This is a local gas station/repair shop. I have had my car repaired here and found the work to be of good quality. The job was always done right. The employees are professional and polite (my compliments to Ali). The prices however are above average for basic maintenance services. Brakes, oil and tires I found to be much more expensive compared to other shops. The gasoline here is also very expensive. Today they are charging $4.42 for premium, approximately 43 cents higher than other stations in the area (source gas buddy). They do sell propane here at a reasonable rate and that s all that I buy here anymore .after getting taken to the bank on a new set of tires (charged $300.00 over price). Bottom line do your research and ask prices before they do the job. The job will be done right, but you will pay. As far as gas, there is a Speedway up the block selling gas at a fair market rate. Gas is gas, no real difference.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR GAS. I usually go to the Speedway for gas closer to NY-25 but stopped here for some reason last week. There was a man who demanded he pump my gas. I charged it on my card, and the fee was $35 (2007 Toyota, 10gallon gas tank, approx. $3.50 per 9/10). When I asked for the receipt he said the machine was broken. I stupidly trusted him and was charged $100!! So ludicrous, avoid this gas station.ADDED 2/22/23: They say it was "pre-approved"...by whom? I was never asked, and this was never communicated to me when I was paying.

My heater hose connector was broken off losing coolant overheating on my Infiniti had a oil change done my wife takes her car to the shop so I said I ll give them a shot they were honest because I told them it was a water pump issue leave the assessment of a vehicle to a certified mechanic which they called to confirm it wasn t a bad water pump but I m from oyster bay and get air for my tires gas sometimes but wanted to give them a shot car is running great thanks Glen and team on being honest I ll be back in the future for my vehicles!

I just left the Oyster Bay Gulf station for a standard oil change (syntec). When I arrived I was charged over $80.00 for something I've never paid more than $50.00 for. When I told the gentlemen behind the counter that it was a lot for a simple oil change, he then took me for a ride and told me that it was $60.00 just for the oil alone and then there was labor and they topped off my windshield washer fluid (which I never asked for). None of which adds up or makes any sense. To add to it, the sticker they place on your windshield to show you when to change your oil next was off by 50,000 miles. I feel that I was not only taken advantage of but taken for a fool. Being a new resident in the area I certainly will not be returning or advising any family or friends to come here.

It's hard to find an honest mechanic but the guys at Glenn's are always straight forward with you, never over charge and explain everything that needs to be done without pushing unnecessary extras on you. Great guys and they do a great job getting your car back to you as soon as possible. They do great work and I will never use another mechanic!

I moved from Florida to New York in March and needed my car to pass it's NYS inspection. The mechanic diagnosed my car, the catalytic converter was no good and it would not pass. He gave me a fair price for the repair, fixed my car and it passed the NYS inspection. The owner and his mechanic were super friendly and honest with me about my car! They have a life long customer with me!

I went in this morning for an inspection. I asked to wait for my car until it was ready. The owner and managers of the station provided me with quality and excellent customer service throughout my entire experience at the store. My inspection was completed quickly without any errors and I was able to go on my way. Definitely recommend this station to anyone! A+ experience!

My family and I have been going to Gulf for our cars maintenance a while now and can say with confidence this is the best shop in Oyster Bay, Mark and the rest of the crew will treat you with professionalism and respect, and above all else quality work.

I have been coming here for years to get my car serviced. I've always felt as though I can trust their service. They explain what they plan to do and never make a repair without your okay. I really like the fact that I felt as though I could ask and have all of my questions answered.

my wife has been a long time customer I brought my car in because I had a check engine light on he diagnosed the problem and quoted me over $800 to fix I checked with another servicer and had the work done for less than half that amount when I picked the car up he charged me for doing the diagnostic. Not the way I would do business.

These guys are con men. They told me they replaced my wheel bearing for $50 and didn't do anything. The owner Glenn lied to my face. If you need any work done go to a real shop.

The only place I get gas in town Hardworking Employee always gets tipped well on Christmas He always runs around trying to get people out of there as fast as he can Always a kind word I prefer their to any other place In town
