Bought a Ford explorer from here 3/24. Turned out it had a water pump leak that reqires having the engine disassembled to fix. They took care of it and had it back in less than a week. These guys are great and true to their word.I would definitely buy from here again.Just remember that if you don't buy a warranty not to blame them when something breaks on a used vehicle.

I bought a truck from these guys a year are two ago. Good truck I had a few problems I asked them to Fix and they did the minimum to fix it but they did and I had it not even a week and it needed an oil change which they did after I argued with someone there And made me feel like it wasn t their problem, which is ridiculous if they re selling cars the buying process was simple and easy just make sure You asked them when it was maintenance and everything is done before you buy. Regardless of when I bought the truck I m giving people the details of how you run And it kind of speaks volumes That you have to comment under every Review that posted about your shop These guys are kind of shady so watch out.

Sam was great from start to finish! He found me a great car at a great price to fit my needs! The whole process was easy from start to finish and Sam was right on point with the deal!Honesty and hard work are the recipe for success and Sam NAILED IT!!I would highly recommend Reina Motor Cars!!

Sam Reina and his father were amazing. I purchased a vehicle from them about a month ago and even had a hiccup with the vehicle but they addressed the issue in a professional manner and got my vehicle up and running again. I would definitely recommend them for future service. Thank you guys!!!!

Sold us a Subaru with a blown engine, and won t do a thing about it. Bought the car November 8 and by December 13 car was broke down, went there and they said, it s been over 30 days, oh well! Terrible!!! You can t do that to people!!! So disgusting that a family run business, treats families like this!!!The only thing you are right about sir, is that my husband slammed your door. Joe wrote up the contract early before we actually paid (cash) for it. Dates are not correct. So, make me eat my words sir- Subaru is and has been at Torrbits since December- 5,000 for a new engine. Now what? 40 days we had the car, literally 40 days before we notified you. If you want to help, then help!February and still at Torbitts, We have not had the car since December. Like the owner stated multiple times, get that warranty people.

Just Bought a vehicle here for my son. They have a nice inventory to browse. I felt no pressure at all, was like dealing with a friend, not a salesman ! Felt we were treated very fair, and would highly recommend Reina s for your used car needs.

Very happy with our experience here. Needed a car for my son around $10k and was surprised to find a local place with such a good selection of all wheel drive Honda's and Toyota's in our price range. I purchased a 2003 Ford Ranger from this dealer. I have never purchased a used vehicle so I was a little skeptical. Besides the 2 hour drive, this son and dad due made me feel comfortable. They made needed repairs before delivery. After I had the truck for a few weeks, a few issues came forward. We called the dealer and without hesitation they said bring it to us. They have taken care of all issues. Iam very happy customer and have been sending them customers. Don't want to deal with big name dealers, go here you'll be super happy! Thank you Reina Motors!! I love my truck!

Has a lot of nice cars and great to deal with. I bought a 2014 Subaru Forrester with 104,000 miles on it. No warranty and the lemon law doesn t help out with anything over 100,000 miles. I had some problems with getting the key out of the ignition so I took it to a Subaru dealer and they fixed it. I told the guys at Reina Motor Car how much this was going to cost me out of pocket for the repairs and Reina cut me a check to help out with the bill. They did not have to do that at all. Highly recommend Reina motor car dealership. I will definitely do business with them again A+

I was helping my nephew find his first truck and he was very excited when he found such a nice truck for a price he could afford. I was a little worried because in the past I have been stung by smaller dealers. But how wrong I was, these Guys have been great from start to finish!!. We had a problem with truck after buying it and I was hesitate to call because being an older vehicle I knew it's sold as is. But they didn't even hesitate to look at it and take care of the problem. I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good honest deal!Great people to work with and they stand behind their vehicles, you won't be disappointed

I had a really good experience here. The father/son team was very easy to work with. I never felt like I was talking to a salesman. I bought a truck I'm really happy with for a good price. They have a lot of Pennsylvania cars, too, so they're in good shape. Highly recommend.

Just bought a Subaru Forester off Sam a few weeks back. First off he REALLY helped and negotiated with prices and options to help me out. I ve been bugging him months about his rides so for him to still help me out is awesome.Second, the car I did buy has had a few problems, nothing crazy but enough to deal with. Used cars are just that, used. Things happen, no ones fault. And throughout the problems he s answered me, been honest and has even helped with the cost.Great dude! Would recommend.

Found the vehicle I was looking for At a very reasonable price.After a couple of phone conversations And a Test drive, a Deal was made.There was an unforeseen issue With the vehicle, I contacted Sam And he promptly took care of it, !! My husband and I had everything set up to purchase a vehicle from this dealership in Oswego, we had papers drawn up and we're waiting on a call back from the bank, which they knew, because they recommended the bank. We went in in Tuesday (posting this on Friday) , they had 2 issues that needed checking up on before a sale could be made. We got the approval today and when we called he said he had sold it 2 hours ago.0/5 would not recommend

When you're dropping $20K on a vehicle and have questions about the vehicle and the owners response is "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS IT'S TAX SEASON AND WE'RE BUSY" -- I suppose they don't need your money or the sale of a car -- PLEASE GO TO DRIVERS VILLAGE for any purchase. They give you 12 month or 12,000 miles AND new brakes and tires !!!! This place is A JOKE!

About a month ago I purchased a 2011 Kia Serento from here. Owned a kia before and loved it. This on appeared to be in great condition. The next morning after taking it home for the first time the check engine light came on. GREAT , I thought. Took the guy awhile to get back in touch with us about fixing this issue, finally he did and we brought it to a shop he told us to go to. Pick the car up a week later and it has more issues wrong with it and the light comes back on , on the way home! At this point I m in tears. They didn t put the gas tank in correctly and all you could smell was straight gasoline. Mind you I am pregnant and have a 1 year old, very healthy, right. So it gets brought back and is done the next day. It s been a week later that all that was done and what do you know, my check engine light is on yet again. :))) never will I ever purchase another vehicle from this guy again and will not refer anyone here. Very disappointed!

Sam and his dad are awesome folks. They were up front with me and very detailed with answers to all of my questions. The work with you in all aspects that they can. I would recommend them to all to purchase a vehicle.
