went to Top Gun on the recommendation of my boss, who had his own truck serviced there for 10 years. Couldn't be happier. Tom was able to immediately diagnose what another shop on South Park blew me off over (stuck caliper) and the car was fixed by early afternoon.Recently went back for an oil change and it was just as professional and pleasant as the last time. Our family mechanic sadly passed away last year so it's a relief to find a good shop close to home. 10/10

Extremely happy with the service I received here! Tom worked around my schedule and was able to get my car in the same day. The repairs on my car were completed before I was out of work. They are honest about things your vehicle requires. Glad to have found a place I can trust. Would highly recommend.

My first time going to Top Gun for repair service and it was apparent they take pride in their service. They worked with me to find a time that was convenient for me and they were very transparent in the quote they gave me. I dropped off my car for the day and let them know I would need it done by mid afternoon and they had it done by 10am, at the quoted price with no issues. Great professional and friendly repair shop. Started bringing my vehicle here when I moved to the area 3 years ago and haven't used another repair shop since, even after I moved to a house further away. These guys will fix your vehicle right the first time, every time. Very reasonably priced and will go the extra mile to diagnose and make repairs the same day. The most important thing is that I have 100% trust in what they have to say. There have been countless times they have saved me so much money on repairs that I expected would need to be completely replaced. This is the only auto shop I recommend to family and friends. I highly recommend TopGun. I trust them to do the job and do it well; they never suggest stuff you don't need and are always concerned about your safety. They are friendly and will explain what they have to do so that you can understand it. I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change, but unfortunately my husband tested positive right before my appointment and I wouldn t have had a ride to work. I called Tom first thing thing the morning of my appointment, and he was able to get me in early and take care of the service so that I was able to get to work. Very honest and reliable mechanics, Tom and his staff are very knowledgable.They were able to fit me in a days notice and took care of my car care needs. They also informed me of a recall on my vehicle that I had no knowledge about. Great bunch of people and would recommend them. With my newest vehicle I have been having the dealership take care of my vehicle but due to time constraints, I needed an issue taken care of promptly. I can always get honest, quality repairs on my vehicles. Never been price gouged, or had to return for second time repairs. Always been done right the first time. Tom and his staff have always treated me in the utmost professional manner.

Do not go here, took my car in for a nys inspection, they told me I needed new front pads and rotors and new windshield wipers. The windshield wipers were replaced in the last six months and still operating with no streaks at all. I replaced the brake pads and rotors not even a year ago, they still have around 80-90% pad life remaining. They will try to get you to do unnecessary repairs to your vehicle and scam you. The pictures were taken after I picked it up to take it somewhere else.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I just had my rear brakes and rotors replaced and snows put on at Top Gun Automotive. I has an appt schedld for 8:00 am and Tom was ready to give me a ride in to work at 7:55. Work was done at 10:30, Tom picked me up at 12:30 and gave me a ride back to the shop. I cannot stress enough how really attentive to customer service Tom and his mechanics are. This is the only place I'll take my vehicle. The prices are more than fair and honestly, you cannot put a price on knowing your repair shop is always honest with you and cares about you. I probably should not write anymore because I'll have to wait longer to get in with all the new customers they'll be getting. Seriously though folks, I am a customer for life, and if you go there once, you will be too! Mike S.

The only plave I'll take my car. Tom is absolutely wonderful. Pricing is very fair and consistent and everyone is so kind and genuine. They'll give you the truth about any issues and they do very quality work on vehicles, and they're fast. Would definitely reccomend.

Took my car in for an inspection. Guys were nice, but they said i needed to replace something that had passed inspection the year before.Also said bulbs needed to be replaced, which i was getting some bulb messages on my cars dash before. They said they "replaced" the bulbs, but the messages have still been popping up. Ended up looking at it and fixing myself.Seemed nice, but now seems like they were actively looking for things to "fix" to charge for. Won't be going back.

Great service! I was greeted professionally when I showed up for my appointment. I was told what was needed and an estimate was promptly sent to my email. Estimate was very reasonable for the work needed. I will be a return customer.

These guys are great. We've been using them for about three years, and they never take advantage of you. When the situation is dire, they tell you what needs to be done, and how much it is going to cost. No games, no upselling.They are polite and work on time and are pleasant no matter what you are there for. We cannot recommend them highly enough for everything from oil changes to major repairs.

I have had a lot of experience with crooked car repair shops that replace parts that don't need replacing. We all have had events like that. Jim repairs and replaces only what is the problem. There is a word that best fits Top Gun Automotive; INTEGRITY. Jim is honest and does everything he can to make your car safe and efficient, along with running at operating at it's best fuel mileage. Tell your friends and family and every person you know that needs help with their cars. I have been trading with Jim for almost fifteen Years and I have never had to dispute Jim's diagnoses. Bless you Top Gun!!
