Very lazy people I called to find out the price to replace my tires and the service person told me to talk to the parts, and the parts person told me to talk to the Service that they can t help either. I had to call multiple times as they transferred me mid conversation.If they can t collaborate like other stores and nobody wants to do some work then they will not have my hard earned money. I ll just go to my regular place.If they give this type of customer service before I paid I can only image what they are like to deal with after somebody paid. No thanks. All the best

I bought my Nissan Rogue from the nearby sales center years ago. Ever since then I have been taking my car to this service center for all the maintenance. The staff is very knowledgeable and informative. Especially Harry the representative that assists me every time. He provides me with the info I need and I am able to make the decision without being pressured or rushed.Whether it s a routine inspection or critical issues with my vehicle I highly recommend this establishment.

You just lost a customer today. Im never coming to this place again. I worked with Kim the advisor, and shes the reason why I ll never come back again. She wasn t clear about communicating and explaining the process. Didn t do anything to help in any way, and after 3 hours of waiting, I m done with this shop.I used to work with Jamie every time i was coming here, and i even requested her as an advisor when i made an appointment (system gives you an option) i have no idea why they put me up with Kim.She didn t answer any of the questions i had clearly, and when she went to ask her mechanic, she never came back with the answer about the tires. Also when i asked when it will be done, she went to check, never came back with the answer.Very disrespectful . Very incompetent sales person and staff member!

Terrible terrible service, i came on time for my vehicle service appointment on my 2023 nissan kicks and i was push around by the employees, i didnt even talk to anyone until 1 hour after my appointment, then was told i have to reschedule SMH

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I made an appointment for an oil change and then they told me all these other issues that are wrong with my car saying we will fail the inspection if we don t get them fixed. We didn t need new brakes, etc. and by reviewing the other comments, I see that there s a terrible pattern with this place. I spoke to the assistant manager who is extremely rude an he even told me to go look at other service centers for prices because I complained about their terrible customer service. And when I spoke to the manager and told him about all the complaints this place gets, he said why don t I look at the good reviews BECAUSE THATS NOT MY JOB! They don t even have any polices or procedures in place and don t even know the difference between a disclaimer and a policy. These people who work here are clearly uneducated and have terrible manners. Stay away from this place unless you wanted to get ripped off! I would give 0 stars if I could.

They trick me very well. I wen t for the oil change but the representative told me that I have to change the break too but they also change the disc as well but they never told me about it when I make the payment I make some call because I don t know anything about cars and the person who I call told me that is wear they want to change everything. Later when I was leaving I saw the representative taking the pieces that they replaced and putting in his personal car. Do basically they are stealing from customers.

Really disappointing. Brought my vehicle in for a power steering issue. They misdiagnosed the issue twice- costing me a lot of money and time. Ultimately they never even fixed the steering issue. Brought my car to a local car repair shop. They fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost.

Would not recommend, I went here for a regular inspection as this is where I brought my car from and my mats were stolen. I complained after receiving a call regarding a review/survey and they never followed up. Customers beware of this behavior.

The people here are thieves. I left my car here to get an inspection and they stole my Gucci glasses(they have prescription in them) I contacted them about my glasses and gotten hung up twice. My glasses aren t cheap and I need my glasses to see. This makes absolutely no sense.

Huge joke. My brother bought a used car there after a month it broke down. The service people told him 2 months... those mechanics must be the laziest in the city to wait for one part.Service area is the worst!! Even there nanager is no where to be found

Total rip off they tried to charge Me $1600 to change my altonator after complaining to nissan north America the manger gave me a discount and my I key system had issues they said it's fine now the car is back in the service again top of that the service advisor so rude..

I got a car from here. Nissan rouge 2020. The process was fairly easy. However within less than 24hrs my brakes and routers started screaming. Thank God s I had purchased the extra insurance so it was free of cost to change. However, imagine if I didn t.

SCAM CENTRAL! Go to STAR NISSAN INSTEAD.Went in for a repair under warranty which is zero money to pay and the Manager proceeds to lie about other issues, suggests filing an insurance claim which will cost me the deductible! And my insurance will going up!Wasted 2 hrs sitting for this place to attempt to scam my insurance and cost me money!Star Nissan fixed my repair under warranty and even alerted me of my inspection being due.I went to both places on the same day!

I bought my Nissan 8 years ago but when my 6 year extended warranty expired This location without fail, tried to get thousands of dollars off me. If I bring my vehicle there & leave it for an inspection & oil change they would always call me to say you need to do other work. The work was unrelated or that shouldn t be part of the inspection, but they said if I don t do it I would fail so I just tell them don t do anything I m coming to pick up my car. You ll never leave there with just an inspection without them trying to get you to do work not needed!! That was a couple of years ago.I recently went there for 2 recalls & was offered a free synthetic oil & filter change that they claimed they knew nothing about that. I took the mailing they sent to show them. Being that I was leaving my car anyhow I asked them to do my inspection. I thought they stop the fake repairs needed scheme but I got that call less then 2 hours later that I would fail my inspection because my car needed front control arm & to rear shocks they claimed were leaking. I ask oh yeah how much? Over $2,500.00 I told them to do the recall & free oil & filter change but not the inspection I ll take it some where else. I m not sure if they really did the oil change & hopefully they did the recall work. I took my car to a local garage & in less then 30 mins. I passed my inspection with no issues. My control arm & shocks were fine & still are!!! I m just saying don t fall for the free bagels, coffee & popcorn it will cost you a fortune! Bring your car to a more trusted place Oh & if you don t have a check or cash they charge you a fee for using your credit card!

I took my car to get serviced and they were very quick. They found other small problems with my car, but we're very professional and extremely helpful. I will be taking my car there more often for service and repairs.

I went to this place because my airbag light was on, after the diagnostics was ran they say I need a new transmission and other minor things. They quote me over $5,000 but I just find it coincidental that my warranty expires 2 days prior to going in. This place is a scam, also if you use your card to make payments there s an additional 5% charge, it s just ridiculous to me. Believe the reviews this place is bad. The only positive is the receptionists are very pleasant.

This was my first time going to service a car. I always had someone who could do it and I was very nervous. The agent who helped me was HAYSHANI. She explained everything about the recalls (2) to me and made it so easy.Hayshani is an asset to Nissan.

Avoid this place!!!I bought my car over there, because my engine light is on, and I know it's the valve body broken again.1. The guy who name Harry call me first time, he tried to rip me off by telling me that my whole transmission is broken and it cost $5800. I refused and told him I will take back my car.2. He called me back right away, told me other story about that he spoke to mechanic and mechanic said changing the Valve body is gonna last a bit longer. Now I know he's been lying on the first time. But I agree with him about changing the valve body. It costs $1650. I know it's expensive, but I really need to used my car. So we confirmed the fee for $1650 2 times over the phone, it's including everything(labor, parts and taxes).3. When I came over and pick up my car. The invoice is $ 1730 something, I asked him what happened to the price, we confirmed 2 times over the phone, it's $1650. He told me No! that's the taxes, he can do nothing about it!!! Eventually, I paid and left. because I know they have been keep lying and tricking the customers, and there's nothing I can do.Just don't do business with these people.Service: Transmission

Went for oil change on my 2021 Rogue with 14k miles. The tech diagnosed my car needing throttle body service, really? Once the oil change was done I got my car back with the service alert "need oil change".... The tech was so busy diagnosing my throttle body, he failed to do the basic oil change steps... I brought it to the attention of the advisor and then the tech manager apologized and offered me 20% off my next service. Not going back to this dealership, my 2 free oil changes with purchase are exhausted.

The supervisor SHAREN and the female assistant are rude. I went to this location for three recalls on my car. They fixed two out of three. My air bags still needed service.. this location didn t have the part.Caring about my life and the life of my daughters I went to Long Island from Brooklyn to get the recall fixed the next business day.I forgot the service paperwork from this location done on my car.. The Garden of Nissan service center told me that they can fix the air bags. Great I thought!I called this location for my paperwork only to be told, NO that s not possible. I expressed to them that Long Island is out the way. I rather keep there service but just get this recall fixed ASAP. And I ll will keep my services with them.. I was still met with a No. But I can come pick up the paperwork. Huh? Seriously I m in Long Island how is that possible now?Ok the rep in Long Island said to ask them to take a picture or email it. The supervisor SHAREN came on the phone and said that she will email the paperwork..That was a lie.. I sat and waited for over 20 minutes waiting for something that NEVER came..I did manage to get the paperwork from home.. my daughters went home for me and took pictures.. I am blessed..But this location will never get me as a customer again and Nore will I ever recommend them..The Nissan of Garden City however Had great CUSTOMER SERVICE, LOTS OF OPEN WAITING SPACE AND CLEAN.. I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND.Keisha aka Winning!

They make estimates of pricing up. Theres no price for services they will say this will run you $500 to see how deep your pockets are then change it if you cant afford it even though the service would be 89.99 at another dealer.They do not do their inspection good at all the just rush you in and out.i took it to another dealer 2 weeks after leaving and got an oil change they told me I needed an engine Air filter cabin air filter a antifreeze flush, brake fluid flush and 4 new tires none of which nissan of queens noticed. Oh it gets better they told me I needed to change an air filter that I had changed literally 4 days before bringing it to them. Then after I said I changed it 4 days ago he said it made sense to tell me that because they were going to work in that area. And most people don't check that. Disgusting

Gave 1 star because theres nothing lower. Made an appointment weeks in advance for just an oil change and waited 3.5 hours. Excuse is that appointment time is only to check in you car, meaning if the car before you needs a 2 hour service, you have to wait for someone to do a 10 minute service for you. Ridiculous! Spoke with the staff and instead of being apologetic, they were rude. NEVER ever returning to this place. Please dont go either.

Friendly customer service, got taken care of my 1st walk-in visit. I had to receive assistance with their coffee machine, while I waited approximately 30min. I don't quite remember what I had fixed my 1st visit, but other than trouble with the coffee machine, everything else was a breeze. My spot for when I have them orange light popping up on my dashboard. I did give them a warm time on my second visit. I need me better pricings tho, asking for myself. Lol
