They are very friendly and kind people. I don't know if they will still be in business, but next time I won't be coming back here to pick up a load. I was there in winter and I'm lucky that there was no snow, otherwise I'm sure that no one would be able to get out of here without towing. Tetitor's infrastructure is very disorganized for business, although they help you get in and out of the yard.

Wow now that's what a service station should be run like! Jeff fixed my chainsaw when two other " dealer ships" and a big box store could not.Jeff found part variations and numbers that others claimed did not exist. Very fair priced and fixed in a timely fashion.Will be taking all my business to him and recommending you to do so.Brittany and Jeff are great people, friendly, courteous , knowledgeable, and stand behind their work.Pictures of 37 inch maple , that's has been tapped for over 51 years, with saw repaired by Rays ( JEFFS) Small engine repair.

My first experience under new ownership. Fixed my snowblower quickly and has it running like a champ. Even made some adjustments that I didn't know it needed, and now the chute doesn't stick. Jeff is friendly and helpful and got the job done. We wish you and Brittany great success.

Jeff did a great job tuning up our riding lawn mower. He was quick and efficient. His dad is a great pickup/delivery assistant as well. We'll use Ray's Small Engine again!

I just brought in two snowblowers for tune-ups and a new starter on one. Jeff had them done in a few days and helped me save money by offering a used starter. They now work better than ever so I brought in a third snowblower. Jeff spotted the problem as we were unloading, fixed it with a cotter key and sent me on my way. This is a great business: friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and fair prices. What more can you ask for! I truly appreciate the work he did for me.

I called 4 or 5 other echo dealers and they didn't have the part I needed and it'd be a week before they got it, I called Ray's and picked up the part I needed the same day

The new owners of Ray's did an excellent job of fixing our snowblower, 5 work days and it was done! Great customer service!! Highly recommend supporting this new ownership!

Ok for newer lawn mower, chain saws and other yard work.Under new ownership and really helpful at finding parts for my riding mower that is out dated ! Please check this out !!! REALLY friendly and will do ALL he can to please you ! Tell Jeff " DEN SENT YOU !" Maybe it will help !!! I have done quite a bit with him recently and he should know me.

Jeff Herman goes out of his way to satisfy his customers and get you back up in running in a short period of time. Their customer service is second to none and he even brought my lawn tractor back north to me. I am a customer for life!

Would not recommend at all. My husband took his weed eater in on 2/24/2023 to be repaired.He called two weeks ago, they told him it was on the table being worked on. They never called to have repairs approved($$$), they did the repairs. We he went to go get the weed eater, they couldn t find it. Tried to give him someone else s. My husband went and found it on a shelf. It had been repaired since 3/18/2023. And no phone call. They charged him $174.01.

Is Memorial Day weekend, They were around the shop answered the phone and were able to assist me. Had the parts that I needed were kind courteous and reasonably priced. Glad I found this place I will be back, Not if but when I break something again!!

Ray and Leo are a good men who strive to provide quality service and maintain a nominal inventory of parts to service the equipment they sell. They are primarily Echo dealers now, which has caused me to have to seek out other providers regrettably. I own Stihl and Husqvarna and Honda.

I have been a customer of Ray's for many years. The service is outstanding. I have had a pellet stove for years and when I needed a part they had it in stock. I recently purchased a new snow blower and I am very pleased with the transaction. Will be back in the spring for a new mower.
