Trustworthy, competent, friendly and professional. Restored my faith in finding a honest mechanic.Ive been to dealerships and they left fingerprints all over my interior and tried to run the bill up.If I knew all it would have cost was a hundred bucks to fix what I needed too, ive would have my car fixed months ago. Sadly, going to the wrong mechanic gets you a laundry list. Here, $120 my car doesnt wobble or make noises and now know my car is safe to drive. I also now have OPC as my preferred choice, every time.Thanks Rich and Crew! Me and my hoopty appreciate your hard work.

This place is awesome. I had to have my truck door fixed from a dent I did. I had three estimates done and then came to OP collision. They did work for me before and I basically forgot to go there. Rich is outstanding. Talk about service there is no other place better. Super fair prices outstanding work and they even washed my truck and detailed the inside. This place deserves more than a five star review. Ten or more in my book. OUTSTANDING.

1st of all, I want to say, "CHEAP work isn't GOOD and GOOD WORK ISN'T CHEAP" With that said, let's begin.I originally took my RAM truck to a repair shop on Center road and Seneca St, in West Seneca. 1 mile from my apartment. Each time I took it there, they found something new they wanted to charge me for and stated, that if I didn't get the items repaired they suggested, they wouldn't do the other work at all? I was told, my Ram truck was "DANGEROUS" and "UNSAFE" to drive? Hmmm, I thought?Not happy with them at all. I felt like I was being "LEVERAGED" or "STRONGARMED" by them.I told my "HUNGARIAN" friend what I was dealing with and ask him if he knew of a reputable shop. I wanted to find a "GOOD, HONEST" shop to do my repairs and he said, "He knows a place" I thought, here we go as he's quite the personality, however I "TRUST" him completely. He never gave me "BAD" advice in the past.The guys here were completely honest with me and the repairs were done within the two (2) days, as stated.The repairs were extensive:- Both front hubs- Upper front ball joints both sides- Front sway bar pins- Tie rod ends both inner and outer- Front struts- Rear shocks- Brakes pads and rotors all the way around- Four new tires, mounted and balanced- Front end alignmentIt's been about 6 weeks now and I am still VERY PLEASE with the work they completed for me. Rides and drives like a new truck again...In the future, I will have them work on my truck even though, they are clear across town from me. 2 thumbs up. I have been bringing my cars in for service here for 4 years. They are an awesome bunch, always very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, fair, and honest. I tried going to the dealer for service on my latest purchase and regretted it deeply. I'm back with OP Collision for good now and I highly recommend them.

Very good Service and great people. I run and own my own auto repair shop. At my shop I do not do alignments. I use Orchard Park Collision for my Alignments an they always come out perfect. Unlike the chain stores that don't care about there work. I would suggest them to anyone!

Have always had great service from them. Had many things fixed on my van and never an issue. I've never had to wait for things to get done they are always able to get me in. They are always willing to accommodate and have a very nice and personable staff. Very easy to talk to and they know what they're doing. No need to worry about them doing a good job.

My 2008 Camry had this grinding/ scrapping noise for the last 6 months. I replaced all brake pads, calipers and rotors and bought new tires but the noise was still there. Took it to Pep Boys and they replaced a wheel bearing, still no luck. They told me it might be the transmission and suggested that I take the car to a Toyota dealership. A friend suggested that I take the car to Orchard Park Collision. I was hesitant but decided to give them a try. Rich was great. He assessed the car and narrowed the issue to loose heat shields. I told him that Pep Boys had already looked at the car and they would have noticed the loose heat shields, and I was finding it hard to believe. He assured me that everything else was working fine. After tighting them, he only charged me a few dollars. The noise is now gone. I'm very pleased with Rich's honest work and very fair price. Definitely recommend. Before going to the dealership give this guys a try.

Great location. Nice building. Friendly worker. No one ever got back to me with an estimate which I was hoping would be a quick process. I'm still up in the air.UPDATED INFO...Once Orchard Park Collision realized the mistake, they quickly rectified it and have been incredibly professional about the situation.

Im about to have my car worked on for the third time here. Rick is the person I ha e dealt with and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. The work they do is top notch and obviously I am a repeat customer.

Very friendly, excellent workmanship. Had a fender bender and they took care of it in only a few days. Even completely detailed it when finished. Awesome place.

We have five (5) cars in our family, and we take each of them to Orchard Park Collision when service is needed. We have used Orchard Park Collision for mechanical service, tires, and detailing. Service and workmanship are outstanding. They also do an incredible job with auto body repairs, painting and restorations. Jack, Jeff, Rich, Ron, and the rest of the gang keep up the great job!
