I have leased for years now and in this environment, was not sure if would have something to lease again. I also wanted to upgrade back to a Jeep Grand Cherokee but not pay outrageously for it. Larry from Jeep at West Herr was great in finding me a GC and within my price range of what I was willing to pay. I appreciate the team working with me including Robert, John Paul and was great seeing Liza too for the financing and packages! I love West Herr and they will always be my choice for cars!

Craig and the team at West Herr did an amazing job from start to finish. They went out of their way a few times to give me the best customer experience. Whether it was dropping off a vehicle to my house for a test drive or picking me up when my new car was ready, they went above and beyond. I will most certainly be referring Craig and his team to friends and family looking for a new/ used vehicle. Thank you for everything!

I had to go to the dealership 4-5 times due to them forgetting papers for me to sign. After I finally filled out the paperwork I found out the Finance manager took $3k from my old vehicle and rolled it into my new loan which I told him and his manager 3x that I didn t want to do. Had to go back a 5th time to get the loan changed to a new bank due to the return of the $3k making it a finance issue and they never set up my auto debit with the bank even after having me fill out a form, so my car payment ended up being past due by the time I got the bank login info (which incurred a fee). Last but not least, they re trying to charge me an additional $65 for my registration. Overall terrible experience, the salesman was the only person who did his job properly and was very nice throughout the whole ordeal.

Buy out on my Lease XT5, was a very easy transition thanks to Craig and his assistance . Forward info to him, signed a few documents, exchanged payments, walked out the door in less than half an hour..Very efficient transfer, very quick and customer service was great.Thank you for helping me make this decision for the buyout.

Not sure how there is a 4.9 overall unless it s due to service departments. Dealt with Joe Z. as a sales person. He was disorganized, communication skills are absolutely non existent and fails to follow up or through. Miserable sales experience on a 2 car deal. Talked to a manager and they said they would work with him. Tried to give him a second shot on another deal and the only communication I received was when I bugged him for info or follow up. Finally gave up and went to elsewhere when he failed to even say let s see if we can work on the deal after I said our trade value wasn t near what we were looking for. I see a lot of reviews say there is no pressure which I can appreciate, but there s a difference between no pressure and no communication. Especially after April (I believe is an appointment consultant) requested Joe and a sales manager contact me regarding the deal which never happened. The only reason I gave 2 stars is Liza in finance, Miguel in the glass shop, Brian a service advisor and April know how to do their jobs. My best advice for sales is promote April to a manager and something might get done.

Ryan from west here Jeep was amazing! I found a truck I liked that one unfortunately was not the one for me so he took all my wants and found the truck I wanted ! Adam in finance was fast knowledgeable and have answers to questions I didn t know I would have. Liza was the manager on the clock at the time and just made me feel welcome and taken care of. I will always buy from this team !

Worked with Lyle at West Herr Jeep in Orchard Park to drive off in my 2021 Grand Cherokee. West Herr was able to work with me to finance a comfortable plan and their attentiveness to my purchase was great! I ll always consider them when purchasing a vehicle in the future.

I d ordered a new truck from another dealership, but finding a manual truck, even ordering new, is apparently like finding a unicorn. As an interim measure, I thought I d look at used trucks and thought I d found a match. Alas. But since I was in the neighborhood also looked around some. In total, I spoke to Brad Wong at Subaru, Joe Martino at Nissan, and Ryan Smith at Jeep. All were very helpful, no pressure, and ultimately got me something that checks all the boxes I needed. Very good experience!

Another outstanding purchase at West Herr Jeep in Orchard Park! A new 2023 Wrangler, all thanks to Samantha Wittmeyer! Amazing sales representative on this deal! I saw new Wranglers on the lot and pulled in. Nothing caught my eye, but she knew there were a few out back that just came off the truck. There it was! She slapped a Sold tag on it and got the deal done! Very fair price for my trade in, went out of her way to get the add on s I wanted, and maintained perfect contact. Not for one second was I in the dark on this deal. I highly recommend Samantha if you are looking for a Jeep!!

Had an amazing and painless experience with Tim at West Herr Jeep. He was very nice and helped us figure out any kinks along the way. Liza very thoroughly went through the paperwork ahead of time with me so that when it came time everything was all done. I was able to esign the docs so that I could take my time and read them. Tim delivered my car to me at my work yesterday so i wasnt even inconvenienced at all. I would call Tim and West Herr for any of my future car buying needs.
