I recently had an excellent experience with Dante at Valvoline. His assistance and service during my oil change were exceptional. Dante went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Valvoline, especially with staff like Dante who provide top-notch service. Thank you for the great experience!

The staff at this location are the best of any car mechanic Ive ever been to. They are always fast, friendly and knowlwdgable. It has been top-tier service for me every single time. You guys rock!!!

Last time I was here was a couple weeks ago, on a Sunday, and there were 3 young staff members and they were goofing around and mistakenly put conventional oil instead of max life oil, they were laughing and didn t know I over heard them. Very unprofessional

I was very unhappy that after I had an oil change my motor guard felt on the middle of the Highway. It wasn't place back properly and my car is only 3 years old. I Was very unhappy and disappointed with a very poor and insufficient job. I won't recommended this place to no one.

Been going here for years. Fast, efficienct, friendly, honest. Never been upsold, and have never had a car that hasn't made it to at least 200,000 miles.

Been doing my oil in here since I got my car. Did again and the next day my parking space was full of oil. I went under the car the mud cover was missing 6 of 11 screws which I had to order then THE OIL FILTER WAS LOOSE who knows how long we drove it without. Just like the VALVOLINE in Mohegan lake. That blew the costumers transmision without oil. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Better off paying more than losing your car. MAYBE IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN IF THEY WEREN'T SMOKING WEED. LIKE ALWAYS.

Julio was amazing! Super friendly and explained issues thoroughly with very clear communication. The staff here really look out for their customers best interest and aren t trying to benefit themselves! I ve gotten my oil changed here lots of times. The guys working here always have a great attitude, and they do a good job. They mention possible service upgrades if relevant, but never pressure you and don t BS you with something you don t need.

Just wanted to thank nick julio and Kevin I call them the A team every 3000 miles I look forward to making a 10 min pit stop they are always going beyond to explain everything they do...my wife and daughters also go there very respectful and seeing people that love what they do gives me a piece of mind...

The gentlemen here are so efficient, fast, and hard working, I hope you noticed how I call them gentlemen is because I'm a young woman and they are so respectful, I've been coming here for the last 3 years since I got my first car and they have always helped me with everything I need. They are efficient & they get things done in 15-20 mins. tops. And since I work in that little town, I can go on my lunch break & get it done without waiting on long lines. I tried another location 5 min close to my house at the Bronx. I got tired waiting after an hour & there was only a line of 3 cars waiting, so I left. I love going to Valvoline at Ossining location.

The staff at this Ossining facility are Awesome especially NICK & MARIO!! They go above and beyond to help their customers and actually enjoy their job. Very Impressive :) :)

I use the Valvoline in Ossining! Service with them is always prompt and efficient. The tech Berto makes great recommendations for my old Acura. Valvoline is reasonably priced, plus they offer online coupons!

Quick and reliable place for an oil change. Drive up and wait in your car until a bay opens. You never need to get out of the car! Be sure to search the internet for coupons, you can usually find one for anywhere from 5 dollars to 10 dollars off an oil change.

In September 2021, The Ossining Valvoline Shop failed to secure the skid plate on my car which caused it to detach and drag beneath my car. The shop Manager, Nick, upon calling him with the issue said he d order a replacement. Here I am in January 2022, After countless calls to Nick, he tells me the part is still on back order from Autozone. Given the myriad excuses, time passed, you can only consider this shop is managed by Unprofessional, uncaring people: his latest suggestion is he ll have the part in three days. We ll see Postscript: January 14, 2022 unfortunate matter finally resolved by shop manager.Service: Oil change

Take care of your car with regular oil changes easily obtained at Valvoline. You don't even have to get out of your car! The staff will check all of your car's vital fluids, lights, filters and wiper blades in time for the approaching cold weather. Plus a coupon for savings off your next visit. Unbeatable!

Excellent service and employees engage with the driver each step of the process during a routine oil change. They keep electronic records of your last visit which makes returning easier.

Very bad experience. upon confirming with them over the phone before going there if they do oil and filter change for Audi Q7, upon arrival waited for 15 mins before they can take me in and finally they told me they don't have oil filter for this car, suggested to buy one from nearest store and they will give credit of $10. I purchased my own filter and came back to change the oil. After completing the work they said they can't give credit to me because they apply only one coupon at a time. I suggested to call the manager and talk to him, they said he already left and can't call him. They argued on that Its included in it and called the cops. Cops suggested that this shop is like that only and not to use them again. Very horrific experience, Please do not use them again.

The service at this location is outstanding. My battery died and Chuck ,I believe he's the manager, literally came to my home to change it for me. And he was super nice about it. Thanks Chuck!

I was the first one there on a Tuesday morning. They got me in and out fast with limited attempts at upselling! You remain in your car which at seems to make everything go faster. Would go again.

Been coming here for years. Always do a great job. Sometimes a bit aggressive with the upselling, but always willing to take a coupon and give me a discount. I very rarely have to wait for service.

After getting oil change and car checked, I drove about 2 miles when tire pressure light came on. Had to stop and pay for air for every tire, all 4 tires were different 1 was 33psi, 1 was 20, 1 was 37 and the last one was 30. Had to waste time and money fixing their mistake. When I had my next oil change done I find out that they stripped the drain plug when they put it in! More $ down the drain because of their carelessness.

Place is ok if you are in a hurry but watch out for the people who work there they always push you to get services that you might don't need it. In my case they show me a fake battery print scan saying that my battery needs to be replaced, but when I showed that guy my battery receive from a week ago. He just went in the room and never come out. Keep your eyes open.

**Stay Away from this place**My sons girl Taylor RXX, has been having her oil changed at Valvoline exclusively for over a year in her 2000 Honda Accord, after having her oil change done at Valvoline last week I noticed some puddles of oil in the driveway. Taylor brought the car back to Valvoline and they said it's the cars fault not theirs even tho they are the only ones that have been touching the drain plug. These people are not mechanics, do not let them touch your car!Honda says that this only happens tightenedwhen the drain plug is overtightened. So who overtightened it if Only Valvoline has been changing the oil?Valvoline.. **Stay Away from this place**
