This place is a scam. They will screw you over if you sell your used car to them. Just go anywhere else and don t trust a word that comes out of Bryan s mouth, he is a con artist

We had no problems with tune up and inspection, but there was an annoying mix up when a part was not ordered correctly. At least they didn't charge us when they replaced the part that was working. But we still wasted an extra 3 hours and an unnecessary trip into Lockport on the second day, and still have half broken backdoor latch. We'll wait till it completely falls off.

Visiting this dealership was a horrible experience! Buyer beware; my fiance is currently in the process of rebuilding his credit and he asked the salesman if he was going to hurt his credit to which the salesman replied we're just going to take a peek at it... Turns out that peek was a hard inquiry, not a soft inquiry, and dropped his credit score 9 points! When we notified the salesman of this, we didn't even get an apology! He just said I didn't know that and blamed it on his finance manager. Needless to say, we did not purchase anything from Basil and we are telling all of our friends and family to steer clear of Basil and their unethical practices!

I wanted a 2020 Toyota Avalon Limited and went through AAA, listing car, exterior and interior colors and features. I submitted it and withing a few hours got emails and calls from various dealers with offers. Basil had the exact car we had specified and had the best price.We drove over in our 2011 Avalon so they could inspect it for trade in. It had 101, 200 miles. They gave us a very nice price.Went back 2 days later with a chasers check. Mark, our sales associate took all our paper work inside, filled out all the forms and brought them back for us to sign. Then we drove home in our brand new car.We couldn't be happier

Have not had a good experience with this dealership yet. Went in to purchase a new vehicle for my wife at the end of December. I was told by Tim that they would get everything together over the weekend. Monday morning come around and they have nothing together for the car we were looking at. (Mind you at that point in time I was in a rental car) the day I had to turn my rental in I technically did not have a car at the time. George had to "work with the bank" in order to get my in the car. Wheb i took delievery of the car it was my 5th visit to the dealership.Took delivery of the car on January 2nd. No inspection due to the check engine light being on. I got told that it was on because the car sat. Sorry to say that is not how a check engine light works guys. I'm a mechanic for 15+ years. I know the working of cars very well. While driving the car to get the miles on it one I (key word "I") reset the light it was turning on and off for a bit. Not flashing but would turn on for a period of time than turn off again. Brought it back to the dealer to have it repaired like my salesman told me to and they couldn't do anything that day. "No loaner" as they put it. So I made an appointment for the following day and my wife would bring it up to them. Next day comes and the appointment was for a inspection. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON!!! so my wife makes an other appointment for it to be checked. I go to the third appointment and they check it. I was told that it was the charcoal canister and they would have to order it. Two weeks later they finally get the part in from mars. ( I work at a heavy machinery dealership and for me to get parts from Japan it takes me a week.) Take the car in again and wait for the repair to be done. They find that the valve is bad. So they give me a loaner car and tell me to come back tomorrow. Leave and come back the following day. "Your car is all set" I proceed to take the car home and not even two days later the light is back on. All set huh. I have Dave the manager call cause my wife decided to write a review on Facebook under my name. He tells me that the owner and him are very sorry for what has gone on and they would like to give me xyz... Ok I than tell him that I will see him in person that Monday cause the light came back on. Not sounding very excited on the other end of the phone he tells me he will hold what Mike and him are going to give me and instead of me having to make another trip to Lockport Dave personally would deliver the car to me. Awesome I said. Drop the car off again and get a loaner. I see Dave and then head on my way. A week later and still no car. So I call and they said "oh we were just going to give you a call" (oh how convenient) they got the call fixed and want to put more miles on it so that they know the light will stay off and than I can come pick the car up. Yeah you did not miss read that pick the car up rather than deliver it. Sure not a problem. What is this in 3 month trip number 10 or 12? Nothing I would much rather do than make trip after trip to this dealer. When I go in to get the car I get told that the paperwork is not ready.... I could care less about paperwork at this point. The car I have as a loaner does not fit my family. I need my car back. I than get told that they have not put gas in it yet and it had less than 1/4th of a tank. Awesome I fill up the loaner AND my car. They tell me that I can come back and get the car filled up by them. Sure I'll make an other trip and use more gas. I'm so tired of this dealer. I hope for their sake the check engine light does not come back on!

I WENT TO BASIL TOYOTA LOOKING FOR A GOOD DEAL AND THEY MET ME WHERE I FELT I GOT THIS. BUT MORE THAN THAT TREATED LIKE THEY CARED ABOUT ME LIKE A FRIEND, I AM A RETURNING CUSTOMER I PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED A 2010 USED CAMRY IN 2013 THAT IS WHY I WENT BACK THANKS TO EVERYONE ESPECIALLY MY SALESMEN MARK STISSER

I 2018 Buick Lacross for a engine light.Last Wednesday.Kevin and Steve was going to get it it in to check on it. Steve said he was going to get me in a loaner.On Tuesday 1/2/18.Kevin called and said to pickup the car .I got in the car and started it and the check engine came on.I said to Kevin the check engine light came on .Kevin said a he was going to get it in and someone was going to look at it.Kevin and Steve have been so WONDERFUL Trying to get the car fix.The customer service has been great.Thank you very much.Kevin and Steve.I am hoping the car will be fix in the next Day.

Looked at a van which had some front end issues. My mechanic and the dealership didn't see eye to eye so we walked away. We did get our deposit back so all ended well.

So far have not found what's wrong with the electrical system but parts are ordered waiting for call to bring it in
