Mike @ Towne Ford was Great and was very accommodating. Mike helped take care of a tire I had that needed repairs. He was straight forward and immediately proactive. Mike kept in touch with me throughout the job and had it fixed in a timely fashion. Mike definitely provided an experience for me that was very easy based on his professionalism. Their concierge service works beautifully. That saves time and energy on my part. Their communication with my car was fantastic. It is a pleasure to deal with Towne Lincoln for my vehicle. Dawn and her team did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing. Her only shortcoming was not having the Navigator washed. As for Towne Lincoln, this was the 3rd time I have been in and they never diagnosed the problem. This led to excessive wear on the front tires requiring replacement. Towne has been inconsistent in the quality of service they have provided over the years. I would like for them to address this and provide 5 star service EVERY time I come in.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change
