Such a story!I hit a deer unexpectedly and it totaled my vehicle. Getting my insurance settlement was like pulling teeth! I purchased a car from them out of convenience. I did not feel respected at all by this dealership and felt like my feelings were dismissed at the time of purchase. Additionally, the dealer smoked while on the job as I was having the vehicle looked at by a third party garage. I give them the benefit that the vehicle I got was the best for my needs, but would not purchase again from this company.

I've purchased new vehicles for nearly 40 years and this purchase was by far my best experience/purchase yet. The entire sales team (Jeff, Pete, and Rocky) were knowledgeable and helpful and made my 90 mile trip to their dealership for my 2024 Sierra well worth it. I felt a sincere high level of honesty and integrity and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Above & Beyond service from the entire team. I went in looking for a specific used vehicle a few years ago and the sales team ( Rocky Anderson ) assisted in getting me some great options to choose from. Before making a final decision their service team checked the vehicle to make sure everything was in perfect condition. After picking the perfect SUV they added some upgrades like heated seats and a car starter which have been working great since the day of purchase. Not only do I feel like they treated me like family, I feel like they are family. Thank you to the entire team for making my car buying experience enjoyable. While I love my SUV , I look forward to working with you on my next purchase!

The gentleman at scoville helped me with financing my first car at 19 with 0 credit history and they still did everything the could to get me my first car. 4 years later and Rocky helped me into the 2023 GMC canyon and made me feel like I was family. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Purchased multiple vehicles over the past 45 years, BY FAR THE WORST.Left the dealership on Saturday, Nov 11, 2023 with a brand new $90,000 GMC Yukon and made it 18 miles out of town when vehicle began overheating due to a coolant leak. Coolant leaked on the running board (right side) of the vehicle as well as on the ground. Subsequently spent 3 hours on the side of the road waiting for roadside assistance on a 35 degree day with my 74 year old husband. We were "freezing".11/13/2023: Just received a call from the Service Manager that my vehicle has been fixed, coolant hose kinked (which was not noted on predelivery inspection ???? ) And the hose was only kinked, no sir, it was leaking. Hard to believe they inspected anything. Question to the customer "when are you coming to get your vehicle "----- and I live 2 hours from dealership !! I asked for the vehicle to be delivered to Syracuse, NY and was told "that is not a good idea, too much liability for the dealership". They just have every excuse in the book. Service Manager called again placing all the blame on GM, apparently they did not perform "Quality Control" prior to shipping the vehicle to the dealership. Seems to me like Scoville Meno did not do quality control either.Showed up this morning, Nov 14th to pick up my Yukon and not one person in the dealership had "one word to say to me". Apparently they could not find their voice to say "we are sorry this happened". No one gave a sh.. about my experience.Will definitely not be back to this dealership for service or any future purchases. Complete and total disrespect.Oscar and Kathy St.Onge

I had a good experience with this garage. It was my first time there. I needed an inspection.. a new wiper arm... They ordered the part. Garage put it on. Truck passed. The 3 men that I delt with were professional and knowledgeable... I would go back to this garage again... I trusted them. Answer my questions.....

Repair shop didn't want to look at my car, I'll get 2 new tires and go back one more time to ask them to diagnose some issues. If doesn't work out then I'm done tbere. Later: they did do.most of the work I needed to pass inspection, comparable to other shops. Thank you for your help!!

I have bought my last 4 cars from Scoville-Meno in Owego. My experiences have been nothing short of amazing with Rocky and the team at Scoville. Even with the shortage of selection over the last few years, my wants and needs have never gone unnoticed. I have been shown multiple vehicles that although, have fit my wants, I ve never felt pressured that I had to choose one that I was not fully satisfied with. When we have come across the one that checks every box, the experience has been unlike any other. I will continue to recommend anyone and everyone go to see Rocky at Scoville-Meno in Owego! Their Team showed us several vehicles and went through all the options and features on each with no pressure.. When we make a decision on what to purchase they will certainly get our business..

took my truck to baindridge location . first they didnt even know if they could do the warranty work "had to go ask". after 2 day i called update it was done wand ready. but no one could call. when they were asked what repairs were done was told they could find problems "even know i showed video and gave them the trouble code. when i picked up was told to take it to mathews per the service man Denny. waste of time so much for doing business local.

Do not use their car wash across the street, an absolute waste of $16. Left the tires and painted serfeces in almost the same condition when I arrived. Also to note, inside car wash the unit head itself is covered in mold and green mildew, just filthy. Save your money or go somewhere else.

After arriving in New York as an implant from out of state, I cant express how dismayed I've become with the service on my 2013 Buick Lacrosse in January of 2023. This is a totally new disappointment in service at any Buick GMC service location. I guess I should've known what I was in for with the "Sanford and Son" theme song playing on my mechanics phone as he engaged me to summarize what was needed. Although I had major no issues with my car prior to it being shipped by my employer, my vehicle hasn't run correctly since its botch repair. It's loud, shaking while driving, and gas mileage decreased exponentially. After spending over 2.5k on repairs I expected so much better from any Buick GMC operation. Cerritos California Buick GMC has treated me so much better, and it's not just because I purchased my car there brand new. I valued them, and felt valued as thier customer. That is not how I felt leaving Owego's version of what a Buick GMC service location should be. I'm at Matthew's Auto in Vestal and they already made it clear my tires were out of balance and provided relevsnt proof, oh and guess what? That was a service Owego was supposed to have fixed, among other safety issues.Extremely disappointed disabled OEF/OIF Navy Veteran.

Long wait, but wash&wax was fine.2-3-2024 Wash & Wax were fine. I wish the undercarriage wash was better to remove winter salt/sand.

The Owego service center went above and beyond with regard to customer service and the work on my canyon. I had a complex steering issue and the team there was excellent. The Service manager Brian went above and beyond to fix the issue, get me a loaner and see the repairs to the end. Jake also intervened I was humbled by how much they helped me get my truck back on the road. I have bought two vehicles from the Scoville Meno Auto Plaza in Owego and the way they treated me at the service center only reinforces my loyalty to their group. I mean it when I say, they went well beyond their means to help me and I am extremely grateful. They are the best in the business, all class and they do the job the right way.

Looking to purchase a new vehicle and was referred to Rocky Anderson and Scoville-Meno by a family member. Rocky provided excellent help and advice, allowing us to see a number of options and figure out what best fit our family. It was a great experience, and made me feel comfortable and confident in our selection. I can t recommended Rocky and Scoville-Meno enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff who I would give five stars to. What makes me give a one star is I went looking to buy a used suv and they didn t have much of a selection on there lot so they had to have the vehicles brought from the other dealers which is fine but I was constantly reminded what it costed them to bring cars to there Owego location as that should matter to me the car buyer. Jeff personally never said anything about it but the two finance people kept saying it costed $100 a piece to bring them i finally had to say I was going to pick the car I wanted not the car they wanted me to pick. In the end I ended up going to a different car dealership that respected me
