I went in there to get my car battery replaced. I was impressed with the customer service and honesty. At first, I did question the price of the battery, to be honest it was consistent the service would cost probably less in the market. Nevertheless, I will be going again for other services.

Great customer service seems to be rare these days! Not to mention, Honesty and Integrity in the auto industry is just as rare most of the time. Corsi Tire has it All. From the time I walked through the door, I was amazed at how they handled my minor situation like it was major! They fixed my minor issue and my car drives like its brand new! Chris and his team are amazing! I will go nowhere else in Ossining for any kind of service that Corsi would be able to offer! Thanks Corsi!

Amazing service, always. I'm not a huge customer of theirs by any means and I brought in my Tesla. They brought it in, lifted it, tried to patch, etc. They couldn't and they also couldn't locate a tire. Meanwhile, they were very responsive and communicative. At the end of the day, I had it towed to the Tesla dealer. Corsi wouldn't take $1 and that was with me insisting I owe them something. Honest guys and responsive.

Chris was super helpful with identifying the tire I needed, and even referred me elsewhere when Corsi didn t have my tire in stock. Will definitely return.

I had some front end work done yesterday. I got the car back and it s like driving a new car mind you it is a 2005 Honda I use it to go to work and any problems Corsi is always there and fair with pricing . Keep up the good work

I would like to thank the gentlemen at Corsi tire for correcting a mistake that middletown honda made with my tires and they fixed it and honda acknowledged their mistake and paid me back what corsi charged me well done guys another satisfied customer

Today was my second visit to Corsi. No one likes dealing with tire problems, but the team at Corsi is the best! I went in for a second opinion after being told by another tire shop that I needed a new tire after only 14k miles (which had me thinking that my car was probably going to kill me if I drove it on the highway). The team was great at diagnosing the multiple, yet simple fixes that the other shop was too lazy to investigate. I was happy to pay the very reasonable bill for a repair and rebalance, and regain peace of mind.

I come here for oil changes and always have a great experience here. I'm usually in and out within 20-45 minutes depending on how busy they are - and the staff is mostly very helpful and seem to be looking out in your best interest. They'll even take you to your car as it's being worked on to show you any problems or potential problems it may have.

Found we had a flat so we called Corsi, they said to bring the car down and they could help the same day. We put the spare on and took the car down there. They were able to take the car right away and within 30 minutes we had the car back with the original fixed and back on the car. All it cost us was $26. Everyone who helped us was very friendly and nice. Overall I am very pleased with the service at Corsi and would certainly go there again.

They were so QUICK!!!!! Last week I had a blow out on my truck (thank you pot hole) both passenger side tires. Called them Friday, they ordered tires. Tires came in this morning on the truck within 40 minutes. Great service, fair price, courteous staff.

I blew a tire on my van today and couldn t get the lug nuts off for some reason.. drove it a few blocks to these guys and they did the job in literally 2 mins! Great place awesome people would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.. definitely will go out of my way to get here to these guys for my next set of tires

I have been using Corsi tire for 14 years and they have always been excellent. They really take care of car with good advise and great service. The waiting room is pleasant and complete with free coffee and tea.

My low-pressure light came on. I checked my tire pressure and found one tire down 8 lbs. I immediately found the screw head that was visible in the tread. I called Corsi and they said to just come on down. They patched the tire and I was on my way in under 45 minutes. Great service and a friendly team. I have been going there for over 20 years for all my tire needs!

Been here twice. First time they replaced a single flat tire. Second time i called to mount 4 new tires and was told they could do it. When i arrived 2 hours before closing I was told they were too busy and couldn't help me. Based on these 2 experiences and service at another local store I suggest using other places to get or service your tires. Corsi prices are high and service subpar.

I had purchased tires for my truck. as I was driving down the highway i noticed my rear wheel covers flew off. when I got the chance I went in to corsi told them what had happen. they told me no problem we will replace them. WOW what great service you really don't see that kind of courtesy any more. THANK YOU CORSI !!!!!!

The Guy who work on behalf of Nick. He is guy Is terrible. Very nasty approach to customers. Very unfriendly, I'm spending my money with them past few years , so I deserve much better customer service

If you go to Mavis you have lost your mind. The price for the tire includes mounting and speed balancing, where at Mavis they will mat h the price and throw on $19 a tire for install. Corsi will also beat any price (along with Mavis that will beat their price), but there is a huge difference in customer service, Lets just say Corsi Tire is Peter Lugers to Mavis as Burger King .I used them in Feb 2018. All around tires, all around brakes and an alignment all done within two hours and a very nice staff.

I had excellent and quick service at Corsi Tire in Ossining to patch a slow leak in one of my tires. I will be needing new tires in a couple of months and I will definitely be going back to Corsi to purchase them.

If you live in Westchester...and you want the best Hot Dog, you go to Walter's in Mamaroneck...The best Tire Shop...CORSI TIRE in Ossining, period.We can debate all day about the best in class in every other category, but not when it comes to HOT DOGS & TIRE SHOPS!

Visited today 11/24/2020 for car inspection..no appointment and they took me on the spot..they were quick and great service as usual..

Dropped my car off for inspection, got a call from them saying "We're closing in 10 minutes". When I got there they had closed. Today is Saturday and they're closed on Sunday, so I have no car. This is beyond unprofessional. Do not use their service.
