Terry has always been honest, helpful, timely and fair. He is the car equivalent of a physician, and is much like my favorite NPR show, Car Talk. Wicked smart, and a wicked sense of humor. We took his statement of drive in anytime literally on multiple occasions, and most recently, had an electrical malfunction on our Sienna just as we were leaving for a vacation at 7pm, we drove straight to Terry s. Thankfully he was still open, and got the car safe to drive on. Terry and his staff have been phenomenal for the past 12 years, and will continue to utilize their expertise for years and years to come.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I have been going to Terry for almost 25 years and would never go anywhere else. He is honest, fair, and fixes any car issue, large or small. I trust him completely and recommend him to all car owners in the area. Finally, Terry, his brother Frank, Dave, and Shawn are all really good guys who care.

Some people are artists. Some are chefs. Some are mechanics. Terry young is a pillar of decency,respect,and compassion. This review comes after doing a lot of business with these gentleman. You do the same. Bring your bmw for a tune up. Bring your ford for a new engine.

I've known Terry for a couple decades. He's the best. Never felt so much trust at a mechanic before, ever. His prices are fair and his quality is excellent. He will give you the straight score and not try to tack on unnecessary service. It doesn't get any better than this place.

Terry and his team are very helpful. Very friendly and honest people! Upfront with estimates. It's sad that the auto place across the street couldn't even give me an estimate.I'm having more car issues and I totally trust Terry and his guys to fix my car. Highly recommended.

I have had my vehicles serviced at Terry Young's since 1997....even the brand new ones. I would trust no one else. The level of service and expertise is truly a throwback to another time. THIS is the place to go if you care about how well the repairs were handled versus price. If you own your car or have a loved one in a vehicle you purchased...ease your mind and take the vehicle to Terry Youngs.

terry's the real-deal for valuable auto-service! don't be surprised to see classic cars, teslas and everyday drivers all within his shop being cared for by his excellent team. mr. young and his staff will give honest appraisals and provide quality work. highly recommended!

I have to say that I have never been treated with more respect and kindness as I was by Terry. His amazing and understanding and he certainly made my life much easier. He want about the money he was more about trying to help me and make life easier and less stressful for me. Amazing man I give him a zillion stars and 2 thumbs up. I was in a automobile accident, my car was undriveable & Terry Young s picked up my vehicle @ the scene. I gave Terry bit of a hard time, I was in shock but no excuse! I called the next day & Terrys first words were how was I doing. He truly went above & beyond to help me. Unfortunately I didn t need any of his mechanical services, my car needed a funeral. I would definitely go back if I needed work done.It took me a long time to write this comment only because I didn t take the time to do so. With this covid u stop & appreciate people & situations more so now than ever & glad I wrote this finally.Thx u Terry!

You are looking for a great repair shop that is there for there customer and not just the bottom line that's the place to go to. Check them out you will not regret it .

They had my gfs brand new Jeep Wrangler all day long for a inspection, and failed it for "rear brakes" they failed to scrape my overdue inspection off the window or even run it thru the NYS inspection system, they attempted to "sell me brakes I didn't need" as my jeep had 30k miles... what they did was completely illegal... as I took my jeep to a professional show down the road right after and it passed with zero issues at all. Places like this need to be shut down!
