I returned to my car after work one day to find out that it had been smashed while parked by a delivery truck. Jimmy, one of the employees from CC&E Auto and the owner, Paulie, took turns watching my car so that they could offer their shop to me. They stayed for many hours. Jimmy pointed out the damage which I didn't notice right away since I approached my car from the sidewalk, not the street. Luckily the truck driver had called the police and filled out a report for insurance purposes. Paulie had been given the green light to tow the car, but he mentioned to the police officer, "If I tow this car, the driver will think it was stolen," and I'm forever grateful that he did that. It would have made a bad time worse had I thought it was stolen then found out it was smashed up. Jimmy gave me a ride to the shop while Paulie towed the vehicle. CC&E Automotive did an excellent job with the repairs. I had just bought the car five months ago, so I was bummed, but they were FANTASTIC. They took care of the insurance and Paulie patiently explained the process to me. Following the paperwork for the Geico claim, I was picked up by the local Enterprise company and drove home in a rental. I had the rental for about a month since my Volkswagen bumper was on back-order. I was able to pick up my car today and was absolutely thrilled with the repairs. Every last detail was paid attention to. To tell you the truth, I really felt like I was being treated like family. They conduct their business with mind and heart, which is why, without hesitation, I highly recommend CC&E Automotive for your car's needs.

A bunch of guys just scamming and running after money, cheap quality work would avoid if possible. Also wannabe mafia and very rude, no clue how the business is still running.

Excellent service! I was clueless about what to do after being in a hit and run and Paulie helped me through the whole process. Paulie is courteous and very knowledgable about his profession. Nice place to walk into and everyone is friendly. The shop sticks to their timeline and their work is impeccable. My Mercedes looked great after it was fixed. I highly recommend this shop for all your car needs!

Amazing service! I ve brought my car in twice now and Paulie has provided the utmost customer service every time. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and super communicative with realistic timelines so you can prepare accordingly. Would recommend this shop to all my friends and family. Thanks again Paulie!

They listen to the police scanner/radio for accidents and then show up. They will pretend to be helpful but Once they have your vehicle in their shop, game over. They will then have you wait until they cash the insurance check to start any nessary repairs. It took them almost 3 months for me to get my vehicle back and it's still not working properly. I don't know anything about fixing cars but I swear I would do a better job. To say how disappointed the experience was dealing with such unprofessional people is depressing.

I had a pretty bad collision and was referred to cc&e to get the repair work done. I took my car in with a lot of front end damage but received my car looking brand new. Paulie was super amazing and was available anytime I had a question. I would definitely recommend this shop if you want you re car good as new.

I'm giving ya one star for charging me extra for public parking. Your not even working on my car yet and wanna charge me extra for street parking..I would understand it if you had my car in your shop &was fixing it. and then agree to pay for it. They aren't worth it they over charging me $9,000.. Even gets mad cause I'm taking my service else where..They didn't even want to return my keys so I had to pay them out of pocket $1,000..Decided to take my car service elsewhere where I'm being charged $3,000 for everything. . They are crooks don't trust them..They convince us to bring our car here but then overcharged for days it's been with them and they weren't even fixing my car. Be aware..

They made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them after a hit and run. There was so much damage done I didn't think they would get it done in a timely manner and have it looking amazing. Will definitely recommend CC&E to my friends and family.

They have terrible customer service over the phone. The lady that works over the phone is rude and nasty. I ve been trying to get in contact with them for a while since they ve kept my car in storage. Do not go here, I wouldn t recommend it. Stay away!
