Took a while to get picked up, but that was mostly due to AAA I think. The tow truck driver was very friendly and professional, and even let me ride with him to the repair shop. He took good care of my car. I m happy with the service.

If you re using insurance run!!!!! I had my car towed took over 5 hours witch isn t huge an issue. I was told by an dispatcher it was okay leave keys with the car it would be about 40 mins @ 9pm. Following that call ETA changed over 4 time each time over 90 mins. Welp car arrived at 1:47am without anyone notifying me. My vehicle was parked backwards on my street. Extremely unprofessional I called to voice my concerns being that I couldn t start the car to move it and would be given a ticket due to the placement of the vehicle and was hung up on by dispatcher.Service: Car towing

The driver was quick and incredibly kind. He safely, smoothly and quickly got my car onto the truck. We had a nice conversation while he brought me and the car to the repair shop. I can t express how nice it was to have an expert solve my issue while understanding the stress a breakdown can cause.

I had a unique situation - my roadside assistance dispatched Val-U Auto. As soon as I had the company name, I called and explained. The dispatcher made sure to get the info to the driver. That's when Allen called me to let me know he was on his way with an ETA. He came and took care of our situation quickly and was very pleasant. We are very thankful for Allan and his assistance tonight.

If you have all day to wait or if you love rude dispatchers then this is the company for you.I waited 3 hrs for a tow truck, was told my wait time was 100-130 minutes. When I called dispatch she was extremely rude and told me I had 2 cars before me (I called at 9:50am and called dispatch at noon). By 1pm my roadside company called me and said they should be there in 45 minutes. I told her I have a 1 year old with me and I have been waiting all morning. Their response was dispatch would like you to leave your keys in the visor and leave your car unlocked my car was in a public parking lot at an off ramp to a major highway and the tow company was aware so that was not an option. I had no choice but to drive an unsafe car to my dealership myself. Then by 3:10pm the tow company called and said they were in the parking lot but couldn t find my car!! I said maybe it s because I left my key in the visor with the doors unlocked? I explained how unhappy I was and how I had my grandson in the car with me all morning waiting and had no other choice but to leave. I did cancel the call through my roadside but they never canceled the tow. So I would have waited from 9:50am - 3:10pm.

After having my day stopped abruptly by unforeseen car issues, 24 hour road side assistance sent us help. I had the pleasure of having Peter M. from Val-U come and save the day. He was SUPER kind and awesome at explaining every step to my husband and I. He deserves extra points for making it up my very narrow driveway. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends in the future!!

Joaquin was my tow driver and he was wonderful from start to finish! Very attentive to the quirkiness of towing a Tesla, which I m usually nervous about but Joaquin did his thing and had such a great demeanor to him! Genuinely a great guy - thanks again!! . Also, he arrived earlier than the initial ETA, which was nice.

Absutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Rude, incompetent, lazy. Find another towing company, any other towing company. This one is the worst.I was told the driver would be there in 60 to 90 minutes. After 2 and a half hours no one had showed. I called and the dispatcher said he was showing another 35 minutes, but not to count on that because he was never on time. She then said to just leave the door unlocked with the key inside and they would take care of everything. I waited another 35 minutes, no one showed. I then got a call from my insurance company telling me the driver was 25-30 minutes out and to just leave the car unlocked with the key in it if I had to go. So, that's what I did.2 hours later I arrived home and called Val-U Auto. 8 minutes on hold then someone answered and immediately hung up. I called the insurance company and was told the job was completed. The next day I found out the car was still sitting where it was left. I called Val-U Auto to find out what happened. The "dispatcher" told me he couldn't find my ticket then told me I was repeating myself and he was too busy to deal with me. He then called me an a**hole and hung up. Oh, and they did bill my insurance company for a job completed.So, if you feel the need to be spoken to rudely, have hours to waste waiting for a driver who doesn't show and don't mind paying for a job that will not get done, by all means, call Val-U Auto. They are really good at that.

I had a flat tire on the side of a busy highway! I wondered who would come to help, I reached out to 4 different towing companies, Christopher , from value auto was a blessing in disguise. He helped changed my tire. Gave me. Simple directions, and a warm place to sit and wait while he finished my tire change! Thank you so much Christopher!

Finally a company I can trust to tow my motorcycle... Dave was amazing!!! He was even earlier that ETA expected. I received quick, professional, knowledgeable, friendly service! I will definitely ask for Dave and Val-U Auto next time!

I usually do not leave bad reviews no matter what type of service I have received. I will leave a review for this company just to hopefully advise the employees on how their customer service can make others feel. The dispatch woman that I encountered was beyond rude for no reason. The guy that came out originally advised me my 2022 GMC did not have a spare. I ended up googling it and called back to dispatch in which the woman was not only rude but threatened to cancel my service call and then hung up. The guy came back out changed my tire did not even advise when he was done, leaving my vehicle unlocked. Customer service is a hard job but kindness goes a long way, you never know what someone is going through, so if it is your line of profession, being kind to someone cost you nothing. I hope you never encounter the type of service you dished out to me.

Contacted via ind company at 330pm. Eta 531pm. Called at 530pm to check up on driver said rudely to give him an hour..Looked on my phone after 1/2 hour and it said status was completed.Called back to shop and was told the driver had been trying to contact me 4 times.Not true..sitting by phone whole time.The dispatcher told me I would have to contact insurance company if I had problem and I was not to call them back.

This has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my 68 years. The dispatcher was very rude. I was told numerous times they were coming and they never showed. This dispatcher is single-handedly ruining the company. They have absolutely horrible reviews on Yelp. Be warned. Do not use this company. I have not read a single thing good about it. I finally cancelled them and found another company.

Chris was awesome! He was very nice the entire time and kept me calm and collected, this was helpful cause i tend to really freak when something bad happens and this was the first time ive ever had my car towed. In short 10/10 id get my car towed again!

I broke down on I-81 and was towed to the shop. And the driver took me to the hotel. The next day I went to the shop and I met Lacey and her crew they were fantastic. She told me what was wrong with my vehicle. I had to wait for parts to come in. I would highly recommend this company when in need.

Barney (PA 3) towed my vehicle with a flat tire from my house to the repair shop. He was on time, kind, courteous, and professional. The ease with which he worked impressed me. He helped calm me down and contributed to making the repair process smooth. I will use Val-U Auto for all my future towing needs.

Other than the truck being alittle late . ( and I'm not complaining about being late he's a busy guy and he wasn't that late ) I have nothing but good things to say . The driver was professional and friendly . It made the ride home alot more enjoyable. I would recommend these guys .

We thought we needed a tow, and AAA sent a gentleman from Val-U Auto. He was prompt, courteous, and witty . . . better yet, he helped us resolve our problem without needing an actual tow! I was really impressed by the service . . . and the honesty!

These people are absolute garbage. I paid them almost $500 to tow my car after I got a flat. They didn t show up for 3.5 hours after being told they were 45 minutes away multiple times. Finally after calling again and being told the driver was an hour away still, they CANCELED my ride.

This company was sent by my roadside service when I got flat tire. They showed up within the estimated time frame stated and called to let me know they were on the way. Fast and friendly service. Sadly my spare was in rough shape and super low on air but he got it on. Luckily I only had to drive a short distance to the repair shop!Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

I was very impressed with the time it took for them to pick up my car and take it to the dealer. I had Brooke down the night before and it was a total disaster. But, the last there and I'm sorry I forgot your name was awesome, very friendly and wouldn't let me tip,lol. I would recommend them to anyone in trouble. Dishonest, horrible business employing thieves. Roadside assistance through insurance chose this tow company. Exhaust clamp broke, they were advised of hanging parts. Car gets dropped of with those parts missing. I have no doubt stolen for the catalytic converter but they're denying seeing any parts hanging even after photos taken at the scene shared. We'll be following up with police report and insurance company.

I got towed today by valu-auto heavy wrecker operator Rian. He did an excellent job from hooking up the broke down tractor trailer on side of I 81 to backing it up in the truckstop lot . Very professional service. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Bobby from Val-U Auto. The service was ordered through my roadside assistance provider, and the communication wasn't seamless, and there was a delay to his arrival. However, when I reached out to the dispatcher directly, everything was cleared up quickly and Bobby came to my rescue. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and completely saved my day. I would recommend Bobby & Val-U Auto if you find yourself in need of help on the side of the road!Service: Car towing

I d like to thank Matthew Y. For creating a safe place and for making my day a lot less stressful here in Pittsburgh, Pa. I booked through my car insurance and was assigned to them. The estimate time was 78-100 mins! However it took less than an hour for him to tow my car back to safety All around 10/10 would recommend. And if you ever get Matthew Y. In Pittsburgh, Pa Know your in good hands (Personally feel like no one would have bothered to tell me, I had a nail in my tire unlike him)Service: Car towing

The service was outstanding. We were told the wait time would be at least 1 1/2 hrs. The driver Benjamin was there in less than 1 hr. Roadside Assistance through our insurance company did not notify him that my husband and I were to ride along. He made every effort to accommodate us. The tow was almost 2 hrs long but he made us comfortable throughout the ride. Highly recommended.Service: Car towing

Omg! What an amazing person this Dave is! My 2007 Corvette died in the driveway, Dave being a conscientious man tried and tried to get it to turn over. Nothing he was more upset than me, lolHe took his time, wasn t rude, just telling me it ll work out ma am. So polite and you can see he s hardworking and wants to help no matter what!Bravo to Dave!!! I don t know who it was that towed my Durango but I know it was this company. I was having my vehicle towed to the nearest dealership for service. Mind you I went through roadside assistance, they told me 90-120 mins the driver would arrive. 10 mins later I get a call the driver is with the vehicle. I told the driver I am right in town I m turning around and I ll be right there. On my way back to my house I pass my car on the back of the tow truck! I was not present at the time of tow AND the took my possession like they were repossessing my vehicle! So unprofessional that my Durango was forcefully pulled on to the tow truck when they were responsible for giving the service the keys but they towed the vehicle with no keys! So unprofessional. Anyways I passed them so I immediately turned around and met the the driver at the dealer where I then met him in the car of moving my car off the back of the tow truck by ranking the lever and making me drunago Jult forward and backwards to get it off in PARK when I was around the corner with the keys! If he had a problem waiting a minute he should of called the customer as I know they got paid! There is no reason my vehicle should have been towed in this manner! I would have gladly had someone else tow it. Then when I ask the driver what are you doing he raised his voice and lied stating I had him waiting over 20 mins which I have all the proof of when he called me when the car was dropped off and in total they got paid for 90-120 min tow and my vehicle was picked up and towed all in 20 mins. I did not give permission for my vehicle to be towed as I stated I was around the corner and would be there with the KEYS and I was not present when he towed it. So unprofessional no time or patients just wanted to be as fast as possible when as a customer I was having my vehicle towed!!! This was not a repossession.Service: Local hauling
