I had a tire blow out a few miles from home and I called them and they came and picked me up no charge.then they fixed what was wrong and gave me a new tire that day. They are so nice and other times they always let me bring my dog along to wait with me while they fix my car.

I have had several very good experiences at Cappello's Auto. They are very honest and show me the issues with the car. I trust them a lot, and It is very hard to find a mechanic you truly trust. I will always go back there.

My neighbor referred me and my fianc� to Cappello s. It s so local that we passed it a million times but never thought much of it. My fianc� tried them first and was happy. When I went I was very impressed. It s a local, family run business. They are honest and not trying to price gouge you. I hate having to bring my car to the dealership so I try to avoid it at all costs. I ve brought my car to other Mom and Pop shops but there were a ton they they always said they were unable to service. Everything I needed Cappello s was able to do! The staff is very friendly and Joe took the time out to sit on the phone with me and explain what he saw and why things were the way that they were and what he recommended. He also let me know what was highest priority and what could wait until next time- very honestly. I am incredibly happy with them and already scheduled my next appointment to get all four brand new tires with them! Joe is the best and I ve requested to speak with him anytime I ve gone there so I know him the best by now. He said he owns it with his brothers and I would trust any of the Cappello brothers any day even if Joe wasn t available!

I have been taking my cars to Cappello's for years! Wouldn't go anywhere else! They fix it right the first time, are very fair with pricing and are very professional and friendly. They can figure out any auto problem. IF IT'S NOT FIXABLE, THEY WILL ALSO TELL YOU. I highly recommend Cappello s Auto: Joe, Vinny, and their entire team are very thorough and professional. They are the best car mechanic I ve found! In the past year, they ve done several major maintenances on my 2009 Acura, including the shocks, struts, radiator, throttle body, and starter. Each time, they find the best, most economical parts and do an excellent job installing them. I really appreciate Joe taking the time to talk on the phone and explain each part of the job and it s associated cost. I trust him that he will honestly tell me if I m wasting money on the car! Great experience - great service and fair prices. The owner Joe was in frequent contact with me providing me updates and presenting a few options with how to proceed on repairs for my car (fuel filter - thanks Ford). Had him inspect a few other items on my car and he was frank and honest in letting me know the condition of the items and said they would not present a problem for me in the immediate short term - just for that honesty and for a matter of convenience, I had no qualms about letting his crew take care of these repairs for me. Would definitely recommend.

My car battery went dead. I called them and they came right over and charged it. Then I needed some work done on my brakes and rotors. I took the car in and was told it would be about two hours for the repairs. I didn't want to wait around and they offered to drive me back to my home which was only about a mile and a half away and then pick me up when the repairs were done. Which they did. And the repairs were excellent and reasonably price.They are friendly, courteous and competent. I highly recommend them.

Hands down, Capello's is the best shop around. Helpful, accommodating, professional staff. I've had nothing but good experiences, both myself and my wife have taken our cars here for years.I trust Capellos to take care of me and they have always delivered.

Our kids experienced a tire blowout late at night heading out for a weekend with friends. Thankfully AAA towed the car to Cappello s Tire. I called them first thing In the morning and to my surprise Joe had already checked out the car and called the warehouse to see if the tires were in stock and available. So when we spoke he was prepared to work with me to quickly determine our options. Joe also found a way to get the work done the same day ( an already busy Saturday). I will say I have never experienced better service from anyone or any company.It s never great breaking down on the road but with dependable people like Joe and the team at Cappello s they sure made the experience much less painful.Thank you for the terrific support.

I gave them 5 stars last year, and they still get 5 stars. They are an honest repair shop - they tell you what needs to be done and how long you can wait before you must get it done. They are very accomodating and if the work takes longer than estimated they will give you a ride home or to your work if it's not that far away. I think they are fabulous!

I have been going to Tony and sons, Joe in particular, for over twenty years. Their service has always been outstanding. Joe goes out of his way to provide me with cost effective service including recommending (always giving me the choice) non-manufacturer parts that are just as good if not better than OEM parts. My 11 year old car needed repairs and new tires before a cross country trip. Everything was done within a day and the car flew from NY to CA in 3 days with absolutely no problem. Highly recommend the Cappellos.

As always, a great experience! The team is thorough and professional. 3 years with Capello s, and even after moving more than a few hundred miles, I still go there for my annual inspection/servicing. Good crew!

They re super cool and attentive to detail. Turn around is good and the work is solid. Really reasonable for the area. The best in town honest reliable and the number oneI fixed my car I m Westport CT and I realize they never changed my oil filter and etc I went to Mr Cappello and he fix it all in less than a day very impeccable job done in one day my car is finally new again . these guys were so thoughtful! blew a tire on Friday night. they were scheduled to leave at 5pm but stayed open til 530 to give us enough time to get towed there even though they were planning to head out on vacation. changed the tire, made sure all the other tires were filled with air and sent us on our way. thank you so much!

Always awsome service and quality work!In particular, Saturday 5/14 my daughter's just came in from DC at 2PM and she needed a NYS yearly car inspection and was leaving the next day (Sunday).Despite being about to close, the Capello brothers made the time to get it done!I appreciated their effort and highly recommend their auto repair! Quality and integrity.

Moved to Ossining from the city 10 years ago. So grateful to have found a reliable, helpful, fair auto shop to work with and depend on for all of these years. Cappello's has provided top quality service to me for 4 years. As a woman, I am always hesitant when dealing with auto repair shops; however, Cappello's has been professional in their dealing and fair in their pricing with me. I know because I have checked and also know what my male friends have paid.I have no complaints, only compliments, and highly recommend Cappello's.

SO GRATEFUL FOR HONEST MECHANICS!! Joe was recommended to me after I got a 98 Cherokee xj for my daughters first car. Needless to say, it needed work and Joe was top notch. He was so fair and thorough with everything. Since it s an older car, he only fixed what really needed it, and managed to get after market/used parts for cosmetics so that it didn t cost a fortune. He took care of this car as if it were his own daughter s car and he was paying the bill. The amount of consideration from owner to customer is overwhelming. He even calls us an hr or so later to make sure we got home ok. Literally just texted him to see how to work the 4wd for the years first snow and he called me back to go through it STEP BY STEP.No one does this.This is truly a family owned business and they treat as if you re an extension of it. They don t swindle you or confuse you with car talk. They re honest, fair, and welcoming. Hands down best auto/repair shop.

Outstanding!Just moved to the area and needed some basic maintenance. Tried them based on the good reviews on Google. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. They caught an issue that my old service guys missed. Charged a very reasonable rate both for parts and labor. (I checked online for the cost of the parts)Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Great place! Joe went over everything and broke it down for me. I truly felt like for the first time I wasn t being taken advantage of. Not to mention the work done was fantastic! I immediately felt a difference in my car right away. Thank you Joe and Cappello s auto!

Excellent service. Great pricing. First visit I received 4 new tires at a great price. Second visit received brand new rear brakes for my Acura tlx. Much better pricing and quicker service than my Acura dealer.

The best service ever for my car and my mother's cars. Always fixed right the first time! Explains what has to be done before work starts. Always a fair price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
