I had to change my review, quickly. I was duped and I have to be open about it in order to save the next man/woman.I gave 1 star for their accommodating air but after 10 months, I attempted to trade in my car. I sadly found out that the miles had been rolled back at least 2 times!! The dealership that informed me of the rollbacks showed me 2 different sources of proof that the vehicle had mileage rollback. Both of these sources were available to Highline but because the vehicle was over 10 years, they did not disclose this information. I attempted to speak with one of the owners of Highline. He gave an incoherent song and dance about the odometer being replaced. He promised that his brother/partner would call me back within 24 hours. That was 8 days ago.I gave Highline an excellent review, initially, but their true colors were shown over time.Stay away! Beware!!

I ve bought 3 cars from them over the past few years. One mini van and 2 Subaru s. Never had a bad experience with them and cars were great. No issues with the cars at all! I definitely would recommend them. I sure will be using them again In the near future!

Thanks to Addison at Highline I'm the proud owner of a 2008 4Runner. Highline is a true mom & pop business. At Highline, expect personal communication and clear pricing. You won't have to worry about excessive delivery/destination charges and the typical 'dealer' smokescreens.You call Addison, set the appointment, and he's there. He accomodated my odd hours due to work, allowed me to inspect the car to my satisfaction, and was upfront about the car's condition.We agreed on a set of repair work and after Addison delivered, I signed the papers.I'll definately keep an eye on Highline for repeat business. Addison has a knack for finding affordable hidden gems. p

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Does not even deserve the one star but it wouldn't allow me to put none! This guy should take lessons in running a business! My husband and I went to the lot on a Saturday and were very interested in a car they had. We were told by the owner or whoever he was that he was just passing by and did not have the keys for a test drive. He said we should call the following Tuesday for an appointment. We called Tuesday...no answer, Wednesday...no answer....just about every day for almost 2 weeks we called, left messages, emailed and still.....no response! I don't know why he's in business if not interested in dealing with customers!! We gave up and took our business elsewhere.

I bought a car from Joe for below market value, he took the extra time to make sure everything was j. Order and that I was happy. I felt good t brought the entire process. Highly recommend!

I have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle. Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. The entire process from beginning to end was a true pleasure. If I ever need another vehicle in the future, this is where I'm going.

Called for an appointment to see a car, once at the location called multiple times an no one answered. The car I was supposed to see showed a very different condition compared to the photos on the website. Cracked moonroff , foggy headlights , scratches and dents which weren't visible in the photos neither were mentioned in the description. Very unprofessional!

I was respectfully greeted by a young man that advised the person I should speak with was away. I left my contact information. Received a follow up call and experienced courtesy and knowledge. I would do business with them. Thanks

Best used car dealer there is. The salesman is very welcoming and thorough; will definitely consider this place again.
