threat to file a police report produced the missing key in the same half hour. Does not provide a trust worthy or reliable service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Worse repair shop ever. Gregory said I ll get my car in a week and it s been 5 weeks and still didn t work on my car. Every time it s false promises. Whenever you call him he never answers. I m all the way out in PA and took by car there because of recommendations. I am so much regretful of my decision. Not reliable people at all. Trust me, do not take your car here. Biggest mistake ever.

Customers are treated with respect more like a family member. Their price on whatever work thats been done is NOT to stress you but to help you out of your dilema. Great Auto Shop.

I ve been trying the place out for the past year. They are very professional honest people. They gave me a fair price on replacing my alternator. Definitely sticking with them for my auto repairs.
