Great customer service. They did pop my tire taking it off the lift but stuff happens...they replaced it.

Very friendly efficient service from Rick at the dealership and Tad on the phone to make appointment. Whole facility very nice showroom, lounge and cars on display

Was another wonderful experience the minute you walk in your greeted and the paperwork for your appointment is ready. Went to the clean waiting area will tv and drinks available. The service advisor showed me my super dirty filters and I said to change them. Well within no time my oil was changed and filters installed and finished as promised. The nice employees help. The service manager greeted me while paying and asked if I was ok and work was up to standards. Just another great job by Towne Mazda Service. They wanted to give me a loaner car, while they fixed mine. I asked how long it would take to fix mine. They said 1 1/2 hrs. I said I would just wait. They were done ahead of time. I was very happy.

We stopped today and talked to Josh in service about out 2015 Mazda CX5 which we purchased there, he took it for a test drive and quickly diagnosed our problem and quick fix. He was polite, professional and extremely helpful. We have done business with a few of the Towne dealerships and have never been disappointed. Definitely a return customer. Needed a key for my lock nuts as mine was lost. Spent about a day with back-and-forth with Northtown. About the 3rd time I called and was being bounced around from department to department I was driving by Towne. Spur of the moment I went in and asked if they could get the lock nuts off and just put regular lug nuts on instead. In and out in 20 minutes no charge.

You have to wait 2 weeks for a simple oil change appointment and they are only open until 5, very inconvenient.

Great sales staff very knowledgeable. Quick Lane not so much. Not very friendly or knowledgeable of state laws.
