My transmission went on a 2018 Honda HRV. I got it into Abc and he put a rebuilt in within two days. I was so pleased the rate was reasonable and he was very cooperative and worked with me in every way. It s a busy busy place but I think you get great service from them.

Nothing done right from loosing my keys to infinite delays to extreme expensive repair for almost nothing. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER IN YOUR LIFE!

I am not from the area of Ozone Park so I panicked when I got my first flat tire and went to the closest tire shop I could find. The clerk was very nice but these guys obviously overcharge their customers and give false information to get you to do more work on your vehicle especially if you don't know much about vehicles. I also did an inspection while I was there and the wrong information was listed on the report, I'm reporting this to dmv.

I STRONGLY advise against using this mechanic, the owner Hugo knowingly performed unnecessary repairs and added items to the bill...only because my 18 yr old daughter just didnt know any better. Thats the lowest of the lows to take advantage of a young woman.I will be filing a complaint but you know how those things go, writing a review to tell the story to the public is the best way to go :(

I went to this mechanic because in Howard Beach there is no more mechanic shops available. So I tried ABC auto repair for the first time. I went in for a break job. I have a 2010 Dodge ram pick up they put the car up on the lift to do the brake job. I checked my axles and boots to see if there was anything wrong with them because I also worked for a mechanic shop at one time, and there was no problems with my boots or axles. So they did the brake job I picked up the car when I drove the car I heard squeaking sound coming from the brakes so I went back the next day to get it checked out, when the car went back on the lift I noticed my boots on my axles were broken and leaking grease. I know 100% they broke my boots on my Axle which Holds the grease in for the axle. This is one of mechanics shop things that they do for future work. I confronted Hogo about it. He said it happens. I told him that they were no problems with my boots just yesterday and I drove the car from the mechanic shop to my house and back, how is it possible for that to happen. He had no answers for me, so he started getting upset and walked away. Then I realize a few months later that my oil for my rear end was empty because I started hearing humming noise coming from my rear so I had it checked out, and exactly what I thought it was pumped out had no oil in it at all they were no leaks. No signs of leaks, it ended up costing me 2500 to replace my rear. so abc auto repair also did that as well, This guy not only rips you off with high prices but also sets you up for the future for your car breakdown so he has more work coming to him. I highly recommend to stay away from this guy ABC auto repair is a con and a rip off. PS also the great reviews he got must be internal to make him look like he s honest and reliable beware you had your warning I do not trust this mechanic shop at all be smart find a good shop. I recommend five star auto on liberty Avenue.Service: Brakes

My tire pressure was low and I really needed emergency help. Upon arrival, I was assisted instantly without any hesitations. I was surprised because prior to going there, I went to 3 different locations asking for help and all of them said they were busy and neglected me even though they were not busy. Thank you ABC auto repair for taking care of me!

Typical mechanic attitude. I walk in there the guy is on the phone doesn t even acknowledge I m there. At least say sir give me one moment .I don t time to be standing around waiting for nothing.

Not gonna bash . Not a coward, but poor performance after being stuck in Howard Beach 2.5 days, hands me 1200 bill for 400 dollar the most ac compressor. Thumbs up pal

They Take too long to Repairs or do any works. Plus they charge way way damm too much for Parts and Labor. I would recommend to stay away from this place and take it somewhere else.

Terrible shop had me wait 2 hours for an inspection that the car supposedly failed. Then the clerk informed me it would cost about 1500 to repair. Took the car to another shop and passed immediately. Stop trying to rip people off.

I had a broken taillight. They fixed it, but the taillight is sticking out and now, I'm missing a hook that I hang my cargo net from.
