Had a great experience after a roadside emergency on the thruway shredded a tire and sidelined me too far from home. Krystyn was great working through the repair process, and the dealership was able to give me a loaner for the two hour drive home while I left my vehicle overnight. Repair was completed by the afternoon the next day after the new rim arrived and I was able to pick up my vehicle before closing. I would totally recommend their service department, although I personally hope I don't need to bring them another roadside emergency! :)Service: Tires

Just had my 2018 pilot serviced and was told I needed a MFA sensor. They charged me 315.00 dollars for the part and 364 dollars for the labor. I went and checked the cost of the part at Auto Zone and it was 59.00. I looked on YouTube on how to replace the part and consisted of removing 2 screws to replace the part, approximately 3 minutes to repair. That is totally unethical and will never advise anyone to buy a car there and have it serviced. PS, I bought the car new from Ray Laks.Service: Electrical repair

I ve been here twice now and had two marginal experiences. First time they totally overcharged me for the work that was done. Supposedly some of the work was covered by warranty but the math didn t work out. Never got a call back from the manager. Second time I went in for a quick question about my keys and the guy at the desk didn t even take the time to look up from his computer screen. He just told me I had to book an appointment. Didn t even bother asking if I wanted to book one then, so I ll be headed to a different Buffalo Honda dealer for sure.

Once again used ray laks honda service and my lease insurance to replace/repair my rims before my lease is over. Rick and the young lady that works at the service desk were amazing as always. She answered every question and let me know immediately when I was approved to bring in my car. I thought they d have it for the whole day but Rick called me at 12:30 to say it s ready!! They are so quick, friendly and accommodating! One of my many reasons to continue my business with them at the end of my lease. Rick at the service department is my go to guy. He always has a smile on his face when anyone walks in the door. I expressed my concerns about my vehicle and he explained everything it could be and which would/wouldn t be covered by warranty. He told me he would call as soon as he knew what was going on and maybe 30-45 minutes later my phone rang, instead of talking me into things I didn t need on my lease, he expressed his opinion on how to save my brakes avoiding a replacement (which I could tell my brakes were going) as well as addressing an issue with the pads behind my wheels (what I came in for). He gave me a price and I told him I needed it by a certain time and he of course made both happen but even better, found me a better price. He also offered an oil change because I expressed it was due soon which I wasn t even there for. Rick makes me continue my business at Honda and always offers the best customer service. I typically am not a dealer type of car person but Rick makes it easy, stress free, as well as not emptying my wallet on useless things. He also took the time to explain possible future maintenance and I did not feel pressured at all to do it then. He is truly one of the best service department employees I have encountered in my years of driving and cars and will continue my business due to his extreme personable personality. They give me a hard time every time I bring my vehicle in to get it checked for problems and this has been going on for almost a year now. I do not like the attitude that I'm given when I ask simple questions. I bought my car from here and they have been shady towards me ever since. I love the car even though it was overpriced with all the work it needed when they sold it to me and it might still need some repairs. They do good work on vehicles however have horrible diagnostics. Overpriced and they have terrible customer service. I'd give them 4 stars if they treated their customers like customers and not criminals.

This whole service team is exceptional. I only take my vehicle here due to the fact I can trust them 100%. Everyone is so friendly, they explain everything in detail and there is "FREE" coffee in the waiting room as well as snacks and vending machines. Mr. Tom Burns is the #1 TOP MECHANIC!

I had taken my vehicle in for a recall. Jim in the service department was very friendly and explained how they were going to fix the issue and estimated when it would be ready for me to pick up. My vehicle was ready at the expected time and they provided an overview of other items in the vehicle that may need attention in the near future (like cabin air filter). I am very happy with my experience at Ray Laks Honda.

1st time there at Ray Laks- Orchard Park NY, after purchasing our van in Rochester.Carfax said tires needed rotation.I had no issues going on with van.So brought it in..it ended up turning into a $520. Job.Oil change..cleaning of wheel well/ brakes???I didnt use my car until 4 days later.My stirring wheel vibrates when i brake..My brakes are harder to brake..And they called me to tell me ..tech never put my wheel lock back in car.So got message after out of town.Brakes still acting up..Wondering if tires were balanced when switched.Van will only go to dealership for Warranty Repairs..Mechanic for maintance work..I learned.But a call is going in when i get back to Buffalo NY...

From explaining the appointment on the phone, to completing the maintenance , nothing but exceptional customer service. I was greeted upon arriving, all questions answered. Promised to have it ready in 2 hour's as I was staying. I was cashed out keys in hand in under 2 hours. Had an annual state inspection performed. Very efficient at getting it done. They also put on a new set of license plates and the registration sticker at no charge. Their waiting room has some of the best coffee around.

Beware!!!!!!! I don't regret buying my Honda but I do regret buying at this location. I was put into a warranty that did absolutely NOTHING and cost thousands. Willliamsville location was MUCH better

They were fine. Buying a car from them cuz it was the color my wife likes even though it was more expensive than cars that other shops. Was not life altering but also I've seen a lot worse.

Key Replacement.... I was locked out of my Honda by my "helpful" child who was warmingup the car. No problem for me. Staffer "Ed" confirmed that my key was not in stock so he ensured that my local key shop received the KeyCode for my Honda. $30 and 15 minutes later, i was up & running

Their repairs are not guaranteed took my civic for an oil change and they didn't secure the cover for it, and they blamed it on me. End up paying far more than the oil change. Very rude. Never going again there, safe yourself a trip there and go for a different one.
