I had a gouge in the sidewall of my passenger tire. I didn t think it could be fixed and researched prices of new tires. I drive an AWD vehicle so replacing just the front tires wasn t advised. I called Wilberts and spoke to one of the gentlemen who gave me different prices based on which brand of tires they had on hand. They also deal in used tires and he said they might be able to find just a single tire they could replace my tire with if it wasn t fixable. He was very helpful and polite and they had enough time to fit me in that afternoon. I went over there and they looked at my tire and confirmed my knowledge that the gouge was too deep to be able to be fixed and the tire needed to be replaced. Much to my surprise and delight, he told me that he believed they had a used tire that had identical tread depth AND matched the tires I had on my vehicle. The technician took my vehicle, replaced the tire, shined all the tires up and had my vehicle back to me in about 20 minutes. Not only was I extremely happy with the service and disposition of all the people I encountered, I was thrilled that they were able to save me several hundreds of dollars!! These guys were such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone for their tire needs!!~~~It is somewhat hard to see tread depth but the replaced tire was an extremely close match with the tread depth of the other 3 tires, also these photos were taken a few weeks after the tire was replaced so they are not as shiny as they were the day it was done, but still have some shine to them

From start to finish it was an amazing experience! Called to discuss options for used tires and the gentleman on the phone was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and truly did his best to get us the best value. Showed up to the appointment and I was in and out quicker than I imagined was even possible. Not only will we be back but we will be recommending Wilbert s to any family and friend in need and we recommend them to you as well. Thanks again Wilbert s!!

Been doing business with Wilbert s for decades, and have never had an issue with a product or service. Dan at tires has been my tire guy for some time, and he is fair and understanding of customer needs. Would recommend Wilbert s, any of the stores, to anyone. Happy shopping friends.

I needed quick help with tire repair/replacement for my daughter's car. The folks at the Tire and Wheels shop and the parts location down the road partnered to get me what I needed, swapping the tires and getting me a rim and spare in the most cost-effective way possible. They called to update me a couple of times and had the car ready by mid afternoon. Much appreciated, Joe and Todd!

You never know what they have in stock, but getting a set of pull offs, which is close to brand new for more than 50% off what they would be new, is a hard deal to beat. Knowledge, caring, amd thw facility is clean. I'm a repeat customer.

They were all very helpful. It was a reasonable turnaround time for a mount and balance, and they were all friendly in there as well. Definitely recommend if you need tires, or even just a mount and balance.

Knowledgeable and love what they do and it shows.I was acknowledged when i walked in.When asking for a particular snow tire joe found it was discontinued by the manufacturer. He qualified my snow tire needs showed me the tread options on his screen.They ordered 4 tires. Installed on my appointment. Details,their proactive.Which allowed a great install by their professionals.. 5 stars all day.

Took damn near 2 hrs to get ONE tire put on my car there was maybe 4 customers in there . Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE there employees must have lead in there shoes Ive NEVER IN MY LIFE had to wait that long at a TIRE SHOP . All they do is put on tires .. UNBELIEVABLE

I recently purchased an RV and needed 4 new tires. Before going to Wilbert's I researched online for pricing and installation options. Wilbert's gave me an estimate that beat all of the online options, and they were able to schedule the service the very next day. Plus, they went the extra mile to fix an extended valve stem that went bad. Thanks to Dan and everyone at the shop for a great experience.

I've told all my friends that needed tries to go to this place and in the past I have gone to this place multiple times. On Monday I go in for my appointment I get there early they take my car in early and I get 2 rear tires good prices fast work I get home and one of the tires has a broken belt I call and leave a voice-mail they call me early morning and tell me to bring it in and they will fix it on the way there from work the bubble turns into a crack and I have to change my to change my tire not even half way there. They change my tire and I leave and when I get home I notice the newest tire has a chunk missing out of it. Do I even go in a third time? Or am I just going to get broken tires?

Purchased a set of 4 used tires for my older SUV. New price for the same tires would have been $300ea, but these were $70ea mounted and balanced to weathered rims, with 80% tread remaining! That's a savings of over a thousand bucks :-)Service was professional, and the shop is very well kept.

Had a tire with a nail in it and went for a patch. Seemed pricey at 25 dollars but they fixed my tire. Shined up the wheels and replaced all my spare tire parts back in its place. They did a great job. Highly recommended. Gentleman at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. $25 every time with this kind of service. Thank you!

Great service! Walked in looking for a tire for my 2018 Cadillac, was greeted as soon as I walked in. You don't realize how welcoming this is. They had a few options, cost was very affordable and they were able to get me in rather quickly.

I work nearby one of my regular customers got a flat tire I called over because I know who works there they were able to get them in right away and got him a used tire mounted and balanced for an extremely reasonable price. Knowing a lot of the workers from Wilbert's I know they are good people and won't take advantage of you so I would definitely recommend this to anybody especially people looking for used tires but also new tires as well.

We got a Philips head screw in our back tire and Wilbert's was able to plug it and put the tire back on for $27!!! Workers were friendly and fast. Highly recommend!

Wow what a great place! 15 degrees out today and my heater blower motor goes. I call 3-4 places and no one can help. Then I call Ontario and guess what they say... gimme an hour and I ll pull the part and you can come grab it. Awesome service, great guys and very reasonably priced!! 5out of 5 stars for sure!

I had to nails in my tires and needed to get in for a repair a used tire quickly. Even though they were booked up for the day they got me in and quickly replaced my tire!

Been buying parts from Ontario truck for many years. Parts are always less expensive than at other salvage yards and the customer service and parts guys are always friendly and helpful. I always recommend them.

I went to this shop three days in a row for three different parts. Each time I called before hand and was able to describe the part I need, then show up at the time given to me and the part was ready to go no waiting. Also, these gentlemen went out of their way to work with my budget, for that more than anything I am thankful. Even without a little help, their prices are the most reasonable I have seen in all of Wayne and Monroe counties. A lot of mechanics these days are just out for your money no regard for anything else. Well this shop is run professionally and honestly every single visit. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!!

I had four tires put on, everybody was friendly, the service was quick, I was in and out without any issues. I will definitely be going back in the future.
