I want to say thank you to the entire shop my BMW needed front end work done and I took it into Pine Hollow auto I was told what was needed and from then on very professional and very knowledgeable and straight forward kept me up to date . The price was also right on target thank you againHedy Ian and the rest of the staffWill definitely do business again and highly recommendMy warmest thank you

Sounds silly but I do love my car and because I do I would not trust its care to anyone but Hedy and the team at Pine Hollow. Keeps us safe and ready for road trips!!

We were in the Oyster Bay area from Delaware for a funeral when my alternator died on my Rav4 on a Saturday on the way to the grave side service (about 11am). A local friend gave me Pine Hollow's #. The mechanics came out to my location, installed a new battery & ordered the alternator, belt & tension pulley. Got me back to their garage and had everything installed & ready to go before 3pm. All at a reasonable price. I was able to still go to the funeral after party without major disruption to my day. I cannot thank them enough! These guys are fantastic! The local family who gave me their # has been using them for years.Service: Battery

It's refreshing to deal with a business that has integrity, Mr, Hedy takes the time to explain what options are available. The staff are upbeat & enthusiastic.No Drama just honest fairly priced work. I wish others would emulate this business model there is plenty to go around without the dishonesty & drama.

I took my '99 Sienna to the Pine Hollow Auto Care shop and I am more than satisfied with the performance of the employees as well as the store owner, Hedi. They handled us professionally and they completed the task on the same day that I gave them my car. They did my timing belt, side mirror, sound system and brakes. Their employees are friendly and informative, making you feel like your vehicle is in good hands. They walked me through the repair process and gave me clear options to help me decide what needed to be done and what could wait for the future. Money well spent.

Hedy, Michael, Ian and staff run a top notch shop. Any type of auto repair they are the best. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest & fair on price. I would highly recommend Pine Hollow Auto Care for any car repair needs.

If you know better, you know you're being ripped off! Hedy has a very nice mannerism while he's lying to you about the work your car needs. Avoid this repair shop!!!
