Excellent service. The guys did a fantastic job. Nelson and Isiah had my car in an out in 20, minutes with a new and balanced tire, and Danny the manager was very hospitable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

On 2024-02-20 Mavis damaged my new wheel - they are paying for a new wheel, but this inconvenience is still costing time and gas. I'll be looking for a new tire dealer.

I'm so grateful for the staff here at Mavis. They were super friendly and efficient. I came in for a patch, but it turns out that my tire was pretty bald so I ended up getting a couple new tires. Isaiah was really helpful walking me through my options. Two replacement tires, balancing, and alignment took about 30 minutes.

This location has the most competent auto technicians. I take all of my vehicles to them and am able to wait for it . The men are very respectful and knowledgeable. No hesitation when having a minor or major issue. This location on Rockaway Blvd. Queens is very reliable, and fair priced.Thanks guys,!

Thank you for turning me away. I guess $100 for tire rotation and balancing wasn t good enough. First you tell me you close at 5pm and then you decide to close at 3pm while I m already there. Great way to loose customers.

Good service. They said they d take longer than they did which was a pleasant surprise. They did a good job installing my tires and wheel alignment and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

This was my second visit to this shop and I am extremely pleased with the service. The mechanic, Richard, was very knowledgeable and friendly. That gentleman I spoke to over the phone, Danny, was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation. And last but not least, the receptionist, Imani, was very impressive and courteous. I will definitely continue to visit here for any of my tire and auto needs.P.S. I will be recommending Mavis to all my friends and family.

Very bad experience.. I got changed tire they messed with bumper.. someone hit the bumper but before change the tire bumper was good. When I complained they asked for help from outsider that person hit the bumper with iron rod from inside he made more mess with bumper now it got stuck in tire they are not nice and good at their job.. double face people

Front desk is pleasant to talk to, and she actually tried accommodating me for my busy schedule. My technicians are very knowledgeable and patient. They are national chained store, plan to do something while you are waiting.One month update:It has been a month after initial installation of 4 tires. I just discovered one front driver side tire is leaking slowly to 25.5 PSI while all other tires maintain the pressure of 34 PSI, mind you manufacture PSI is 30. Pictures show TWO spots leaking. However no warranty is given because I bought the tire from Amazon, not from them. Employee keep saying they will fix it only within few days of service. If you have little knowledge of how tire/car operate, few days of leaking air at this way won t trigger the tire sensor. Just beware of this malpractice, especially you are buying from Amazon.Update one day later:It is great to see big company actually care about individual customer. I received a phone call and they make everything right again.

Fast Quick and Easy service. Great prices. They take walk ins. The wait time is good. The best staff work here. I highly recommend anyone to come to this location to get their vehicle repaired! Danny is truly the best in the game when it comes to providing you with important information about your vehicle and making you feel you are in the best of hands.

Changed just the front tires of my auto in the facility. alignment was suggested and done for a good price compared with MEBE dealership. The only issue I had was not finding the antilock key in time that I wish was communicated to me earlier to have it ready for the service shop. Customer service was great and Brian with his assistant Jose were very helpful!Thank you!

Awesome experience! Car was pulling to the right causing me to hold wheel slightly left to go straight. After they finished, car is perfectly aligned. Waited less than an hour. Highly recommend this place!

They Literally Scratched my car while backing out. 2013 Mercedes c300, even though they offered a fix but it took them one week to fix cracked brake lights, so un professional crew members. Also the slowest moving tire shop ever, waited 2 hours for tire change.

Bryan and Danny were awesome! I got my rear rotors and brakes replaced today. Now so much more peace of mind that I ll be safe on the road. Thanks to the Mavis team - they never disappoint! Nice ambiance in office too, good AC, very comfortable
