Friendly, courteous people. They listen to what you have to say and don't discount your thoughts. Prices are reasonable and excepting for unforeseeable problems, get your car done when they tell you it will be. I'm a fan!

Dave was fantastic to work with. After a my vehicle broke down at a nearby gas station, I had it towed in without an appointment. His team got it fixed up and out the door in just a few hours with very reasonable rates.

I went to Bauer once, at the very beginning of the pandemic when no one really knew what to do about it, for an inspection because my brother recommended them to me. The guys were super concerned about health and safety, were disinfecting everything, wearing masks, keeping everybody waiting at a distance. I appreciated that they were so concerned about providing a safe environment for customers. I ve been getting inspections at my dealership since then, so I haven t had a need to go back, but I highly recommend Bauer to everyone.

Always professional and willing to help... my family uses this shop and would highly recommend them. Never suggested anything i didn't need and always priced fairly. Ty!!

Our Family have been customers for 16 years. Over this period they have always been honest, friendly, well priced, and given excellent service and advice. I consider both Dave and Mark friends. The work done on the various vehicles we have owned has always been of a superior quality, and done in a timely manner as possible. You just can t ask for better than that. I would urge others to use Bauer s for all their repairs.

Bauer Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle.They do quality work and go the extra step to make your car care experience fantastic. I have been looking for an independent garage to work on my Honda for quite a while. I found the perfect place. They know what they are doing and they care about your car. Friendly staff with a good sense of humor . Easy drop off and pick up. Next time you have any service done with Bauer take them some donuts for me! Hands down the BEST mechanic shop east of the Mississippi River. Always professional, always so kind. No matter what you throw at these guys, they will do it or will try the absolute best they can. I've thrown a 40 year old corvette at these guys, and they managed to work on it. If you live in Orchard Park, go here. If you live in West Seneca, drive an extra 5 minutes to go here. Bauer Automotive, There is not enough words to describe everyone who works here, honesty , helpfulness, kind . It s wonderful, as a women going into a automotive center knowing you will get the best service possible, being truthful about the service you need or don t need , is a great experience . Going out of there way to help you with kindness, walking away knowing the job was done, and you know it was done right and you don t have to worry ! Nowadays the trust you have in people is far and few! These guys become your friends , not just people who service your vehicle , from Dave the owner to Mark the helpful pleasant person answering the phone guiding you into the right direction on you vehicle to all of the guys working on your car!

I've been using Bauer Automotive for about 5 years now. Mark and Dave who run the place are great guys and do honest work. I once took my car in for brakes and they sent me home without replacing them because it wasn't needed. That says a lot about how they run this shop

Was referred to Bauer's by my son-in-law; I needed an honest, reliable repair shop now that my car is off dealer warranty. I was very pleased--convenient drop-off service, quick turnaround, no surprises. Have been back on several occasions and am always impressed by the honesty, no up-selling, quality of the work, and service excellence.

Great service. i have been going here for many years, first with an aging CRV that they kept going for >160,000 miles and now with a newer car. They are always cheerful, greet me by name when I go in but best of all have taken great care of my cars. Their advice is helpful and even when I have rejected it, they continued to be supportive.I highly recommend them.

Bauer's offers top quality, fairly priced and honest automotive service to customers. I would highly recommend them (and I've been using them for 10 years.) The staff is reliable and easy to communicate with. I bring all 3 family vehicles there, for full range of services.

I m a field service tech, so I m always on the road. I am not from the area. So when my engine light came on my company vehicle, I stopped by here to have it looked at based on other google positive reviews.They were busy, but they helped me out. They looked at what codes the engine light was giving, but they didn t stop there.. Mike asked questions such as recent repairs or maintenance to be able to troubleshoot what the issue was. Surely enough, he found out that a hose was not connected possibly due to recent service the vehicle had.They got me back on the road in literally no more than 15 minutes. I m back on the road, and able to go home afterwards and not be stranded. Thanks Mike, and thanks to this awesome place!!!

I recently became aware of some issues with my son s car and scheduled an appointment at Bauer s for a week from the date of my call. One of the concerns was tire pressure and the sensor warning so they told me I could bring the car in any time and they would check out the tires. When I brought it in I had also checked the oil and there was almost none. Under the circumstances they took the car in while I waited and did everything that was to be done on the appointment set for a week out.As a woman, I really trust the staff here. They have never failed to help in an emergency and I have never had to bring my car back in because something was done incorrectly.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Really great atmosphere where everyone feels like a friend of the family. Trustworthy and fairly priced, which are two really important and hard to find qualities at auto shops. Highly recommend giving this place a stop next time you need anything done with your vehicle.

I recently visited Bauer Automotive for a flat tire. They fixed the flat in a timely fashion and informed me that new tires for my car were in the near future. After discussing that I was a skier, they recommended good all season tires that are also geared for driving in the snow. They ordered the tires and the tires were delivered promptly during a blizzard no less. Once the tires were in I got an immediate phone call and they were able to install the new tires on the same day. Everything went smoothly and the help of Dave, Mark, and the rest of the crew was greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

This is the best mechanic shop in Orchard Park. Honest and reliable, this business knows how to treat, maintain, and repair vehicles. Appointments are preferred, but walk ins are accepted. I have never been let down by their professional service and accuracy.

This place is excellent! My boyfriend's uncle, David Bergner, owns this shop, but that doesn't matter as they treat EVERYONE like family here! All of the guys that work here do a great job and really know what they're doing. Plus, unlike so many other car repair shops that try to squeeze every last dime out of you that they can, you don't have to worry about them doing shady things to your car just to get you to come back and get it fixed! This place has a lot of integrity, much like the man who owns it. It also has a nice, warm little area with comfy chairs where you can sit and wait for your car as it's worked on (and if you're lucky, you'll also get entertained by David Bergner's right hand man, Mark!). There's no place better in all of WNY to get your car worked on!

I highly recommend Bauer. They are very accommodating with appointments, explain what needs to be done in a manner you can understand, and their prices are very fair. We can always count on them to provide timely, trustworthy and friendly service.
