Paid $450 for an oil change. $200 for diagnosis, $200 for the actual change. But they didn t call it an oil change, they called it a correction of the engine oil levels and padded it with other language that made it seem like they were doing an actual repair. Pissed off that I spent $450 for an oil change. Could ve done it myself for $50. I don t have $400 to spend on a simple oil change.

Called to confirm my free oil changes and was told I don't get any. Received a call the other day (over a year later) asking why I hadn't used any of my free oil changes. West Herr service is a scam. Same thing with my extended warranty. They tried to deny I bought it when I needed a new transmission and went so far as to repair the leak in the transmission to get it out if warranty and then tried to say I plugged the leak myself. That was at the Williamsville one. They also tried to charge my mom $3000 for leaf springs which cost $700 to replace at every other shop we called. Scumbags.

Failed a brand new 2023 4runner purchased from them in April of 2023 based on a tint match, the vehicle never should have needed a safety inspection if the dealer sold it with an updated sticker. I have 3 Toyota's all with tint match and never have an issue getting them inspected until you go to the worse service advisor with the most unprofessional attitude the miserable Brieann Schulz i will never buy a vehicle from any west herr location or service any of my vehicles there again since they wish to be petty over window tint. Keep in mind they have also passed my window tint that's highly illegal previously. In short Brieann Schulz is a condescending clown.

I called 2/8/23 for a brake issue that was covered under warranty. They got me in @745am 2/9/23 fixed issue and my vehicle was finished at noon. Great service and I'd like to thank Steve for making in happen.

My part was in stock and it took an hour for installation. I got my car inspected while getting repairs. Very professional and well run.
