In August of 2018, I had an appointment at this dealership. The salesperson saw me and walked pass to help an elderly couple during my appointment time. After waiting 15 minutes, I emailed the salesperson to inform him that I am leaving. He immediately comes out, and talks to me while he was on his phone. While talking to him, he would not stop texting on his phone. I am an African-American and the elderly couple were white. While speaking with them, the salesperson was never on his phone during their encounter. I immediately took my folder and went to Paddock Chevrolet. My salesperson, Joe Miller, immediately came to my car and walked me through the whole process. Then, I handed him the same folder that I brought with me to my appointment at Towne Auto Group. Within a day, I was approved for a car loan because my credit score was 647 and I had a steady source of income. I was a recent graduate of Canisius College and wanted to get a better car. The same car I bought from Paddock Chevrolet will be paid off next month. Moral of the story, never judge a book by its cover.

Bought a car from them. Sales person I won't name, but I'll never work with her again. Just didn't get a good vibe from the start and things didn't go exactly smoothly with her. However, their finance person and business manager was absolutely incredible. She knew her stuff and helped out and got things done.

In these Covid-19 times, I was pleased to feel comfortable on the property. Except for one unmasked elderly client outdoors with a masked salesman, I saw every person complying with all the health safety rules and observed products readily available for hand cleaning and personal safety. Next, my salesman and friend after many years of satisfactory transactions, Jeff Metzger, made every effort to be sure that I ended up with the car best suited for my needs. He spent a large part of the day with me, teaching how to best use the vehicle and even set up my phone connection to teach me how to navigate and get best use. Plus, he managed to give us a very good deal on our new Ford. My husband and I would highly recommend a visit to Jeff at Towne Auto.

Young lady at service door was very nice.. very nice and modern showroom.. service rep was very helpful in explaining what the problem was.. think his name was Tom... I will surely be back

Friendly people. They showed me my air filter and it is filthy. I let them replace it because of the VERY competitive price. Best place period to take your vehicle in for service. Great manager and workforce

I've stopped by many times on weekends and after work. They have very limited hours. And no one there I was able to talk with. This week I did find a few people in the sales department after 5pm. However, they were not very helpful and didn't seem interested in helping me look for a new vehicle. Perhaps it was because they made enough sales over the 4th of July weekend. I'm not sure why. I asked about a plug-in hybrid to take advantage of the national and state advertised tax incentives-credit for new electric vehicles. They did explain that it's not really a credit but just an amount off of taxes you may owe the government. If you don't owe much in taxes you can't use much of it. Which to me is not the definition of a tax credit. Sounds more like a deductible. But knowing that helps me to look elsewhere for a more helpful sales team. Also, the one price quote on a vehicle I asked about was far above what I would have expected based on recent searches. And they said it might be months before they get new inventory in at their location.

I have ALWAYS, wanted a remote start on my car. It was so easy. I called; and, scheduled an appointment, with Robert, to have one installed on my 2018 Kona. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The waiting rooms were: clean, comfortable, warm, have hot or cold drinks and a TV for viewing. EVERYONE I encountered was pleasant and caring. They went out of their way to make me feel at ease, as I waited for my car. An employee even stopped and helped me MAKE a cup of coffee and explained how to operate their new 'beverage' machine. After the remote start installation, a technician explained very politely and distinctly how to use it. I would recommend this business to anyone. AND, I my remote start- it makes every day a little bit warmer for me. Win, win!!

My Hyundai Sante Fe quit on the interstate and had to pull over on a busy highway. Called the Hyundai Assist and was towed to a Dealer 10 miles away within an hour. When back at shop they determined it was simply a shorted battery that was about 4 years old and was back on the road in about a half hour. I was very grateful for the fast assistance and great service.

Twice in 2 years I have sent an inquiry about a vehicle just to get nearly the same response each time... "unfortunately that vehicle is sold " ... so why in the hell is it still listed for sale , and also if I was lucky enough to pick 2 vehicles that had "just sold" maybe I should try tje lottery.Absolute joke of a dealership. Seems like they go fishing to get you there and then try to sell you a more expensive car.

So far my experience with Towne Mazda has been pleasant and frustrating. Bought a Dodge journey in March 2021 worked like a charm the first 4 month then developed some mechanical issues 2 months ago. Mechanics, at Ford not so good at communicating. Mechanics at Volkswagen amazing lots of communication. Ended up needing to trade out the Dodge for a working vehicle frustrating part. Jimmy, Alex and Steve did their best to get me into a car I liked and that is reliable 2014 Chevy equinox. Steve stuck to his word and got me a great rate and finance agreement saved me $5,000 compared to my Dodge deal. I'm quite happy with everything so far.

Excellent sales rep. Not heavy handed at all. Answered questions with insight, patience, and professionalism.Finance staff also very patient and professional.UPDATE MATCH 29/2019: I was in an accident, resulting in just over $2000 in damages to my car. From the time I drove my car to the Towne collision center on Southwestern through picking up the repaired car, every interaction with staff was professional and clear, including Carlos who was also super friendly. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new, and had been cleaned inside and out. The thought of the accident and cost was a downer, but my experience at the collision ship is helping me move on.

Yes I will write a review. Looking to buy a used vehicle and as the days go by the story changes They have some young wet behind the ear kid switching his story and knew Nothing about vehicles. The tires on the vehicle are messed up and instead of saying hey we will switch them out for you, or hey let us give you some money off, this young man says where do we get tires new from? From the warehouse! Daaah. People try not to factor race in things but situations like these always makes you wonder. And he was the one who let us know when we first came to see the car that they had ALREADY been talking about those tires and that they would fix it. Train and inform your sales people better! Smh I could say more but I won t.

I bought my car from here 11 years ago and bring it in for any recalls, they are quick and always updating, remodeling the dealship so it never looks tired or outdated.

Excellent service from sales to financial. Great job such a smooth honest transaction. I will be buying my car from them next year thanks so much. Don. .and Catherine ..love the 2014 Ford focus today 8/4/17..we will be back very unusual in this day to find such a great customer service from beginning to end..thanks again. .

Horrible experience, all because we asked about the hatch not opening and inquiring what we would get for our trade in. Apparently that's not a serious buyer. Very unprofessional salesman. Left and bought a great car at West Herr today. Same car, different color that my husband looked at there.

Sales were always excellent but service is making to be desired. Get a recall notice but cannot get an appointment for over two weeks out and the scheduler was extremely rude. Told we have to accommodate their schedule not ours. Also spent money on a extended warranty that we need to schedule work for and cannot get a convenient appointment. Ridiculous

Had appointment set up to view a vehicle. Spoke to sales agent an hour and a half before appointment to confirm. Arrive for appointment to find out the vehicle I set up appointment for supposedly sold earlier in the day (not a problem as I understand this happens, however I did not received a phone call or email notifying me of this). Arrived on site with a different sales associate than the one I had spoke to about the prior vehicle with him trying to show me a vehicle 4 years older and 20k more miles than the one I originally had set the appointment to look at. May have been am honest mistake, and if it was there should have been a level of communication BEFORE I arrived. This honestly feels like the old school bait and switch so buyer be ware.

I paid for a $400 update for my Bluetooth before a long trip. Compatibility actually worsened, and they knew it wouldn't work before they did it.If "The Tech has it herself, and it doesn't work in her car with her phone" why would you offer to install it?Update: A month later. No reimbursement, took a week for them to get the right contact information on file, and they're "Still working on troubleshooting"

Had a fantastic experience buying my car here. Even reworked a trade in right at signing for me when I had a change in circumstance. They were so easy to work with and low pressure, it was a very comfortable experience. Towne is excellent!

I usually buy cars from private owners vs. dealership because of the bad taste it left on my friends including myself - but Towne Ford Lincoln was not the nightmare I expected as a first time car buyer (at this point I've looked at 4 dealerships in a span of almost 2 weeks, back and forth) and this place put a hint of light in my perception of dealership!It wasn't first walking in to the door an immediate falling-in-love type of experience, it took some time after back and forth communication in the few days time span - my salesman, Ron, there was incredibly helpful and stuck to his word, I'm happy I got my car here!
