An amazing experience. I would trust no where else. Bill W. handled everything professionally and perfectly. Lee R. Was an excellent salesman as well who explained all of the bells and whistles on my new CRV patiently and very willing to take extra time with my not so car savvy new technology knowledge. I have recommended this car dealership to all my friends and family alike. I am extremely happy with this experience!

Purchased and financed my first new vehicle through Ray Laks - the process was easy and straightforward. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, Lee especially was helpful, honest, and very down to earth, and made the car-buying process simple. I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of at all. I would easily recommend to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim in leasing a new vehicle. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable which made the whole process a breeze. Brandon Khoury was the MOST helpful salesman, by far. He assisted my girlfriend and I in purchasing a new vehicle and made it as easy of a process as possible. We got exactly what we were looking for and more all while still being able to comfortably pay for it thanks to his help. Couldn t recommend Brandon and the store more to people out there!

Wonderful experience. Helped my find the car I wanted at the price that fit my budget. I shopped around and Ray Laks came through when other dealers wouldn t. Wonderful customer service!!I found the perfect truck on the Ray Laks website. CHRIS was wonderful to deal with and answered all of my questions....he even took pictures of the undercarriage for me! JULIE also contacted me to answer questions.Great team!! I would definitely deal with them again!

The staff and managers there make the process as painless as possible and do their best to help find what works for you. Highly recommend Ray Laks and more specifically Zoe Martinez to find a Honda that meets your needs. Zoe went above and beyond to help my family and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Better yet, it was a super quick process and the coffee/latte maker in the waiting area was Thanks, Zoe!!

Zoe Martinez was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful throughout the whole process of deciding what car was right for me and especially financially we were here for almost 4 hours and she made everything such a smooth process especially dealing with insurance and the test driving , she was truly amazing and helpful through it all I definitely will be going back and specifically for her!

I brought my car in for repair, but had an issue with the extended warranty plan through Honda. With the help of Jay (Finance) and Chuck (Service Manager) they were able to resolve the issue promptly. I highly recommend anyone who needs Honda help to consider Ray Laks.

It was an amazing experience financing my first car with you all. I was told the same thing at the dealership and over the phone. Words didn't change. Very welcoming and professional staff. Smile on a sales person face is very important and it was always there . Zoe and i believe it's Joe who assisted us with the entire process. Thank you for this great service and working out a deal for me even with a low credit score. I will recommend anyone to give them a try if you are going through several dealership and can't figure out a deal.

I purchased my first new car from Ray Laks and the service was outstanding. I came into the process not knowing exactly what to expect but the way that Steve and everybody there laid everything out was really great. The entire process on the Ray Laks end of things went incredibly smooth, you can tell that everybody there knows exactly what they re doing. As part of a family that has bought many vehicles from this dealership I know that we re constantly pleased with the service we get here, and if you re looking for a good environment to upgrade in your own life this is exactly where you should be going.

Buying or leasing a car can be a frustrating experience, but NOT if you re buying or leasing from Ray Laks Honda! The sales associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the managers (the guys that approve the deal) are awesome! I hate to single certain personnel out, as I m sure they are all great to deal with, but we had an amazing experience dealing with manager Scott Horvatis and several members of his team - Allie Rappleye, Collin Mack and Zak Packard while recently leasing two new cars. Honda s are fantastic, reliable cars that practically sell themselves, but if you want the best buying or leasing experience, do yourself a favor and head to Ray Laks Honda in Orchard Park. You ll be so glad that you did!

The level of service provided by the associates are at Ray Laks Honda is incredible. The comfortability I felt working with Brandon and Jaskaran made the car buying experience feel smooth and easy. I have been very pleased with the vehicle and all of the help provided through the buying process. 5 Stars is an understatement!!

Update: Response to Service ManagerThe response from Ray Laks confirms we made a solid decision to take our business elsewhere. There were no phone calls or phone messages received, not one.....nor was there a direct follow up from the service manager to me which he promised personally. The service advisor sent a text late in the game to my daughter, avoiding any discussions whatsoever about cost, etc.. Not to mention the replacement part was never required to begin with based on NYS inspection requirements. Lack of integrity. Steer clear.Our sales experience was excellent, however, a year later the service was sub-par. In our case, the service technician was not properly trained in NYS DMV inspection requirements - and attempted to charge my daughter over $700 for a taillight lens. I verified the requirements with 2 independent mechanics after leaving the dealership. In addition, I spoke to the service manager who, after not accepting their inspection fault, offered to find a used taillight and would follow up with a phone call the next day.. .....never heard from him again. I chalk this up to exploitation of a young driver - trying to bring in some additional cash. The service advisor was another story - he clearly didn't care - and pretty much indicated he was just the messenger. We'll never be back.

I traveled from south of Pittsburgh to Ray Laks Honda to purchase 2021 Toyota Highlander because it was the exact model with the exact details and low mileage for the best price within 500 miles from my home and I had a trade in as well. Needless to say, it was a little intimidating to make such a big purchase 4 hours away in another state but Allie and the finance team made it a seamless transaction. I was back on the road to home within 2 hours of my arrival time. My only complaint would be the poor detailing. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn t for that. A small complaint, but when you travel 4 hours to spend close to $40,000 on a vehicle, you would expect a spotless interior in an otherwise pristine condition vehicle. Anyway, thank you Allie and the finance team. I love my new car!

Price was excellent and the staff is great. No hidden charges, every thing was itemized. I flew in from Brooklyn to Buffalo to pick up the car.Allie pretty much setup everything in advance as she knows I have around a six hour drive back. Kept me up to date on every step of the process. Could not be happier with her service.Jay was the finance manager I dealt with. Very friendly and absolutely no pressure when he was explaining each of the protection plan in detail. Rates were as we discussed, no surprise at all. Which is a good thing.I was in and out in a little over an hour, that s amazing. Every one was super friendly and would not hesitate to recommend Ray Laks to anyone looking for a car.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Ray Laks Honda. Karen was so attentive and responsive with me. She always reached out and kept me up to date with the entire ordering and purchasing process. We came from out of state to pick up the car, and both Karen and Steve were so amazingly kind and caring. Steve even gave us a recommendation for dinner, which was also fantastic. I cannot say enough kind things about my experience, and it was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I m positive I ever will. Thank you Karen and Steve so much for everything. Absolutely love the Type R.
