They don't take appointments for tire work, so you might have to wait a bit longer, but they do prioritize if you are waiting. I waited about an hour and a half for 4 tires, so not too bad. Their prices for mounting/balance aren't bad either ($25/wheel). They overinflated my new tires to 39# when it clearly says 33 on the car.

Excellent, very professional, they can get you in for most things (tires, alignments, inspections) and you can wait in their waiting room. If you don't want to wait they will get you a ride.

Stopped in to make an appointment to get a NYS Inspection and an oil change. To my surprise they said I didn t need an appointment for that and took me right in and got it done while I waited about 30 minutes. Will definitely be a return customer.

Had tires that we bought somewhere else balanced and mounted. No hassles. They were very busy and we were still in and out fairly quickly. I will be going back. They do everything here also. Not just tires.

They fixed my problem quickly and at very reasonable cost.9-13-2023, inspection and 4 new tires. Great job!1-11-2024 repaired and patched a rear tire slow leak from a screw I ran over. All went well.

I called them because I had a bad valve stem leak. I told them I could come right over, and how long would I wait. I was told 30 to 45 minutes. I arrived, did some preliminary computer work, handed over my keys, and sat down to wait. I don't believe it was 25 minutes later they said I was done. Paid bill and was out of there in about 30 min total. Very professional and friendly.

I will not be returning to your business. I spent 2 hours to get an inspection and was told that it wouldn't pass because of the tint on the top of the front windshield. Well every place I've taken it to has said otherwise. To top it off you plugged my tire for $60 for 2 nails. Had I known it was going to cost that much I would have done it myself. They did an oil change and I didn't even ask for one. I paid for it because it wasn't that far off for one but I still had about 1,000 miles left. I just shrugged it off because I was so upset about it not passing inspection. I know my bad for waiting until the last minute. I called to complain and the guy that answered hung up on me! Completely rude and uncalled for

Quality work done by great people at a fair price! I live in Vestal now, but I will still drive the extra 15 minutes over the hill, because after years of such great service I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I just left Moores Tires after having problems with a low tire light staying on after I purchase tires from there.I took it back and found out I needed 10 ply tires.All I can say is WOW! They made it right with me replacing the tires.The customer service is outstanding.Great Job!

They don't take appointments for putting new tires on the car so I showed up 5 min after they opened and was told I had about an hour and 15 min wait time (which was reasonable). After a hour of sitting there, I was told that they couldn't lift my Tesla unless I brought my own lift pads. They didn't want to risk damaging the battery but I shouldn't have been waiting for over an hour to hear that. That was my first time doing business with them and I don't think I'll ever come back.

May have found my new go-to place for tires. Had sidewall damage and called all over the area to no avail. No one had my tire size, until calling Moore's Tire Sales. They make the drop-off process SO easy with their key drop / envelope system and followed every request I had made, to the t. I used to travel about 45 mins for tires because I don't trust the "chains" but think I found my new place - they even added a 10% discount without me asking for it. Thank you for doing such a great job, and for getting this done so promptly. My spare tire couldn't take many more miles!

I recently purchased four brand new tires on my 2020 ram 1500 limited. I was recommended to go to Moore s tire service because they had a reputation of doing good work and having good service. After going out to my vehicle I was walking up to it and from 20 feet away I noticed the right rear rim had three gouges in the side of it. Went in and talk to the manager and was told they were there that I curved the tire. Not true! They had excuse after another. I talked to Kyle he said he had pictures of it before they did the work which basically means nothing to me. I went to two other tire shops in the all said the same thing it was caused from not putting the plastic guard on before trying to break the bed down. If the tire had been curved it would ve been at an angle these gouges were straight across the rim. Not happy so I spoke with Kyle he said he was going to send me the pictures that day and never did. Another customer came in while I was waiting for my tires and said his rims were scratched up as well. I would not recommend going there because if they damage your vehicle they do not except the responsibility so now I am out $500 for a stock 20 inch blacked out rim. I have called numerous times and nobody returns my calls!!! It s pretty disappointing because they got me in within a couple of days the guys at the front desk were very courteous and explaining everything to me and getting me the tires I wanted.

They always take good care of me. They never make me feel like they are trying to sell extra services, only what I need. Many times I've brought my vehicle there to check on something and they recommend no action (verses doing a job that does not need to be done to make extra money). Always treat me like it's more important to have me as a long term customer.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy.When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me and was very nice.I was offered a shuttle, but I waited for my vehicle in a clean comfortable environment.They replaced an 02 oxygen sensor, performed a NYS inspection and put my NYS registration sticker on my windshield. The wait wasn t too long and the cost was very reasonable.The service was excellent! I highly recommend Moore s Tires.

Went to Moores to have four winter tires put on that I have already purchased prier. .After four hours of waiting for them trying to fix a tire pressure sensor that was damaged, they told me to just drive it and it should start working again. As I walked out to my 2018 dodge ram there was hand prints on the truck and brush marks up and down both sides of my truck from there employees. I went back in to tell them about it and got very little response.Well the sensor never did work again and I toke it to a dealer to get fixed correctly.They found the wheels was moved to different corners of the truck and had to be reprogrammed and the sensor was broke from changing my tire.Eight hours of my time and a day off of work I finally got it fixed a month later !I highly recommend that you do not take your vehicles there, very poor service !

Quality service, good prices. Make an appointment or get there early, they ll tell you the same thing. They re always busy for a reason.

These guys are not trustworthy. Half mile down the road after leaving there my side step on my truck fell down and started dragging on the road. I called them and they claimed it was like that when they pulled it in the garage. They broke it and put 1 little zip tie on it and didn't tell me about it. They said they would rewind the video and get back to me which they never did. Do not go here. They will mess your vehicle up. There very rude too. They also take a long time to get the work done and expensive.

I will definitely not be a returning customer! besides for my cooper tires that I m pleased with (that any other shop would sell) I m disgusted by the service they provide. My wheels were torqued to about 1500 ft/lbs it was a wonder they didn t break my wheel or the bolt itself, one of the bolts heads was rounded off and when you show up for a rotation it is emphasized that it is free and the quality of your service is reflected on that because I kept getting pushed further and further down the list even though it is a first come first serve basis. My experience is shared by many people in the area I have been speaking with they are known to over torque wheels and break studs/bolts and I know someone who was in the same morning I was to have a rotation done and he was too pushed back 3 hours past arrival time. ONE STAR!!

Nice people, but after my second time going here I will never buy tires from them again. My first visit, i bought new tires (the cheapest ones they have), they were great, but they reinstalled the wheel weights incorrectly and caused a slow leak. I needed a second tire shop to tell me the problem.With my second car, i bought 4 new tires ($600 total), drove the car home, discovered I needed a wheel balance (i guess they didn't do it?). Went back and they balanced the wheels free of charge, how nice of them. Drove home, still wobbling... took it to get second opinion. Turns out they don't know how to do wheel balancing, nor did they change my valve stems (which says they did on the receipt). Will never go back again.2 stars because they passed inspection even though my parking brake wasnt up to standard I had a cracked windshield.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They let you Know of any problems they see on your vehicle and let you know what it will cost to fix it. I have been going here for years and have always been happy with the quality of service.

Moores lost a customer today because of terrible customer service.The last time they did an oil change, I asked for a regular oil change and was charged for synthetic. I thought it was a random mistake and they refunded the difference so I didn't think much of it.Today i had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change, snow tire install, inspection and alignment. When I dropped off my car, the woman said it wouldn't be ready until the end if the day (5 pm). I verified that I did indeed have an 11:30 appointment but was told since I was dropping it off, it would take longer???? The woman said that maybe they could have it done by 3 pm. She asked what type of oil change and I said, regular.Thankfully, it was ready around 1:30. I paid and then realized I was charged for synthetic oil AGAIN. When I mentioned it to the same woman who asked what kind of oil change, she snottily said, "It is what is recommended and what we put in your car last time". I replied that it was put in my car last time without my permission and I was issued a refund and she rolled her eyes and said, "Here we go again!"Horrible customer service. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to charge for something the customer did not agree to, but the attitude is what drove me away. It ia utterly inexcusable to treat a customer that way. Never going to Moores again.

Moore's tire has great service. Ryan has always been a great help with advice. The mechanics are excellent at there job. Great prices and good place to go for service and tires

They did a good job on helping me with a tire crisis I had with my truck, half hour before closing time, they still hooked me up. The tire ran over a nail about a week or 2 later, and they replaced it with a brand new one.

I have taken my car to Moore for nearly all repairs since moving to NY. They replaced my power steering pump when it went out and have done a great job of regular maintenence. Like a great repair shop, they also know their limitations and recommended a specialty shop when needed so that I do not incur unneeded cost. I highly recommend this group.
