One of my neighbors struck my parked car a few months ago. Vashaw s arranged a rental vehicle for me, e-mailed me every day with status updates on my vehicle and when I went to pick it up it looked brand freaking new. Thank you for making this such an easy and timely experience!

Never again..Google removed this. I will keep putting this up.I went here because State Farm recommended them as one of their shops. I didn t want to deal with the hassle, on top of my accident. But, oh, boy, was I ever wrong.I purposely left my Apple AirTag keys, on my key ring. Now, the shop owns the park I no lot/questionable garage(?) right across the street. My car was never taken to the mechanic shop, as they stated. My keys alert me every single time, my keys are left behind, or are moved.They moved my car without telling State Farm; three blocks over, on a private residence housing area, without telling me or my insurance. Leaving it in the street, parked in a random area of town. This happened quite a few times. While they stated the vehicle was not able to be driven. If that is the case; why was my car physically driven to a private residence, listed below. A half hour or so later after I called State Farm; my car was miraculously driven back to the shop s lot.No one looked at my car, my engine, or anything. They blamed my shield plate, high RPM s, and check engine light AFTER the accident; on a tire and alignment issue. They refused to look over the engine. Or the surplus of other issues.In order to get a claim in, I had to call State Farm, to get on the shop, to upload photographs. With the estimate. What John stated to me, was played to an entirely different tune, to the insurance company. Including claiming he wanted to put a lien on my car, because the mechanic looked over my vehicle. And I thought the fee was included in my deductible. But he kept smiling to my face, telling me nothing of that nature was stated. My car never left that shop. It was never towed there either. It wasn t even thirty days when he stated such, for the lien above.The owner kept demanding I leave the rental at his shop. When State Farm stated I am more than free, to do what I want with the rental. Or where to drop it off to.Even the towing company who was talking to John, asked if they actually fixed my vehicle. (Nothing against the towing guy.) But that in itself states a lot.Can t say much for the receptionist. But she is rude too. At one point she stated John already went over this with you. I am not getting into it. While when I tried to make my payment, John didn t know how to process payments on the credit card machine, for his own shop. So I kept having to wait. Avoid. They removed this 3X

Vashaws is very efficient and their work is superb! My parents always went there and so do I ! I highly recommend Vashaws!

Best body shop around Oswego ! John is top notch !Update 2/2023. I had the unfortunate incident of hitting a deer. I am thankful that Vashaws delivers such top-notch service as always. As soon as parts came in I got the call that my car was next in line. It was there in a much shorter time than I had anticipated and came back and way better shape than I dropped it off. I can t take John Melissa and their team enough. They really care if you need bodywork this is the place. !!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Recently this shop assisted my daughter who goes to college in Oswego. Mr. Vashaw assisted me with some decisions about how best to handle some body repairs on her car, and I have to say I can rarely think of a business man who was so helpful to us. I can say with confidence that you can be very comfortable with the work they do, and the services and advice they provide. They were a pleasure to work with.

they were great , i left my car their and was out of town during the repair , they did a fantastic job on repairing my vehicle ...very professional and great customer service ...great staff who care about the customer and kept me informed throughout the repair ...
