This place is amazing beyond words. My salesman, Alex Kirby, was full of knowledge and made sure I left with all of my questions answered. He was so kind and easy to work with and was truly top tier. Jason Jones in finance was also so thorough and so easy to work with. The atmosphere in this store is so welcoming and made the car buying process actually enjoyable. I would recommend this team to anyone and everyone. Plus they sell more than just Kia!

I d give zero stars if I could.I brought my vehicle in for two recalls and what should have been a small repair.After my vehicle was diagnosed and repaired they claimed there was a new issue and my radiator needed replacing.On 2 more phone calls the only explanation offered for what was now a major leak and the requirement to replace my radiator was now there s more pressure it s leaking more. Not once in 3 phone calls could a single employee give me any diagnosed mechanical explanation for the leak. They simply stated over and over again there s more pressure there s more leak, we have to replace your radiator. That simply didn t make sense.So I took my car to another mechanic who found the reason *WHY*The reason was because of a pipe that had been bent while the other end was manhandled during the repair this location did.On the fourth phone call the service manager FINALLY admitted HE DIDN T EVEN KNOW WHY they were asking me to replace my radiator and needed to ask someone.He came back claiming it s because of a micro crack in the damaged pipe from the picture I provided.The problem is, the service manager started out our conversation claiming that his mechanics NEVER touched , NEVER took a wrench to nor pressure tested that pipe If they never touched or tested the pipe how can they claim there is a micro crack in it?If there WAS a micro crack in that pipe, and they knew about it, why hadn t that been the explanation from the beginning?And above all else, why isn t this documented in my service history?Why have both Mike at the service desk and Mike the service manager told me there was no initial pressure test done on my unit?But in the verbiage on the receipt it says: upon replacement and RETEST of fluid pressure test Was it pressure tested to diagnose to begin with? Or not?What tests were done to diagnose my vehicle?How can you justify a $200 diagnosis fee and *not* test the whole unit?Why wasn t there documentation about the new bigger leak from a different location?Why wasn t I simply offered the micro crack explanation from the start?When service manager couldn t answer any of those questions he hung up on me.This is clearly inexperience and poor installation and they refuse to take responsibility for it.Avoid this place and the outrageous prices.

So a couple weeks ago i was shopping for an suv. I went to West Herr and was like oh my gosh they have a cut out of Dawson Knox, how awesome. I met with Alex Kirby and he told me that you land up leaving with a Kia today you can take him home. I thought he was joking, after getting my car and trading in my old one, I forgot the spare key at home went in the next day and he said you forgot your boy here yesterday. And put him right in the back seat!Alex was amazing didn t try to put me in something i didn t want or afford, and definitely not pushy. It was the easiest car shopping i have ever experienced! I am definitely recommending him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.And as always Go Bills

Awesome Service Experience! My service experience at West Herr Kia in Orchard Park was probably the most positive service experience I ve had. The level of professionalism was impressive. Mike was the service advisor and he, along with Fred Koch, the sales associate, handled my minor issue in no time. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and best of all - very kind. Mike Roach kept me in the loop, communicated what was being done and was honest and down to earth. What also impressed me about this department was the atmosphere in the service area. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. How the employees treated each other was notable too. The team work between sales and service was impressive. Great communication! All were very helpful; there was no undercurrent of tension between the employees which made me feel confident that I had bought my car at the right place. That means everything.

I was very disappointed and frustrated with my last visit. I was buying out a lease and it took almost three hours. The people I dealt with were very nice, it just seemed like no one had time to bother taking care of me. I am in sales as well and my time is extremely valuable.I immediately heard from the manager at West Herr Kia. He and I had a discussion and my concerns were very much resolved. He offered me some a gift certificate for my time and I was very much appreciative of that. My faith in West Herr Kia has been returned!!!!

Manny is an excellent sales man. He made signing and deliver extremely easy. The finance manager took the time to explain all the extra options available. Klis, the used car manager, got me a car from another dealer in the chain and kept me informed every step of the way. It was an all around good experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Amazing service! They fixed my car up nicely and they let me know of a few other things on my vehicle that would eventually need to be replaced. They even threw in a free delta sonic wash since their car wash was out of order during my time there! Super friendly and easy to communicate with! I will definitely be bringing my car here for future appointments.

Honestly the best experience I could ve had. I always thought car dealership employees were supposed to be kinda stuck up(sorry ) but everyone was SO nice and while vehicle was at the dealership getting taken care of, I was getting updates via texts. I got an excellent deal, thousands cheaper than other dealers. Valuation of trade was a little low, but I did negotiate up $1,000. Sales people I spoke with were very helpful and not pushy. My questions were answered fully. I was never asked the question that signals a salesperson who is ready to take advantage of a buyer's ignorance, "What would you be comfortable with as a monthly payment?" Mike and Leah were very good to deal with, and buying was overall a very good experience.

West Herr is the best! Even on the day before Easter, they were kind and made sure my car was good to go. The woman on the phone who jokingly called me Megan with the flat tires as we laughed back and forth put my mind at ease. (I was on the side of a highway). Their team is amazing and I couldn t have picked a better dealership.

I don't usually leave reviews but Leah exceeded my expectations! She made the buying process so comfortable and stress free. I was hesitant going in because my old car was completely paid off and the thought of having a car payment in this economy was a little bit nerve-racking. I told her what I wanted my payments to be and she worked so hard to find me exactly what I needed! Leah made me feel heard. Never at any point did I feel like she was upselling me or forcing me to buy. She worked with me to meet my car payments while also finding me a reliable vehicle. May I add that's it's so relieving to find a woman in a male dominated field. If you're interested in treating yourself to a new car and you're nervous to start searching, go to Leah at west her kia so she can guide you throughout the process!!

Im always prepared to sit at the dealership for hours but I'm usually in and out, no matter what service I'm having done. The staff there is always so nice and keep me updated about what's going on with my car and how much longer it will be. I've had my Kia Forte for 3 years already and still love my car and the service I receive from West Herr Kia

I went to West Herr Kia for service on my vehicle, and I am absolutely blown away by the employees. The service guys were fantastic. Unfortunately, going into any type of shop as a women can be intimidating and dreadful. Often you re talked down to or fed lines. These guys were so nice, personable, patient and helpful. I will no longer dread having my vehicle serviced now that I will be taking it here!

What a great car buying experience! Alex was incredibly friendly and helpful, and in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. We ran into some major delays trying to deal with my insurance company, and Alex was not only patient, but actively helped me resolve the issue much quicker than I would have been able to on my own. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend any of my family and friends go see Alex for their next car purchase!

I wasn't planning on buying a vehicle I was there for a recall but after meeting Fred he made me feel right at home. He spoke to me like he was family and I really like that. I'm still waiting but I know everyone is doing their best for me. It will feel like a new car to me.

I was greeted in a very friendly manner. I was shown vehicles I was interested in with the salesman. He found out what my likes and dislikes were. I got to test drive vehicles. When we came down to the final price , they worked with me to get there. Delivery was the same day. Thank you to Alex Kirby (my salesman). He was very efficient, as were all that I met at the dealship.

****Edit Update****So after being contacted by upper management, they discussed with me what had happened and why I was so displeased with my experience. Yes, they read my review and reached out like REAL PEOPLE and had a 1 on 1 conversation about the situation. They made a new offer to me which I was able to accept.Mike Decarlo and Molly(sorry your last name is so hard to spell) made the process and transition as smooth as possible. I waited 3 days for the paperwork to be processed, due to another dealership's lag time. Once processed I waited less than an hour to get everything signed, and drove away with our BRAND NEW CARNIVAL. The car is amazing. Hands down the best decision we could have made with my family's needs. My 3 children, sons wheelchair and 2 adults all fit with room to spare. Captain seats so my oldest can hop in the back and the twins can share the middle row. The stress that has been relieved from this vehicle entering our life is unmeasurable. Thank you West Herr for making this possible. Best Early Christmas Gift we could ask for.

We are in our 70's and of course have purchased our share of cars. This business has the friendly people we ever met. It doesn't matter which person you deal with everyone will talk with you and help you. When taking delivery of our car there was a slight glitch which was promptly taken care of. Got an oil change, was supposed to come with a free wash. There is no way they washed the car. Not a huge deal but for what you pay and how they advertise the combination, it's a disappointment.

No complaints.Took 2 hrs instead of the hour he said it would take for my 1st oil change but he took it upon himself to comp me my next oil change before I even knew it. So I'm happy with that trade.UPDATE:I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with Tim @ West Herr.On my 2nd P.M.\oil-change he sent me to West Herr FASTlane due to being backed up @ the dealer. The only catch is that the freebee coupon he gave me on my 1st visit was not accepted there. No prob, Tim gladly accepted the aforementioned "free-oil-change" coupon @ the dealership on my 3rd P.M.\O.C. visit.

What a great experience at West Herr Kia. All the people I dealt with were super friendly, no pressure and easy to work with. That included my initial contact Jasmine, then a follow up from Mike, Phil in Finance (Go Bills) and of course my sales person Alicia. She made test driving and getting some different pricing options for my K5 GT-Line AWD super easy and without hassle. Great communication and a quick and easy buying process!

The sales man Francis was amazing and did everything to help me. I walked out with a car the same day.It did take a long time to finish with everything. I am just disappointed that after being told I was getting new wipers to replace the old broken ones I still had to replace them in my own. But financing and sales are amazing thank you very very much for everything.
